Chapter 341: Going Undercover

Yue Feifei froze for a moment when her gaze landed on Yang Xun’s face, as if trying to recognize him. A moment later, her lips parted. “Yang… Yang Xun?” she breathed, her voice hoarse and seductive.

She seemed to want to say more, but only a trembling whimper escaped her throat before her body went entirely limp and slid downward.

Yang Xun quickly caught her, half-supporting and half-carrying her over to the sofa inside the private room.

The sofa was wide with a cold leather surface. The moment Yue Feifei touched it, she curled up, hugging her knees as a slight tremor ran through her body. The neckline of her tight, hip-hugging dress was cut extremely low, rising and falling with her rapid breaths, faintly revealing her full curves. One of the shoulder straps had slipped down, exposing a smooth, fair shoulder that was flushed with an unnatural, feverish red under the dim lights.

Yang Xun crouched in front of her. Reaching out, he pressed three fingers against her wrist to check her pulse. A moment later, his brows knitted together.

It was an aphrodisiac, and a heavy dose at that.

“You’ve been drugged,” Yang Xun said, his tone serious and certain.

Yue Feifei’s beautiful eyes were half-closed, her eyelashes fluttering slightly. An unbearable moan escaped her lips as her body involuntarily rubbed against Yang Xun.

The softness of her chest pressing against his arm quickly ignited a fiery heat throughout his body. He let out a soft sigh and reached out, intending to straighten her leaning posture. Instead, Yue Feifei used the momentum to lunge forward, her head nearly bumping into his crotch.

Yang Xun reflexively shrank back. Then, he wrapped his arms around her soft waist and pulled her into his embrace.

She slumped limply against his chest, her forehead resting against his collarbone, her breaths scalding and erratic. Under the effects of the drug, her cheeks were deeply flushed and her entire body was burning up. She writhed uncontrollably, letting out muffled, slurred murmurs laced with a soft, nasal tone.

“It’s unbearable… I’m so uncomfortable…”

Her voice had taken on a tearful edge. Her half-lidded eyes looked up at him pitifully.

Yang Xun’s body stiffened slightly. He could feel her body heat and heartbeat pressing against his chest, as well as her faint, fragrant breath brushing against the side of his neck.

“Yue Feifei, snap out of it,” he said, gently patting her cheek.

Yue Feifei lifted her head to look at him. Her tear-glistening phoenix eyes held a dazed yet reliant look. “Yang Xun… Save me… I feel so bad.”

Confirming that she hadn’t mistaken him for someone else, she immediately wrapped her arms around his neck, tilted her head up, and pressed her lips against the corner of his mouth.

The coolness of his lips provided brief relief to the scorching heat inside her. Taking advantage of the moment, her nimble tongue pried his teeth apart.

As their lips and teeth tangled together, a loud BUZZ echoed in Yang Xun’s head, and he nearly lost all traces of rationality. Her lips were scalding hot, seeking his in a clumsy yet frantic kiss.

When the kiss finally broke, they were both gasping for air.

Yang Xun reached out and gently held her shoulders, pushing her just a fraction of an inch away to create some distance between them. “No, this isn’t the place for this.”

His voice carried a restrained steadiness. “The people outside haven’t gone far yet. You’ve been drugged, and it’s too dangerous to stay here. I can only help you relieve it temporarily and force out some of the drug’s effects. Once you feel a bit better, we need to leave immediately.”

As he spoke, his hands roamed over her body, firmly massaging her sensitive pressure points.

“Ah… That feels good… Hurry.” Yue Feifei moaned sweetly, her body writhing faster and faster.

“Keep your voice down. We’ll be in trouble if someone hears,” Yang Xun coaxed helplessly, beads of sweat seeping from his forehead.

As they kissed and caressed each other, Yang Xun felt the flames of lust surging wildly within him. Yet, in a place like this, he couldn’t actually do anything. All he could do was grit his teeth and suppress his desires.

“Ah…”

With a high-pitched cry, Yue Feifei’s body shuddered violently, finally finding a momentary release. She collapsed limply onto Yang Xun, panting heavily. Involuntary tears spilled from her beautiful eyes.

Yang Xun held her with one arm while placing his other hand on the back of her neck. A wisp of gentle True Qi flowed through her meridians into her body, temporarily suppressing the surging drug in her system.

Yue Feifei turned slightly, burying her face into the crook of his neck. “Thank you for helping me,” she said, her voice muffled.

“There’s no need to be polite with me.” Yang Xun gently patted her back and softly asked, “First, tell me, why are you here? And why are you dressed like this?”

When he had first seen Yue Feifei, he hadn’t even dared to recognize her. She was wearing a micro-miniskirt that threatened to expose her panties with the slightest movement. Her top was made of scant, flimsy material that barely wrapped around her full chest. The outfit screamed of the red-light district, fully accentuating her gorgeous figure. There was no way the men inside would have ever let her go after seeing her like this.

Had he not happened to run into her, there was no telling how many men would have violated her tonight.

Yue Feifei closed her eyes, her breathing gradually steadying, and when she opened them again, her gaze had cleared. She was silent for a few seconds before she whispered, “I’m here undercover.”

“Undercover?”

She nodded slightly, her forehead brushing against his collarbone. “There have been a few disappearance cases in Zhonghai recently. They’re all young girls. Someone paid me to find them.

“I took the case and investigated for a while. Ultimately, all the clues pointed to this clubhouse. However, I didn’t have any solid evidence. In order not to alert the enemy, I had no choice but to infiltrate the place to search for them.

“The rules of this clubhouse are extremely strict. Members can only enter with a badge, and no cell phones, recording, or filming equipment are allowed. Left with no other options, I could only pretend to apply as a hostess to sneak in and gather information.”

“Did you find any clues here?” Yang Xun asked.

Yue Feifei frowned, looking somewhat deflated.

“Because I haven’t been here for long, I can’t access the core areas of the clubhouse. I haven’t found those missing girls yet. But after getting in, I noticed that everyone frequenting this place were powerful figures in Zhonghai. There are even quite a few people from other cities who come here for entertainment.

“Just now, I was drinking with a group of rich second-generation heirs. I didn’t expect them to drug me. Fortunately, I noticed something was wrong and quickly found a chance to escape.”

Thinking back on it, a lingering fear gripped her. No matter how formidable she was, she was still just a woman. Furthermore, she had been drugged. If she had actually been caught, her fate tonight would have been unimaginable.

“You didn’t actually think your disguise was flawless, did you? They probably noticed something was off about you a long time ago and deliberately set a trap for you,” Yang Xun said helplessly, reaching out to wipe a tear from the corner of her eye.

“Huh? Are you serious? I disguised myself so well… I can’t believe I was still discovered,” Yue Feifei said, looking completely chagrined.

Seeing her like this, Yang Xun couldn’t help but laugh. “Even if you dress like a woman of the night, your eyes are simply too clean. They hold no greed or fawning. One look is enough to tell that you aren’t in this line of work.”

Hearing this, Yue Feifei blanked for a moment before a look of sudden realization dawned on her. “I had actually managed to gather some clues, but perhaps I asked too many questions and tipped them off.”
