Otaku F*cks Them All

Chapter 123: Mother and Naruto

Sarada could not look away.

Through the narrow gap in the door the wet, rhythmic sounds continued without mercy. Her mother was on her knees in the entryway of Naruto’s apartment, pink hair falling forward, lips stretched around the thick length that disappeared into her mouth with every downward motion. The gluck-gluck of her throat taking him deep was obscenely clear in the quiet hallway. Saliva glistened on Sakura’s chin. Her eyes were half-lidded, focused, the same practical expression she wore when performing medical ninjutsu now applied to the cock filling her mouth.

Sarada’s mind scrambled for an explanation that would make the image less real. Her mother loved her father. That had been one of the fixed points of every story she had grown up hearing. Sakura Haruno—Sakura Uchiha—had waited, fought, and stayed. The woman on her knees right now did not look like she was waiting for anyone.

Kael’s eyes opened.

He had known someone was in the hallway. The faint shift of chakra, the barely audible catch of breath—he had felt it the moment Sarada stopped outside. He did not turn his head fully. He simply adjusted the angle of his hips, pushed deeper into Sakura’s throat, and let his gaze slide sideways until it locked directly onto the dark eyes watching from the gap in the door.

Sarada froze.

Kael held the contact while Sakura’s wet, obedient mouth worked him closer to the edge. He watched the younger woman’s face as the first warning pulse traveled down his cock. He watched her while the pleasure tightened and broke. He came hard, with a low, rough sound, flooding Sakura’s mouth in thick pulses. Sakura’s throat moved as she swallowed around him, the wet gluck of it still audible. Some of the release escaped the corner of her lips and ran down her chin. Through it all Kael kept his eyes on Sarada.

She jerked back as if burned and disappeared into the neighboring apartment. The door slid shut with careful, silent precision. Even after she was gone, Kael knew she had seen everything—the exact moment he finished, the way her mother took it, the deliberate way he had looked at her while he did it.

He stayed in Sakura’s mouth until the last tremor passed, then slowly pulled free. A thin strand of saliva and release connected her lower lip to the head of his cock for a second before it broke. Sakura sat back on her heels, wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, and gave him a look that was half exasperation, half residual heat.

"You’re impossible," she muttered. "I actually came here with a message."

Kael tucked himself away and reached for a shirt. "Message received. Tsunade wants me. You’re coming too?"

"She wants both of us. And the new girl—Sarada." Sakura stood, still flushed, and moved toward the small bathroom to rinse her face. "I’ll get her."

She left the apartment. Kael finished dressing at a leisurely pace, the image of Sarada’s shocked eyes still sitting pleasantly in the back of his mind. The new quest to humiliate her had not even required effort yet. She had walked into the first step on her own.

---

Sarada stood in the middle of the shared apartment with her back against the closed door, heart slamming so hard she could feel it in her throat. The wet sounds still echoed in her ears. The look Naruto had given her while he finished in her mother’s mouth refused to leave.

What about Father?

The question circled without answer. Every childhood memory of her parents—quiet evenings, her mother’s rare soft smiles directed at Sasuke, the way they had stood together through everything the future had thrown at them—felt suddenly unstable. The woman who had just swallowed another man’s release on her knees did not match the mother she thought she knew. And Naruto... the Seventh Hokage of her timeline had been many things, but the man in this one looked her in the eyes while he used her mother and smiled.

She forced her breathing to steady. Tsunade had summoned her. She needed to change. She needed to function. She could not let the image win.

By the time Sakura knocked, Sarada had pulled on a fresh flak jacket and forced her expression into something close to neutral. She opened the door.

Sakura studied her for a second longer than necessary. "You ready? Hokage-sama wants a full briefing on the threat assessment. You’re the one who has the clearest information."

Sarada nodded once. She could not meet her mother’s eyes for long. The residual taste of what she had just witnessed sat between them like a third presence. Sakura frowned slightly at the unusual shyness but did not press. They left the building together.

Kael was already waiting in the street. As the three of them began walking toward the Hokage tower he fell into step beside Sakura. His hand dropped casually to the small of her back, then lower, fingers spreading over the curve of her ass in a slow, proprietary squeeze. He did it openly, angling his body so that Sarada—walking half a step behind—could not miss it.

Sarada’s stomach turned. Disgust and something sharper twisted together. She wanted to say something, to demand he stop, to demand her mother stop allowing it. The words would not form. Any confrontation would require acknowledging what she had seen in the doorway, and she was not ready to put that into speech. So she walked in silence, eyes fixed forward, while Naruto’s hand remained exactly where he had placed it for her benefit.

Sakura glanced at her daughter once more, still puzzled by the tension, but the conversation stayed practical—training schedules, the formal evaluation for the three new shinobi, the logistics of housing. Sarada answered when spoken to and otherwise kept her mouth shut. The image of her mother’s lips stretched around Naruto’s cock played on an endless loop behind her eyes.

The Hokage’s office was cool and brightly lit. Tsunade sat behind the wide desk in her usual sleeveless top and open haori, the diamond on her forehead catching the light when she looked up. Even after everything Kael had already done in this world, the sight of her still landed with the same low, appreciative pull it always had. The body of a woman who had lived through wars and refused to look it.

Shizune stood to one side with a notebook. Sarada, Sakura, and Kael arranged themselves in front of the desk.

Tsunade wasted no time.

"The other village leaders will be in Konoha within the month," she said. "Formal summit. I want a clear, credible briefing on the threat you’ve described—the one coming in approximately two years. If this danger is real, I will not have the Allied Nations walking into it blind. Sarada." Her gaze settled on the younger woman. "You’re the one who claims the most direct knowledge. You’ll prepare the assessment. Timeline, nature of the enemy, projected capabilities, and any recommended countermeasures. I want a draft in my hands before the summit."

Sarada straightened. Whatever personal shock still churned inside her, the professional part of her training answered first. "Understood, Hokage-sama. I’ll have it ready."

Tsunade nodded once. "Sakura, you’ll coordinate medical readiness scenarios based on whatever projected casualties she outlines. Naruto—keep eyes on the four newcomers and stay available. If this threat is even half of what you’ve implied, we’re going to need every advantage we can get."

The meeting was short and precise. When Tsunade dismissed them, Kael turned toward the door with the others. As he reached the threshold the system window opened quietly at the edge of his vision.

[Quest 16/100 : Make Tsunade your Bitch]

He paused for half a second, then kept walking. The notification sat in his mind like a door finally unlocking. He had wanted that particular body since the first time he saw her in this world—wanted the sharp tongue and the legendary strength and the way she carried herself like she had already survived everything the world could throw. The system had simply waited until the moment he was ready to stop waiting. He is going to take time enjoying this quest.

At the doorway he glanced back once.

Tsunade was already reaching for the next scroll on her desk, sunlight outlining the curve of her shoulders and the full line of her figure under the open haori. She did not look up.

Kael stepped out into the hallway, the new quest settling into place beside the still-active order to humiliate Sarada, and allowed himself one small, private smile.

Finally.
