One after another, countless attacks were unleashed within a short span of time. Blades of energy, crushing waves of power, and distorted ripples of force slammed toward Ethan from every direction. The air screamed as pressure overlapped, and shockwaves collided violently. Yet through it all, Ethan only defended and dodged, his movements precise and calm, as if he were walking through a storm that could not touch him.
Blurred airwaves exploded continuously.
To everyone watching, the scene became impossible to follow. All they could see were bright flashes erupting in the sky again and again, colliding and tearing apart the clouds. The sky lit up like a battlefield of stars crashing into each other, and the land below trembled under the overwhelming pressure.
Amber was the only one who could barely perceive what was happening.
Her eyes widened as she struggled to keep up with their movements.
“How… How is he able to keep up with the two?” she thought, her breathing growing uneven.
“This is abnormal.”
The two Legendary rank demons were not ordinary in the slightest. Their foundations were solid, their attacks refined through countless battles. Each move carried terrifying killing intent and immense power. And yet, the man who had appeared out of nowhere was matching them without showing even a hint of strain.
Her gaze shifted instinctively toward Ray and Florence, who were still standing frozen.
She hesitated for a moment and then asked quietly, “Is he your elder brother?”
Ray and Florence almost slipped on the spot.
“Ahm… Master… Master, that’s my father,” Ray said awkwardly, his voice shaking.
“Your whatttttt!” Amber shrieked in shock, her eyes widening as she stared at Ray in disbelief.
Before she could say anything more, a bright flash erupted in the distance, shaking the land and forcing everyone to turn their attention back to the battlefield.
Damor and Rayon attacked together again, their auras flaring violently, but this time the result was completely different.
Ethan stepped forward and grabbed both Damor’s sword and Rayon’s rapier with his bare hands, gripping them tightly. Metal groaned under his fingers as Draconic scales surfaced across his palms and forearms.
“It’s gonna be different now,” Ethan said calmly.
Before going all out, Ethan always had a habit of testing his opponents’ strength. Only after he was certain they had no hidden trump cards would he truly move.
The next moment, a world-shattering pressure slammed down on Damor and Rayon. The air collapsed inward, crushing their bodies and forcing the breath out of their lungs. Their knees buckled as they struggled just to remain standing.
“Now… You seemed to be quite prideful, right?”
“So where is your pride now?*
Damor did not even have time to open his lips.
Ethan released one hand and flung him away like a ball.
Damor’s body shot through the air, crashing into the ground and bouncing violently before rolling across shattered earth, blood spraying from his mouth.
By this time, Rayon had already made up his mind to flee.
Fear consumed him completely.
He turned around to escape, but the moment he moved, his entire body froze. A cold terror seized his heart as a hand grabbed the back of his nape, fingers digging in like iron claws.
“Is this some kind of game that you can play as you wish?” Ethan asked coldly.
BOOOOOOOOOM!
The next moment, a terrifying trail tore across the sky as a figure was launched forward at impossible speed. Rayon’s body slammed into a mountain, and the upper half of the mountain was instantly decimated into pieces, exploding into rubble and dust.
But it did not stop there.
The blur continued, smashing through one mountain after another. Ethan dragged Rayon’s body across the ground while punching with his left hand again and again, creating massive craters that exploded one after another.
Rayon screamed.
“AAAAAAAHHHHH!”
His voice cracked as bones shattered and blood sprayed wildly. His mind collapsed into pure terror as pain overwhelmed every sense.
Ethan finally stopped.
Grabbing Rayon by the skull, he slammed his head into the ground with crushing force.
“Gaaaa… Stop… I apl—”
BOOOOM!
Ethan ignored him and slammed Rayon’s face down brutally again.
“If apologizing can solve everything, the world might have been quite peaceful.”
Rayon screamed and shrieked in absolute horror. Tears mixed with blood as he begged desperately.
“PLEASE! PLEASE STOP! I BEG YOU! STOOOOP!”
His cries turned hysterical as Ethan slammed his head again and again. The sound was wet and sickening. Pieces of skull shattered, and blood and fragments splashed in all directions. Rayon’s body convulsed violently as his consciousness flickered, terror burning deep into his soul.
“AAAAAAHHHHH! PLEASE! MERCY! I DON’T WANT TO DIE!”
Ethan did not stop.
Each slam was heavier than the last, his expression cold and unchanging.
“STOOPPOLOPOOOO!” Damor roared from afar as he staggered to his feet and grabbed his sword.
His eyes burned with fury, and blood seeped from the corners of his lips. His body trembled violently as power surged around him.
At this moment, he truly looked like a demon crawling out from hell.
Ethan perceived it.
Damor was burning several years of condensed power, pouring everything into his sword. The blade screamed as it absorbed the terrifying energy.
“You dare to trample my pride… Diee!”
“Dieeeeeeeee!”
A deafening roar erupted like thunder as a devastating beam of force shot toward Ethan, tearing through the land.
Instead of retreating, Ethan smirked.
To Damor and Rayon’s absolute horror, he rushed straight toward the beam. He grabbed Rayon’s broken body and swung him like a club, smashing him directly into the incoming attack.
Rayon’s eyes widened in absolute terror as his body bear the brunt of the entire attack blasting him while Damor at the middle tried to flung away but it was too late.
“NOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
The scream echoed across the battlefield as his body was used as a shield, his despair and horror reaching their peak.
