All over the battlefield, smaller red portals began opening, and from within, feathered warriors — most Life stage, a few dozen Death stage, and about 16 Monarchs — appeared.
’What the hell is happening?’ Kent shouted in his head, stomping on Echo’s leg. The leg broke, but Kent didn’t retaliate; instead, he focused on the portals that kept appearing.
In no time, over a hundred Angels appeared, each wielding a divine sword, and more keep coming.
Then, when the last of them appeared, or perhaps that is what they want him to think, another portal opened, and this time, a white-haired angel woman —a Nirvana-stage warrior —stepped out, looking coldly at Paragon.
⟦Master, I know what is happening.⟧ Suddenly, the tower spoke, causing Kent to return his focus to her.
⟦According to Icon, she is the other intelligent life form I was talking about. According to her, what is happening is called world awakening.
This world is going through a phase to awaken its true self. However, for that to happen, another world must challenge it.
Initially, they were fighting against only a world known as Nebu. However, it now seems that other worlds not included in the awakening are starting to appear.
But that isn’t the most chilling part. According to Icon, they want his master dead, and until he dies, the heavens will never stop coming.
Master, you must help them.⟧
’No kidding, Icon, I am doing my part. However, they aren’t allowing me to get close. It is like they are purposely holding me back for some reason.’

Kent knew what the tower said was true, but whenever he teleported closer to land a killing blow, the annoying archer always found a way to evade.

⟦As a matter of fact, I do… why don’t you unleash the soul spirits and explode them all over the various battlefields? Icon said that if you can find a way, she has a way to ensure her side isn’t caught in the explosions.⟧
’I see. I guess it’s time for some fireworks.’
Kent paused, retrieved the soul flag, and waved it, unleashing over 300 soul spirits. In an instant, 100 each teleported to three separate battlefields.
Then, in a way Kent never saw coming, all Earth Warriors vanished into thin air. Even the dead bodies vanished from sight, allowing him to explode the soul spirits.

In an instant, the planet shook violently when the explosions rocked the three battlefields.
“NOOOO!”
Echo, who saw the last of the Nethran warriors reduced to ash, cried. She burned her life force and infused it into her sword, activating a powerful technique.
The archer also drew his bow, and a life-threatening arrow locked on Kent.
This action caused them to remain stationary for a moment.
Kent didn’t allow them to shoot those arrows or unleash the sword attack. He waved the flag again, and thirty soul spirits surrounded them.

Another explosion so violent rocked the battlefield, and this time, Echo lost her left arm, and the archer lost his bow and was severely injured, too.
Kent didn’t allow her to recover, so he appeared before Echo, and this time, with a powerful swing of his sword, the first Monarch he was facing (Empyrean in his universe) died.
But Kent didn’t stop there; he moved close to the second target and slammed his clawed hand through his chest, taking out his heart.
⟦Master, the Nirvana warrior is going for the ladies inside the dome.⟧
Kent looked up and saw the angel lady moving toward the dome. The angel man was also moving toward Paragon, who was already locked in with the Nirvana from the Nethran race.
It was between saving Paragon and the three ladies.
’Ladies before bros,’ Kent grinned and teleported, blocking the angel lady’s path.
“I can’t allow you to get close, lady…”
“I am Atria, and I command you to step out of the way. This is official business from the Heavenly Court. You do not want to provoke the wrath of the Heavenly Court.”
Kent smirked, “I am Chaos, and I don’t give a fuck who your daddy is.”
Kent teleported and appeared before the lady, stabbing his sword. However, the lady flapped her white wings, sending Kent flying back.
⟦She is strong, Master. If this were our universe, she would be only two steps away from becoming an immortal.⟧
’I know, Tower. However, I can take her.’
⟦Well…I don’t know about that⟧
Kent smiled but ignored the tower and moved again, this time with so much power. He clashed with Atria, who was pushed back a step.
She swung her leg and landed a kick on Kent. However, her sword moved behind her, taking on another attack when Kent swapped with a clone body just as the kick was landing on him.
After she managed to defend against the sneak attack, another attack came from in front of her, forcing her to pivot and block with her sword, only for another attack to come from behind her.
“Enough!”
A powerful aura exploded from her body, sending Kent flying back. However, the next second, Kent was upon her again. This time, the void cracked in many places and started raining down attacks on her…
“Domain!” Atria unleashed her domain, but Kent countered.
“Rule Breaker!”
The domain was canceled, and the shock that appeared on Atria’s face said it all.
“We have 24 hours before you can use it again… That is a lot of time for me to kill you.”
“Invincible Body!” Kent activated another skill and lunged at Atria, who started to see Kent as a danger now.
She tried to dodge an attack aimed at her, but at the last second, it shifted to her ribs, forcing her to switch her defense.
However, Kent swapped with his clone body and unleashed a different attack…
“Bleeding Crescent Slash!”
A blood arc flashed out and landed on Atria’s shoulder, sending her flying back.
However, Kent wouldn’t let her come back up. His claw took a wide swing, sending claw arcs at her. Atria used a skill to teleport a meter from Kent with her sword stabbed forward.
However, Kent struck her sword with his left claw and somersaulted, landing an uppercut with his leg. This blow disoriented Atria, allowing Kent another opening.
“Dragon Blow!”
BOOM!
Kent’s fist landed in her stomach, sending her flying back.
’I can’t continue like this,’ Kent said, seeing that his blow did next to nothing to Atria.
⟦The master is doing a great job. However, the master cannot use the talisman or the key yet… not while that portal hasn’t closed.⟧
Kent nodded, looking at the golden portal. After the angel man appeared, nobody had appeared from it again; however, from the look of things, it was still a danger…
’The normal warriors are no match for these Angels,’ Kent said, noticing thousands of humans losing their lives by the second.
’This is just too evil. How can a small world like Earth face three worlds at once?’ Suddenly, just when Atria was about to unleash an attack, Kent saw another startling display.
Out of nowhere, a purple formation appeared on the ground, and a chilling voice spoke from what appeared to be hell…
“Arise.”
In an instant, the dead bodies on the ground started rising to their feet. Both Earth warriors and enemy warriors all started rising to their feet…
Then, from a dark portal that appeared suddenly, a handsome man with evil eyes emerged, standing atop the head of a bone dragon…
“I am back.”
’What a showoff.’
Kent smirked, but Atria was upon him…
