Chapter 1459: Permission Dog vs. Permission Dog: You Don't Eat Beef? Then Have Some Duck Neck_3

Saint Matthew let out an angry roar, and the Ring of Saintly Authority on his hand overflowed with solid white light that rapidly covered his whole body, turning into a set of dazzling bright-silver armor.

A halo above his head linked into the seven layers of the Silver Law, at least reaching the corresponding Fifth Layer of the High Sequence.

His whole aura surged violently.

Yet, although he now shone with silver light from head to toe, Byron nonetheless felt that beneath the armor an inexplicable evil taint had appeared.

Having long since reached 12% in Unity of All Things, he clearly saw through the visor gaps of the helmet that the whites of Saint Matthew’s eyes had turned pure black, while his pupils shone with dark gold.

The Father of Monsters’ Authority also keenly perceived the non-human presence on him.

Byron couldn’t help but frown:

“So this Saint really did have a trump card left? He’s not only connected to the Fifth Layer of the Law, borrowing collective power, but he’s also cultivated the Gospel of Heaven and started to shed his humanity?”

The Sailing Logbook immediately surfaced another piece of hidden intelligence: [The Pope and the Council of the Divine Presence’s Fallen state, Historical Impact 69, Decryption Rate 28%].

The Historical Impact of the Bayfolk Revival prophecy was likewise 69, and its Decryption Rate had frozen at 90% and stopped moving.

Byron believed that among the forces left behind by the three Human Chief Gods, only when the Gulf Divine Lineage replaced the Creator’s Church as the true ruler of the Silver Continent could it be called genuine revival.

Now, upon seeing this hidden intelligence, the Decryption Rate instantly jumped to 91%.

Byron immediately linked this hidden intelligence with the warning he had previously received from Araiyer.

Back then, the Church, the York Family, and the Bloodthirsty Cult had cooperated precisely in order to obtain the Panacea to offset the side effects of cultivating the Gospel of Heaven.

Now it seemed that, although they had never acquired the Panacea, they had found another method to avoid uncontrollably “praising Angels.”

It’s just that “the Pope and the Council of the Divine Presence’s Fallen state” was clearly no auspicious phrase; the birth of the Panacea was already twisted enough, and this method might be even more sinister.

Byron’s mind raced:

“Judging from my own step-by-step process of taking over the Myriad Wings Angel, this situation really is possible. With authority to amend rules, once Unity of All Things reaches over 10%, one has sufficient control over the Angels within the Pantheon. Perhaps he can, like me, actively manufacture Lesser Clans akin to Storm Angels, without overly severe side effects. The source is that Pope, the strongest man in the Mortal World?”

Byron did not yet know that the Pope’s demi-god Promotion Ceremony had already begun to accelerate; he only vaguely guessed a bit of the truth.

The Fallen Sky Ceremony was divided into three tiers: the individual’s fall, the collective’s fall, and the world’s fall.

Its goal was to, through ritual, deceive the Spiritual Imprint within Immortal Divinity, digest the Divinity of the Pride Morning Star Lucifer at the Demi-God Level, allowing the Pope to leap up as a new Demi-god Fallen Angel!

The higher the level of Fall, the more perfect his disguise, and the more perfectly he could inherit power from Immortal Divinity.

After receiving the aid of Immaculate Saint Isabella, he had already begun to manufacture Kin in batches, letting them fall together of their own accord.

The core members of the Creator’s Church were mainly monks from the various Religious Orders.

Under Saint John was the “Holy Infant Society”; belonging to Saint Lucia was “The Great Cathedral of the Holy Mother’s Mercy”; under Saint Simon was the “Holy Armed Forces Cathedral,” and so on—these were the ruling core of the Orthodox Alliance.

Using the existing ruling system as framework, the Pope subtly guided them to convert to the Fallen Angel, thereby securing the bare minimum level of “collective fall,” helping Francis IV take a solid step forward.

Seeing Saint Matthew reveal his trump card and about to straighten his spine, slowly standing back up,

Byron silently activated the Crown above his head that had just been enhanced once.

He mobilized the Silver Law and ruthlessly suppressed him again.

With the Rank of a Half-step Triple Crown, within the coverage sphere of the Law Net, his rules were the rules!

Hum——!

“Ridiculous! A Pirate Emperor who has left his own country’s soil actually dares to use the Silver Law to suppress a Saint? Utterly overestimating yourself. Open for me!”

Saint Matthew bellowed, and through the Saintly Ring of Authority in his hand, he contacted the Silver Law, intending to use his Administrator privileges—which could take effect across the entire Silver Continent—to strip Byron of his interference over the Law.

These Saints had, for all basically their entire lives, never left the Silver Continent, this main base; they hadn’t even gone to the Bantaan Archipelago.

Although they had already sensed that the Human collective subconscious sea among the three continents was being linked together, and had even heard through intelligence channels that the Native Empire had established the Golden Law,

they clearly did not know that the Golden Law on Hundred Beasts Paradise and the Bronze Law on the Corridor of Truth were both expanding at rapid speed.

Byron hadn’t just set up a new furnace—he’d set up two in one go!

Although this Human Tri-Body Ship took the Silver Continent’s collective subconscious and the Creator’s Silver Law as its main core, with the other two great Laws as auxiliary derivatives,

the share they occupied in the Human collective subconscious was entirely substantial.

Even the Silver Law that the Church relied on most had nearly half of it stolen away by Byron.

Even though the Iris Kingdom was not yet his territory, it was not much weaker than when he acted within his own lands.

Thus, when Saint Matthew, facing Byron’s “my rules are the rules,” played a move ignoring the rules—”I don’t eat beef,”

Byron immediately countered with another move:

“This isn’t beef; it’s fake beef made from duck. The duck neck is right here—you can eat it with peace of mind.”

In the newly obtained Reward and Punishment Authority vision, the golden light-bar on this Saint’s body was extremely thick and long; otherwise, he could never have gained recognition from the Law to be promoted as a Saint.
