Shlick! A Dwarf Warrior’s tower shield, along with half of his shoulder armor, was cleaved by a giant sword as broad as a door panel. Scalding blood instantly dyed the cold lake water crimson. The warrior could only let out a muffled groan before toppling over, his heavy body sinking below the water, leaving only frothing blood in his wake. Elsewhere, a spiked flail smashed against the edge of a shield, the terrifying impact overturning two soldiers behind it. The flail continued its descent, sending flesh and bone splashing through the murky waters!

"Hold the line! Hold the line! Gronni is watching us," the Dwarves roared with bloodshot eyes, pressing their tower shields firmly in place while their comrades in the rear braced their shoulders against their backs. Long-handled war axes and heavy hammers mercilessly stabbed and smashed through the gaps in the shields, thudding heavily against the skulls and breastplates of the skeletal warhorses, sounding a dull "thump! thump!" Rusted bronze fragments and pale bone shards flew through the air. The soul fire within the eye sockets of the skeletal horses flickered, yet their charging momentum did not diminish, pressing forward against the Dwarves’ counterattack!

On either side of the Dwarf Shield Wall, the elite of the Hesse Knight Order faced a deadly assault. These two frenzied Knight Legions, leveraging their superb horsemanship and the subtle buoyancy provided by the Water Repelling Pearls, formed a powerful wedge array, with their long lances arrayed like a forest, meeting the surging bronze tide head-on.

"Raise your lances! Thrust!" the Knight Commander shouted hoarsely.

The Knight Commander’s long lance clashed violently with the ancient bronze great spear and giant sword! The explosive clang of metal clashing and the crisp snapping of weapons breaking filled the air. The skill of the Hesse Knights was exquisite, their lances precisely targeting the eye sockets of the skeletal warhorses or the weak joints of the knights’ breastplates. Some skeletal horses were pierced through the soul fire core, disintegrating with a crash, throwing their Bronze Knights into the water. But more of the Green Knights, ignoring the spears and lances stabbing into their bodies, swept forward with their heavy bronze weapons carrying the power to split mountains and rocks!

A Hesse Knight’s lance pierced through an opponent’s breastplate, causing an eerie blue soul fire to gush out from the breach. Yet, before he could withdraw the lance, a rusty yet forceful bronze war axe came crashing down on his head! The luxurious fine steel helmet and the head within exploded like an overripe watermelon! The headless knight’s body, carried by his mount, slowly sank beneath the water.

The water’s surface became a death trap. Knights and soldiers who fell off their horses quickly sank due to their heavy armor, the ice-cold lake water filling their noses and mouths, and sounds of struggle and cries for help were instantly drowned out by the clamor of battle. The Green Knights seemed unaffected by the water, able to stand up again from the lakebed silt even after falling into the water, swinging their weapons to continue the slaughter!

"Iron Thorns! Spin them up! Shred those skeletons!" screeched the Half-Elf technician.

The flails of the "Wheat Field Death God" and the spinning scythe discs of "Iron Thorns" roared with lethal might once more. Slow to move in the water, they still turned into mobile meat grinders. The rotating scythe discs kicked up massive sprays of water, crashing fiercely into the flanks of the Green Knights.

The bronze armor was torn and shredded by the sharp, high-speed rotating scythe blades! Skeletal warhorses were sliced in half, with scattered bones and armor plates flying everywhere. An "Iron Thorns," like a frenzied metallic hedgehog, immediately swept several Green Knights into its discs, shredding them to pieces! In the murky lake water, a large number of bronze fragments and broken bones floated up.

The Ogre Mercenaries were even more at home. Their massive size and strength gave them a dominant advantage in water battles.
