Pillar of Yita
Chapter 2175 - 61: Star Shadow Reflection_4
This thing doesn't resemble a construct, it seems more like some kind of non-carbon-based life form, with every precise component naturally grown. But if this were the work of an Alchemy Master, that master would certainly have reached a level he couldn't even dream of.
He had only seen the Zero-Type Crystal of Hain Famm and hadn't seen Great Alchemist 'Ade's' work, but he had a faint feeling that even the Alchemists of the Numelin Elves probably didn't have such technology.
Is there an Alchemist among the Dark Followers with such skill? Or could it be that this thing isn't an alchemical creation at all?
Fang Hong held the thing in his hand, calming himself, trying to explore the mystery of this relic with the Artisan System. But when he immersed his mind into the Spirit World, he was truly shocked to find that, for the first time, he couldn't project the structure of this thing into the Artisan System.
This was something unprecedented.
No matter how high the level or complexity of a material, even including the Heart of World Tree given to him by Moenyalit not long ago, he could always project it into the Artisan System. From the perspective of Starlight, to explore the inside of this material.
And this was the most basic understanding of the world for Alchemists, one might even say it was the foundation of this world—Starlight.
He might be temporarily unable to 'manipulate' this material due to lack of ability. But Fang Hong had never encountered a situation where he couldn't even accomplish the fundamental task of projecting the material into the Artisan System.
He paused slightly, unable to determine if he had made a mistake somewhere, but after trying two or three more times, the result was the same. The thing pressed heavily in his hand, just like in the real world, without a single reaction.
Similarly, he indeed could not digitize it and project it into the Information Crystal either.
For the first time, he couldn't help but seriously re-evaluate this thing—wondering if it too was a product from Earth like him. But the next moment, he still found some familiar places on this fragment. The pitch-black metallic shell of the fragment was densely covered with some peculiar symbols.
And Fang Hong recognized some of these symbols. He immediately keenly realized that some of these symbols were Ancient Alchemy Arrays of the Numelin Elves, and some others looked somewhat like magic guides. Although these guides were completely different from any type of magic guide he had seen before, they were indeed of the same nature.
These two subtle discoveries instantly made Fang Hong realize that this was an alchemical creation. Moreover, when he saw these patterns, he vaguely felt a sense of familiarity, as though he had seen them somewhere before.
But certainly not from the Ancient Alchemy of the Numelin Elves, he could clearly distinguish that. And at that moment, a peculiar idea intruded into his thoughts.
It was a piece of black sky, with silent stars hanging above.
Such a scene seemed to vividly imprint itself into his mind. Fang Hong couldn't help but open his mouth wide, finally remembering where he had seen something similar before—those blackened celestial constructs, indeed existed!
They were those enigmatic constructs he had once seen in the Phantom Realm of the High Tower, and later saw once again in Rolin's hands.
Fang Hong couldn't help but slightly open his mouth in awe—it turns out those enigmatic constructs weren't the only type within this category.
At least, the fragment in his hand now certainly couldn't be something from the Clockwork Fairy.
