With a nod to both of them, he hugged the files and hurried down the corridor. His steps were rushed yet steady.

Xu Yue stood still, watching his back disappear around the corner. "He seems to have truly changed," she murmured.

"Let’s observe a little longer. If he really wants to turn over a new leaf, let him share some of your burdens."

Despite his reassuring words, a knot of suspicion tightened in Yang Xun’s chest.

It was too much of a coincidence!

"President Xu, Meiyan Biotechnology hired the popular actress Chu Mengyao as their spokesperson. The commercial is already out. We just watched it, and the view count is incredibly high." Zhou Miao frowned, her eyes brimming with worry.

Just as she spoke, Xu Yue and Yang Xun watched the livestream begin testing Jade Skin Cream.
