Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1391 Destiny Child

Chapter 1391 Destiny Child

“So that was what happened,” Kent finished his narrative on what happened when he and Zaila came to the rescue of the green Elves.

“Unbelievable. I can’t believe a second Dark Princess, or perhaps even a Dark Queen, had appeared yet again in the dungeon,” Vexthra turned and looked at what remained of the bodies of the Dark Fiends.

Just as Kent expected, they all became a bit stunned to learn that the hidden source of the danger they faced on the just-ended mission was the dark fiends. It was not a coincidence, yet it was a coincidence, depending on how one saw it.

It wasn’t a coincidence, since they learned the Dark Queen had spread her seeds across the universe. She had already told them that when they killed a copy of her on the fifth floor.

So seeing yet another sign of her presence on the 8th floor wasn’t much of a coincidence.

But it was a coincidence in the sense that when they first met her, they didn’t learn much from her, not as much as what Kent and Zaila may have just done.

Right now, they have a deep secret about the Dark Queen that they could easily use against her. It wasn’t much, but considering she went out of her way to shield the minds of her dark fiends said quite a lot.

So it was a coincidence that the dungeon had spawned yet another Dark Princess for them, mainly to gain something from her.

“The reason Zaila is now tired and asleep is that she managed to extract the memories of the Dark Fiends before they died. Once she wakes up, we will know more.”

Everyone nodded.

Kent turned toward the ships loading the green elves. “Do we know where they are taking them?” he asked.

“Yes. Captain Yue said they are taking them to the Elven Forest. It is a sacred continent for all kinds of elves. After the mission ended, I scanned the planet. and found it to be a good place for them to stay.

There is no need to take them into the tower, since they have somewhere both peaceful and welcoming”

“That is good to hear. As long as they have somewhere to go, then all we can do is make sure they get there in one piece.”

Vexthra nodded.

The tower was for those who had nowhere else to go. They could find a new home with them. However, as long as they had a home, they could only make sure they got there safely and in one piece.

“Don’t worry, Veera will leave one of her undead with them. If something bad were to happen, we would know immediately and come to their aid. But for now, let them experience the natural flow of their lives.”

By the end of the day, the ships were loaded and departed. Kaizo yet again led the team to protect them, while Kent and some of his wives remained on the island to look for the clues left behind by the dungeon.

Also, the dark fiends came because the green elves had something that only the Greed King could give them. Kent wanted to know what, and since Zaila was not yet back, looking the old-fashioned way was the only option for them.

Meanwhile, far away in an Immortal world, a lady stood from what appeared to be a throne, her expression pale.

Looking at her aura, she was a True Immortal with four Immortal Qi. However, she didn’t look like a big shot right now. If anything, she looked more like someone who had seen a ghost.

She is the Dark Queen or, at least, a copy of herself that she aimed to use to amass strength and power before her true awakening.

Years ago, she discovered a secret of Blue Ivy Island. This secret was something that, if she got her hands on it, she could easily advance to the Immortal King or even the Immortal Emperor stage without much stress and danger.

So she sent her Dark Fiends to get it for her. Initially, they tried but found that the only way to get it was for the Greed King to willingly hand it over.

So they tampered with the seal that held him prisoner and signed a contract with him.

The contract simply meant they would help him become an Immortal, which started with him killing every last green elf, and he would give them the Heart of the Island.

They came this close, but everything came crashing down when Kent and his people arrived.

However, what shook her wasn’t the fact that her dark fiends had died and the mission failed; it was what happened when Zaila tried stealing the memories of the dark fiends.

“That isn’t possible, right?”

She muttered, the paleness on her face turning even whiter.

“Invocation can only be done by the Destiny Child. The last Destiny Child fell during the Primordial Era, as far as I know. So how was he able to invoke such a terrifying power to the point of even wounding my mind?”

The disbelief on her face only turned paler.

It seemed she knew what Kent did, and, based on what she knew, that shouldn’t have been possible. But even if it wasn’t possible, the fact that Kent had wounded her told her that, no matter what, the brat could not be allowed to

live for long.

He is a danger to her and everyone around her.

Invoking bloodline power was something only the True Primordials could do. Kent was a True Primordial, and so he could use it. He could also allow others

to do the same.

So if such a person was allowed to live for long, there was no telling what he

would become.

“Somebody,” she called out, and a dark fiend with lady-like features appeared in the room and knelt down.

“Spread the word. A Destiny Child is born, and his name is Kent Madson.”

“As you command, my queen.” The lady left, and soon, the words of the rebirth of a Destiny Child began spreading through the criminal underworld. The criminal underworld would hate to have a Destiny Child running around. While Kent can’t use his invocation powers frequently, whenever he used them, the damage he could cause would be so devastating that none of them wanted him alive for long.

As word continued to spread, it soon started reaching the ears of the so-called righteous faction.

They claimed they walked the path of the heavens and that their sacred duty was to protect the Universe from all forms of harm.

The Celestial Council ruled over them with the Supreme Celestial Being, the Overlord of all. He is the son of the universe, according to his claim. When he received word that a Destiny Child had been born and that his name matched the person he had been looking for, his expression changed a bit. To someone like him, who had lived a very long life, he knew more secrets of the universe than anyone. So he knew a Destiny Child was a child of the Universe.

This meant the rightful heir of the universe was not him, but Kent, and as such, he could not allow him to rise and ascend where he couldn’t.
