Pampering Discarded Heroines Triggers My 10,000x Rebate System
Chapter 106: Household Harmony
Zephyra unzipped the sleeve of her black windbreaker, carefully sliding the fabric off her left shoulder and down her arm.
Under the warm lights of the yacht’s master cabin, the faint silver scars crisscrossing her pale skin were slightly visible.
Her slender fingers trembled slightly... not from cold or fear, but from the sudden, overwhelming realization that the nightmare was finally coming to an end.
Amber stepped up behind the sofa, resting her hands firmly on Zephyra’s shoulders and giving them a gentle, reassuring squeeze.
"Take a slow breath, Z," Amber whispered softly. "You’re safe. We’re right here with you."
Evren sat on the edge of the low mahogany table directly across from her. In his right hand, he held the clinical syringe filled with the glowing lavender serum of the Ghost-Mist Orchid. In his left, he held a clean alcohol wipe.
"Ready?" Evren asked in a calm voice.
Zephyra took a deep breath. She looked up into Evren’s dark eyes, seeing only warmth and confidence. She gave a slight nod.
"I’m ready, Evren."
Evren swabbed the scarred junction at the top of her left shoulder. Slowly, he injected the needle directly and pushed the plunger down.
The two ounces of purified lavender medicine emptied into her tissue with a soft, glowing light.
At first, Zephyra braced her body, expecting the searing agony that usually came with any stimulation to her damaged nerves. Her jaw tightened, and her knuckles turned white as she gripped the sofa cushion.
But there was no pain.
Instead, an extraordinarily soothing, cool warmth spread out from the injection point. It felt like a gentle mountain spring washing through dry, cracked ground.
FZZZZT.
A soft glow radiated beneath Zephyra’s pale skin. The hardened scar tissue that had choked her nerves for months began to soften and dissolve.
Deep inside her arms, the severed muscle fibers and damaged nerve pathways reached out to one another like tiny silver threads, knitting back together.
The cold stiffness that had weighed down her forearms disappeared, replaced by a surge of vibrant, effortless warmth.
Zephyra’s breath hitched in her throat. Her eyes went wide as she stared down at her left hand.
"Evren..." she whispered. "The stiffness... the deep burning ache... it’s completely gone."
"Try moving them," Evren encouraged, a proud smile on his face. "Flex your fingers. Roll your shoulders."
Zephyra rotated her left shoulder. There was no grinding catch, no shooting nerve pain, and no weakness. She opened and closed her fists, feeling the firmness return to her grip.
Evren reached to the fruit tray on the table, picking up a sleek, six-inch steel paring knife. He turned the blade around and handed it to her, hilt-first.
"Take it," Evren said softly. "Give it a swing."
Zephyra stared at the polished handle. Before now, holding anything heavier than a pen or a teacup caused her fingers to cramp and her forearm to lock up in agonizing spasms.
She reached out and closed her fingers around the grip.
Her hand clamped down with rock-solid strength.
SWOOSH!
With a subtle flick of her wrist, the steel knife became a silver blur.
Zephyra spun the blade effortlessly across her knuckles, flipping it from a forward grip to a reverse grip in the blink of an eye.
She executed three lightning-fast strikes through the empty air, the tip of the blade slicing before snapping to a dead halt an inch above the table.
Her wrist didn’t tremble, nor did her shoulder lock up.
Her physical weapon mastery had returned in full.
CLATTER.
Zephyra set the knife down on the table as a choked sob escaped her throat.
She covered her mouth with both hands, hot tears spilling down her cheeks. For months, she had accepted the grim reality that she was a broken, useless burden who could never hold a weapon again.
Now, her arms were whole.
Before Evren could speak, Zephyra threw herself forward, wrapping both arms tightly around his neck. She buried her face into the crook of his collar, weeping with pure relief as her slender frame shook against his chest.
"Thank you..." she sobbed into his shirt, her fingers clutching his linen fabric like a lifeline. "Thank you, Evren... I can fight again... I can actually protect you..."
Evren wrapped his arms around her back, holding her securely against him. He rubbed her shoulder with a gentle, soothing rhythm. "You were never a burden, Z. And you’ll never have to be helpless again."
Amber leaned over the back of the sofa, wrapping her arms around both of them in a warm, protective embrace. Happy tears welled in Amber’s own eyes as she pressed her cheek against Zephyra’s silver hair.
"Welcome back to the front, little sister," Amber said softly with pride and affection.
A golden chime sounded softly in Evren’s mind, followed by a cascade of notifications.

BOOM.
A deep thrum resonated within Evren’s chest.
His bones, muscles, and mana core surged with newfound power. For a fleeting second, the cabin air grew heavy and the pressure dropped as an invisible, massive force radiated from his skin.
Evren tightened his internal focus, pulling the heavy aura back inside his body before it could make Amber or Zephyra uncomfortable.
He looked down at his hands in silent awe.
He wasn’t just an S-Rank fighter who hit hard anymore. His stats had crossed into SS-Rank. With Gravity Domain, he could crush or pin down opponents simply by standing near them.
And with the permanent 1,000x Global Multiplier active, any standard purchase he made from this point on would return tenfold what it used to.
After several minutes of quiet crying and comforted whispers, Zephyra finally lifted her head from Evren’s chest.
Her cheeks were flushed pink, and her long silver eyelashes were wet with tears, but her violet eyes shone brighter than Evren had ever seen them.
"I’m sorry for getting tears all over your shirt," she sniffled softly, though she didn’t loosen her hold on him.
"I have a closet full of shirts," Evren smiled, gently wiping a stray tear from her cheek with his thumb. "Your smile is worth a thousand of them."
Zephyra’s cheeks turned a deeper shade of red, a shy, radiant smile spreading across her lips.
Amber laughed heartily, tapping the mahogany table. "Alright, crying time is officially over! We are on a luxury mega-yacht in the middle of the ocean, the Vice-Chairman just bagged three wyverns, and our Chief Shadow Guardian is back at full combat power. If that doesn’t call for a deck party, nothing does!"
"I agree completely," Evren chuckled, standing up and offering a hand to both women.
A quarter-hour later, the three of them stepped onto the open teak deck of The Azure Empress.
The night was refreshing. The thick lavender fog had completely rolled back, leaving behind an endless canopy of brilliant coastal stars that sparkled across the dark, rolling waves.
The yacht’s executive chef had set out an opulent midnight spread on the outdoor lounge table: crystal flutes of chilled sparkling berry nectar, platters of fresh sliced mangoes, glazed figs, and smoked ocean delicacies.
Captain Harris stood on the bridge wing above, calling down with a respectful salute. "Chairman Evren! All rescued passengers from the disabled cruiser are tucked in and resting comfortably in the lower berths. Sea conditions are calm, and we are cruising back toward the Sapphire Coast private pier. Estimated arrival is eight in the morning!"
"Understood, Captain. Keep steady speed," Evren called back with a nod.
Amber poured three flutes of the sparkling berry nectar, handing one to Zephyra and one to Evren before raising her glass high under the starlight.
"To our family," Amber smiled, her brown eyes glowing with warmth. "Whole, unbroken, and ready for whatever comes next."
"To our family," Zephyra agreed softly, clicking her glass against Amber’s.
"To our family," Evren smiled, clinking his flute against theirs before taking a refreshing, chilled sip.
They sat together on the wide semicircular daybed at the stern, enjoying the sweet fruit and the cool ocean breeze.
Amber leaned contentedly against Evren’s right side, sharing slices of glazed figs with him, while Zephyra sat close on his left, her shoulders completely relaxed for the first time in months.
Zephyra looked down at her hands, flexing her fingers and admiring the strength in her grip.
She turned her head toward Evren, a teasing, competitive spark flashing in her violet eyes. A subtle, confident smirk touched the corners of her lips.
"Evren?" she asked quietly.
"Yeah, Z?" Evren turned to look at her.
Zephyra tilted her chin up slightly. "Tomorrow morning, once we get back to the villa..." she said, her eyes gleaming under the moonlight. "I want a rematch spar. Physical weapons only. And this time, Chairman, I’m not holding back."
Amber burst out laughing, clapping her hands in delight. "Oh, count me in as the referee! I want front-row seats for this!"
Evren chuckled, feeling his brand-new SS-Rank strength. A confident grin spread across his face as he met Zephyra’s eager gaze.
"You’re on, Z," Evren said smoothly. "Let’s see what you’ve got."
