“As for Vika,” he sighed, “I honestly don’t care what she does. As long as she signs the contract, she can do whatever she wants with her life.”
“What if you recruit her?” Miryssa said with her brow raised. “She is an assassin and an Immortal Lord. Hiring her to be your guard would go a long way.”
“Misa is right. She seems like a good person in my eyes. Of course, the fact that she managed to deprive you of all options to escape from her suppression shows she is someone you can count on to come through for you when in danger.

However, we both know there is no amount of training that would ever prepare you for that place, so maybe use this time to spend some time with her.
