Primordial Monster Girl Tamer

Chapter 36: Destroying Regan

The air seemed to become heavy as everyone watched the hand hit the floor. I knew that was the chance we all needed, so I bolted, rushing across faster than ever before.

Regan snapped out of the pain and looked at me coming in hot. He tried to react and stop me, but I moved fast, attacking with a fireball right to his head, which knocked him back. I grabbed Leah and retreated fast, ensuring that she was safe, but before my feet touched the ground, something grabbed my leg.

I looked down and saw a twisted, grotesque limb of flesh wrapped around my leg. When I looked up, I saw it was connected to Regan, the arm that had been ripped out. Regan did not hesitate for a moment and pulled me back.

I let go of Leah as I flew through the air, wanting to ensure she was safe. I looked at Regan and pointed my hand down, unleashing a blast of flames that slammed right into him. It burned through his skin, and even then, he refused to allow it to stop him. His muscle and blood were showing, and even then, he held on tight and refused to let go. I came in with a powerful kick that slammed Regan back, but even that was not enough to stop him. He still held onto me.

Lia saw this and charged in. She flew in from above and came in with a kick as well, only for Regan to open his mouth wide and bite into her leg deep. Blood gushed out as his teeth sank deep into it. She groaned in pain but did not allow it to stop her. Her leg exploded with flames that burned the inside of his mouth and came out of his ears and even eyes.

Regan staggered backwards. He still tried to hold onto me, but I was not having any of that. I attacked with a huge amount of lightning and fully freed myself from Regan.

"The hell is up with this dude?" I asked as I huffed and puffed.

"Hahahahaha." Regan laughed in his disfigured form, his eyeballs twitching in his face. "Do you know what I have done in the pursuit of being immortal? My body is no longer human. My life has been twisted and turned in so many ways. Huh, means can no longer kill me.

This battle, this fight is mine to win. Hahahaja," he cackled like a madman while his eyes gleamed and shined.

I gritted my teeth. "You are one mad asshole." I stepped forward. "But your mistake was touching someone that’s dear to me. I’ll make sure you remember the pain I deliver even in hell."

"Come and die!" Regan yelled, his face starting to heal. It looked disgusting, like a boiling mass of something radioactive.

There was no way that I would take him down if I did not do something special. It was clear that normal attacks would barely do anything to harm him, so the best route for me would be to do something unusual.

I scanned the surroundings as best as I could and finally found a way. I gritted my teeth, knowing that this would most likely be a very difficult attack to pull off.

"Lia, Mira, watch me, and when I give you the signal, attack with all that you have."

I dashed forward after saying that, running at full speed. At that speed, it was very unlikely that I would be able to dodge or stop. I was going right for Regan, and that was final. That was what I wanted to telegraph. I wanted Regan to feel like this was a simple rush in that he could defend.

Regan bought it. He stretched out his hands, and they both twisted into grotesque masses of flesh that rushed through the air and headed for me.

Now.

I twisted my right foot outward before it landed on the ground, and my arm pointed to the side at the same time. Then I let out a blast of highly compressed flames that changed my direction rapidly but also exploded the floor where I walked on and caused a massive dust cloud.

It happened all so fast that Regan did not even see when I turned. To him, it was as if I was still in the cloud and would burst out of it at any time. In reality, I was already coming in from the corner, and by the time Regan realized it, it was too late.

I blasted his face with a massive amount of flames that sent him staggering backward. I landed on the ground and closed the gap between us. I planted my palm in Regan’s chest.

"Have some of this."

I unleashed a blast that I had been charging up in that hand all this time.

The blast that followed was massive. Half of Regan was blasted to shreds in seconds and scattered in all directions. A look of shock was plastered on Regan’s face.

"Now!" I yelled, and the two ladies moved fast. Lia took to the air, and Mira rushed on the ground. She crossed the distance fast and leaped into the air, flipped, and came in with a kick. Her leg was coated in lightning as it slammed into the head of Regan, shattering his skull.

Lia came in from above and attacked with a massive stream of flames that completely engulfed Regan, burning him entirely until his entire body was nothing left but smoking ash.

The ground finally stopped and stood back. Regan took a few steps and then collapsed to the ground. He was still breathing even after all of that, struggling to keep himself alive. I had enough and walked to him, stomping on his head and crushing it completely.

"I’m sick of that guy, sheesh."

I turned around and walked toward Leah. I could no longer sense the heartbeat from Regan, so it had to be over.

Suddenly, something moved.
