Chapter 201: 201: Triggering The Wild Cat!

Nyx wasn’t in his room. He was outside alone playing with his little squirrel.

After Nyx had returned, he had always locked himself up alone and didn’t wish to interact with much people, even though they were always so close.

He was still angry with them all for getting so close to Ayra and believing her. So he kept his distance from them all.

And while alone, Nyx had picked up a little squirrel he had found close to the bushes. The squirrel had broken its legs, so the kind Nyx treated its legs and kept it as his little companion. Feeding it and watching it play around.

That day, Nyx had gone outside to play with his little friend. He kept it and sat on a rock, watching the little squirrel move around playfully.

Nyx had just looked away when suddenly the squirrel caught sight of something and had began chasing it. The squirrel ran out of sight.

"Huh?" Nyx looked around, shocked. "Come back.. hey.. come..." Nyx instantly ran after the squirrel to catch it.

And while running after the squirrel, he finally arrived at a spot where he was standing opposite Miya and her beast husbands.

And Nyx was staring at her tiger beast husband who was stepping on the squirrel’s body, preventing it from moving. The squirrel struggled to move but to no avail. The tiger was firmly stepping on it.

Miya folded her arms as she stared at him. "Finally. We found you. Did you miss us, little cat?" She questioned.

Nyx slowly looked up to meet their faces. He recalled them and the thought of the Silvermoon tribe instantly sent fury down his spine.

Nyx was furious for two reasons as he clenched his fist. First, they were harming his little squirrel and secondly he recalled how much he hated this tribe.

"Let go of my squirrel..." Nyx rarely spoke, but that was his first words. And he was furious as he spoke.

Miya and her husbands stared down at the squirrel and stared up at Nyx. Miya laughed mockingly.

"Oh! The dumb cat can actually speak? I thought he was a complete monster back at our tribe," she laughed as she said, "And I see you care about this little squirrel more than anything..."

Miya happily walked closer to the squirrel with a mischievous smile. "Then I wonder what would happen if I just.." Miya stepped on the squirrel’s body.

The squirrel shrieked and struggled to move in pain. But she stepped onto its body firmly while smiling at Nyx. "What now?"

Nyx stared at them. His whole body was heating up in fury as he glared at them, his eyes were growing golden.

Miya smiled. "I see you really care about this stupid squirrel," she said as she stepped on its head and tail. "How silly... But I guess it’s working. How do you feel? Angry?"

Nyx clenched his fist firmly as he continued, "I said.. let go of the squirrel..." He muttered.

Miya smiled as she stepped on its tail. The squirrel shrieked in immense pain. "I’ll consider.. if you can do something for me."

She smiled as she said, "You recall Ayra, right? My vicious sister who did all sorts of things to you back at the tribe." 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ

She continued, "You should know she’s here. Eh? And I’m sure you’re not so happy about it. Maybe if you consider working with me and taking her down.. maybe I’ll consider leaving your little friend alone. Okay?"

She smiled as she spoke, but Nyx wasn’t even paying attention. The wild cat was burning up in fury as he stared down at the squirrel under her feet.

"So.. what do you say...? Is that a deal..?" Miya asked as he slowly stared up at him. At that moment, his eyes were golden and furious. Ready to destroy.

Ayra, the tribe lords and Commander Lynn had arrived at Nyx’s house.

Ayra had them stand outside and wait while she made her way inside to see him.

"I’ll let you know if I need you," she said as she went in but didn’t see Nyx.

Confused, Ayra looked around and couldn’t see any single sign of Nyx around. "Huh? Where could he have gone...?"

While she looked around, her system suddenly beeped.

[Ding!]

[Alert Host, Wild Cat’s berserk level is spiking]

Surprised and confused, Ayra stared at the system. "Huh? How’s that possible...?"

[Host: Wild cat’s berserk level is hitting 40% and increasing rapidly]

[The wild cat going insane means danger for everyone]

[Host should quickly calm the wild cat down as fast as possible before it’s too late]

Ayra stared at the system for a while. "Oh dear.... What made the cat go wild now..."

At that moment, she couldn’t think of a possible reason. She could only fear that her dumb sister and her companions might be the cause.

But she didn’t want to believe that. Without hesitation, she instantly turned and rushed off. Ayra came out and instantly informed them.

"Let’s go. Nyx is in trouble," she informed. And they didn’t need further explanations at all.

Immediately, they all followed her and took off to where Nyx might possibly be.

By the time Ayra and her mates had arrived at the scene, they saw Nyx transformed into a huge black cat. He looked furious as he glared down at Miya and her beast companions.

They were instantly shocked and scared at the sudden transformation. And from the looks of things, they could tell that the wild cat had gotten extremely dangerous.

Scared, they all began stepping backwards. Miya had stepped away from the squirrel who lay there struggling for its life. Her and her beast companions stepped backwards as Miya asked.

"So do you accept our deal or...?" She stared up at the huge cat coming their way.

But it was clear that the wild cat wasn’t here to make a deal. The wild cat had shrieked at them as he jumped towards them in fury.

"Protect me!" Miya instantly snapped at her husbands as she turned and began running off.

And immediately, the scene had gotten brutal and chaotic.
