From the information they had read in the soul manual, the main stronghold of the Grim Arcane Legends is located somewhere in the Eastern Celestial Zone.

Of course, even though they don’t know everything yet, they know it is heavily protected and highly secured.

Getting in would be very hard. Luckily, the ladies had the right person to sneak in and allow the others access. That person was none other than Liora, who, from her early days, was a rather unruly child.

She had a rather extensive rap sheet to her name.

Apparently, before she became an assassin and terrorized many people, she was an expert criminal who, over two decades, stole from even immortals and gods while still mortal.

She dared not tell Kent this, but she revealed it to her sisters, and from what she said, she was pretty good at infiltration. Now that she was a demigod, who was to say she couldn’t even steal from Primordials?

So getting in would be handled by her.

The problem now was locating Inkala and facing the overwhelming odds hidden within that stronghold.

While they had the likes of Fiannarel, who, with the help of the tower, could lower her rank to Pseudo-Primordial and fight, they would be going against at least four Primordials and at least two dozen Pseudo-Primordials if what Neveross had gotten from the agents he captured was to be trusted.

Naturally, the information was over 300,000 years old, so who was to say more powerhouses hadn’t joined in the last 300,000 years?

Locating Inkala would be handled by Zaila and Ixeron, one of Kent’s Beast companions who could divide his mind into countless fragments, each containing everything about him.

In the limelight, he alone could be thousands of copies scattered across a vast distance. With Zaila’s help, he could easily find who they were looking for, even if she was hidden somewhere underground.

They had already decided to involve Kaizo and the rest, so this would be a whole different battle on its own, and they intended to win no matter what.

But for now, Zaila would have to find out if there was more to what the five captives had revealed. Once that was handled, they would contact Crimson Dagger, and together, they would handle the Grim Arcane Legends.

It would take a couple of weeks if they did it on the outside. So, since they had no plans to waste time, they took everything into the tower, where time ran much faster.

[Flame Paradise]

While that was happening, somewhere in the Flame Garden, Kent stood atop the body of a very large Supreme-grade monkey-type beast, which, even after it was killed, still had the aura of flames burning on its skin.

Flame Paradise, while its name may give the impression that it is a good place, is actually one of the most dreadful places in the universe.

Like many secret realms, it is very dangerous, and while most secret realms have segments like outer, inner, and core layers, this one doesn’t.

Meaning every part of it is dreadful. Even where one would consider an outer layer can have a Pseudo-Primordial-level beast lying in wait, ready to devour its prey.

Which is why the moment one steps into such a dreadful place, the first and most important thing is to find a safe zone and leave their marker there.

Kent, Alina and Uncle Drake arrived there two and a half weeks ago and, since then, have been moving from one battle to another, making sure each battle teaches them a thing or two about this dreadful place.

Kent had yet to involve Alina in the battles since he wanted to get a handle on things first. The last thing he wanted was to put her in unnecessary danger when he could have avoided it completely.

Aside from that, he also wanted to part ways with Uncle Drake before he started helping her.

They came together, but Uncle Drake had a different objective, so they would eventually have to part ways.

Lastly, Kent would have to find a way to reach his destination, where his weapon was supposed to be. He must travel to a part of the Flame Garden called Little Maiden Garden.

He had no idea where to go because the quest that brought him to this dreadful place forgot to come with a map.

But first, he and Uncle Drake would have to find a safe zone they could retreat to should things go south and they had to make a quick escape.

Luckily, after searching for a while, they found one that was protected by these monkey-like beasts.

They, of course, killed every last one of them.

"I suppose this place will do. It has all the natural mechanisms for Alina to set up a strong defensive formation," Kent said, looking at the valley several meters from him.

It was surrounded by three mountains and a large stone pillar, so if Alina were to make good use of this terrain, then even if they were ambushed by several Celestials, once they got to this place, they would be safe, at least for a while, while the formation still held.

"It is indeed a good place," Uncle Drake sighed, then he looked at the valley once more.

"Since we have found a place, I will be leaving now. I have to become a Celestial, but before that, my soul flame needs to be supplemented, so I will be hunting for flame seeds and flame spirits."

Kent nodded and said, "Take care of yourself out there, Uncle Drake. We have some very powerful people to protect this universe from, and so you cannot die here."

Uncle Drake laughed and patted Kent on the shoulder.

"Rest assured, Chaos, I have no plans on dying. I just want to be ready for when we have to face the music. Also, I am sure the Dragon Order will assemble soon, so I must become me again if I want to have a say in that meeting."

Kent shook his head and smiled. "Dragon honour, I suppose."

"More like dragon arrogance, but as the second strongest, I cannot let any of them surpass me even though they have eras of a head start."

"Then better leave. I will await your return."

Uncle Drake nodded, and after bidding farewell to Alina, he left.
