Luo Hao nodded: "I've also read that post, the reference number is XB0472AC, the author is..."

"The reference number is XB0472AG, the author is Hailan," Fang Hong corrected. "The person is the Chief Magus of the Rose Cross Army, the number one under the brigade. He has left many guides on the community, but they are mixed with accuracy and fallacy, hence it's quite controversial. However, considering his line of work, the time left for him to write guides may not be much, so it's understandable."

Luo Hao was taken aback.

In the past, he was known as a walking encyclopedia on the community, a living information repository, but since coming here--he realized there was an even stranger monster than him. Fortunately, in terms of inside information and gossip, the counterpart couldn't compare to him.

Luo Hao knew that his resourceful captain had a somewhat mysterious mentor in the community, but which mentor would let their student learn these things? Weren't they supposed to start with their primary field, enhance their ability training, and then move into the Youth Training Camp for practical operations?

The swordsman looked at the two with suspicion because compared to a big shot like someone from the Rose Cross Army, one of the 'top ten', Fang Hong and Luo Hao clearly seemed to lack persuasion. He glanced at the two, bantering back and forth, took a step back quietly, thinking to himself, 'a pair of idiots.'

However, Fang Hong and Luo Hao didn't pay any attention to him, they were merely mentioning it in passing. The Rock Shark clearly had an owner now, and the Seven Seas Travel Group was no longer in such a desperate stage.

The Big Catfolk stroked his beard, looked up at the explosion in mid-air, and casually asked, "Kiddo, how confident are you in taking on this big guy all by yourself?"

Fang Hong didn't hesitate: "About seventy percent, without using the Fire Giant."

He understood the implication of the Big Catfolk's words perfectly.

The adventure of the Seven Seas Travel Group began with a Rock Shark hunt like this. Back then, a single Rock Shark could have them in full retreat, almost allowing it to escape amid their heavy encirclement.

If it wasn't for his spontaneous idea to launch a self-destructive attack using an incomplete Fire Giant, the startup capital for the Seven Seas Travel Group, that Rock Shark's long horn, might not have existed at all.

The Big Catfolk's current question to him was essentially about the growth of the Seven Seas Travel Group—at this moment within the group, even discounting him, at least two others could handle this Rock Shark. Xiangzi and Luo Yu should have no significant issue handling it solo.

Perhaps not defeating it, but defending themselves should be no problem.

Yet, such routine conversation sounded like wild boasting in the swordsman's ears, making him snort slightly, thinking of taking on a Rock Shark alone, assuming they've become a third-tier class.. Certainly, from his view, they didn't seem like Invokers above level thirty.

Moreover, would an Invoker above level thirty even come to this place?

The swordsman prided himself on his composure, disdaining to engage with these people, and his inner disdain did not show on his face, at most taking a speechless step back—after all, he had seen many a braggart in his time—and he didn't have the time to expose each one. Besides, hadn't the guild seen experts before? He too had seen top-tier players.

The Silver Swordsman Yugudola, the Steel Controller Wuming, and the guild's Chief Magus Zi Feiyu, which of them weren't top experts in the First World? They were even impressive within the top ten guild divisions in Eteliria.

Yet the subtle disdain on the swordsman's face caught the attention of the Big Catfolk.

Reed smiled slightly, turned back to him, and said, "If you don't change your mind now, it will be too late."

The swordsman was perplexed: "Change my mind about what?"

Before he could finish his thoughts.

Suddenly, a deafening screech echoed from the sky. The Rock Shark began to struggle violently. Ether seemed to swell across every rock in its massive body, emitting a faint glow from the gaps. One by one, the iron chains tightened and then snapped with a series of crisp sounds.

The swordsman's eyes widened at the scene, his mind blank: "This truly is a berserk ability; the Rock Shark actually possesses a berserk ability!?"

He suddenly sensed danger, grasped the Communication Crystal, and shouted, "Deploy more Wind Crystal formations."

But, as the Big Catfolk had pointed out, it was a tad too late by then.

The Rock Shark, having broken free, arched its back in mid-air and let out a furious roar—the soundwave thundered through the Forest, sending branches rustling. The Communication Crystal in the swordsman's hand had a sharp crack, even as the long, pointed rock on the Rock Shark's head began to glow.

"Impressive," the Big Catfolk sighed, "Even stronger than the last."

Fang Hong and the others quickly shielded their Communication Crystals with their hands, using Ether to block the soundwave.

And it was at that moment the Forest erupted with a rumbling noise. The ground trembled as if in fear, layer after layer, shaking. Crystals suspended within the Forest rose into the sky, with enormous Crystal Mountains ripping through the earth, causing the tremors on the ground.

This scene was quite familiar. In the next moment, the Rock Shark directed the spire on its head toward the Forest, launching the Crystal Mountains whistling through the sky, crashing into the Forest with a booming sound, raising a cloud of dust.

The Invokers who came to watch were indeed unfortunate. The crystals rained down didn't care if you were part of the earlier attack—indiscriminate of gender, age, a thousand or two-meter radius; if touched, injury was certain, and contact meant death.
