Upon hearing that, Byron took one last look at the giant stone pillar standing in the center of the city.

The Sailing Logbook in his right eye continuously resonated with a certain power within the pillar.

He seemed to hear urgent whispers emanating from the pillar, as dark blue ink twisted on the logbook wanting to take form.

It was as if something was desperately trying to tell him some information.

But Byron couldn’t clearly hear what those whispers were saying, nor could he see the words on the Sailing Logbook form.

He became more skeptical about the World’s End and "Triple Point" behind the door.

He could only be sure that the Radiant Queen’s speculation that the Triple Point was the "aperture" of heaven and earth was mostly accurate.

Those Old Gods’ incarnations, who only have the Mind Realm but lack corresponding power, could stand undefeated if they could seize a Pillar of Hailocus.

However, to communicate with them for the most basic power enhancement, one must at least reach 10% in the Unity of All Things and be a demigod in one’s order.

Referring to the legends left in the Desert Empire, the first Hercules who accidentally entered was only at the extreme limit of a demigod when he successfully entered, relying on the power of the World’s End Triple Point to ascend to True God.

And now, with the three Divine Kings occupying here, the conditions are even harsher.

From the Slumbering God’s words, it seems that being recognized as the "Three Gods Heir" is needed to possibly open this door.

Without the required order, it’s all futile.

More importantly, what level were the three Divine Kings when they entered? They were the strongest Seventh Order True Gods!

Byron had heard a piece of advice from adults when he was young:

"Once you step out, you yourself are the weakest group; ignore any appeals for help from adults.

If a powerful adult seeks help from a weaker person rather than a stronger one, he surely harbors malicious intent or ill will!"

So he is self-aware that unless it’s absolutely necessary, even after ascending to the Sixth Order Demigod, he would not rashly have any designs on this.

Even if the human Divine Kings were to split into hundreds or thousands of pieces tomorrow, worse than the Mother of Monsters, it would still have nothing to do with him.

Being a "junior" not yet a demigod, preserving oneself is the primary task.

Thus, Byron nodded to the others:

"We will temporarily retreat and help the two Old Gods remove the last defense.

Grandfather, Mom, Father-in-law, Evelyn Miss, you should also prepare for battle in my Divine Kingdom, and I will summon you when the time comes."

Everyone had witnessed his combat prowess and had no objections, as they had already safeguarded the remnants of the Undersea Kingdom, and any further victory would be a bonus.

"Alright, I’ll leave the outside to you."

Byron only left Violet behind.

He summoned the Eight-legged Sky Horse, holding the girl to his chest, and rode out of the maze lock that was left with only the last layer, ready to collapse at any moment.

Before Lilith and Kraken could notice them, he activated the Rainbow Bridge and vanished instantly from the seabed.

The two Old Gods only caught a glimpse of the spatial jump’s aftermath and turned suddenly.

The two conflicting Divine Domains expanded abruptly, ruthlessly shattering the last layer of maze lock, exposing the chaotic mess of the two Royal Capitals hurriedly evacuated.

"Did they all run away?"

Lilith and Kraken were taken aback.

Earlier they sensed the Mother of Monsters was still far away from breaking the Pillar of Hailocus, having not witnessed Byron confronting this.

Not clear on what specifically happened here.

But whether the Undersea Kingdom was alive or dead was irrelevant; they were not the Mother of Monsters, who was keen on biochemical experiments—they merely wanted the two pillars themselves.

Only Kraken frowned a bit, as his initial plan was to consume the Whale Hunter and Wild Hunt King, the two Bayfolk Pirate Kings, to assemble the Pirate Emperor’s Crown.

"If I can kill Lilith and monopolize the Pillar of Hailocus, then I’ll pursue and hunt those two down.

If I can’t, I’ll have to temporarily use those activated knowledge pieces from a common source to substitute for a while."

Confirming there weren’t any living entities underwater, Lilith and Kraken each gripped a Blood Axe, their Dragon Slayer Sword transformed into a Divine Light, leaving bright alternating red and gold zigzags in the air.

Suddenly leaving deep gorges on the seabed, then cleaving the infinite seawater to create a deep sea chasm, tangled for a few moves, and then burst out of the surface, the vast sword light cutting through the flowing clouds...

Yet, after successive battles, their strength visibly began to wane.

The Kin behind both sides also suffered heavy losses, only the middle and upper-level organizational structure remained relatively intact, but the collective power hadn’t entirely collapsed, though it wasn’t far off.

Relying on the extreme micro-management of two "Loyalist" Commanders, their respective forces were already driven to the brink.

Lilith and Kraken recognized that they couldn’t continue the stalemate; if they let two evenly matched armies mutually exhaust each other, even holding the Pillar of Hailocus wouldn’t be sustainable.

Their gazes grew fierce simultaneously.

Above the former’s head sounded the "whoosh" of flowing water, the reflections on the double-bladed axe blade revealed the scenes of the human collective subconscious sea.

The right blade displayed sun, moon, and stars on one side, mountains and vegetation on the other, while the left blade showed agriculture and animal husbandry on one side, warfare and plunder on the other...

Human Mind Undercurrent!

By exploiting divine positions stolen from human beliefs, she leveraged the vast history of human tribes.

Kraken was not to be outdone.

Dark mist spread around him, the mad laughter grew increasingly clear, countless human nightmares transformed into reality, descending onto the blade of the Dragon Slayer Sword.
