General Manager Zhao promptly fainted.

Over the next few days, all the board members of the Money Shop were brought to Chen Qingdi’s villa. With a series of thuds, they were forced to kneel in a long row. Meanwhile, the companies and real estate they had invested in on the Outer Islands were investigated to the very last detail.

Under pressure from Medical God Island, they found no escape. Even those who had fled to the Outer Islands were tracked down by local contacts. Terrified, they all obediently signed over their assets.

Manager Zhao gave a bitter smile but didn’t dare say another word.
