Ayra stared at them with a smile as she said, "When I’m done with work then I’ll probably consider."

She said as she turned. "Stand out here, you all. I’ll go in alone. I’ll let you know when I need you in, okay?"

Ayra soon walked into the house before her. And the four beastmen stood out there.

The tribe lords had their eyes on Commander Lynn who was awkwardly standing there and staring back at them.

"What trick did you use to get Ayra’s kiss...?" Lord Vale stared suspiciously at him.

"That’s suspicious..." Lord Ash nodded.

As soon as Ayra stepped into the room, she caught sight of Nyx who had aggressively got up from the bed where he lay.

Nyx was struggling. His legs were still hurting him from the snake bite. He was in bed struggling to hold in the pain, but as soon as he heard someone enter the room, he instantly got up to his feet and pretended as if nothing was wrong.

He cast a glare at Ayra. And as soon as he saw it was her, his expression changed. His eyes went cold while he struggled to stand firm, staring at her.

"What are you doing here...?" He questioned, alert.

Ayra had already noticed him struggling with his feet. And she also noticed him pretending as if he was fine.

She simply smiled as she said, "I came here to pay you a visit... And bring you something to eat," she said as she went to keep the bowl of soup on the table.

Nyx stared at her, looking angry and aggressive. He had cleaned up and had some clothes on, so he wasn’t looking so dirty. He had black primitive clothing around his body.

"I never asked for any of that... So why should you be here...?" He demanded, staggering backwards while staring at her alert.

Ayra smiled. "I know you won’t. But I decided to bring it. You should have a taste, it’s delicious and nourishing. I’m sure you’ll like it."

Nyx stared coldly at her. "Get out already. I already know all your evil plans and I’m not falling for your acts.. so leave now before I.. get..." He struggled and staggered with his feet, hiding his pain as he said, "Before I get aggressive with you..."

Ayra smiled softly as she stared at his feet, saying, "I understand how you feel and I’m not forcing you to forgive me.. but if you don’t pay attention to your feet, you’ll be soon crippled. It’s an S-rank snake bite.. not casual at all."

She added, "So... Please have this meal and let me heal your feet..."

"I’d rather go crippled than have someone like you close to me..." He said furiously. "So get out..." He turned to leave but instantly found himself falling to his knee.

"Ah!" He groaned in pain, knees on the floor in immense pain.

And instantly, Ayra rushed towards him. She was thinking in the moment and felt bad for the wild cat in pain because of her cub, so she rushed to help.

Ayra was opportuned to place a hand over his leg. For a short amount of time, she let her hand feel his legs.

[Reducing Pain...]

But it didn’t last long. Ayra had only used a bit of her skills before Nyx instantly glared at her and brushed her hands off.

"Get out..." He said as he struggled to his feet. "Don’t touch me... I’ll... Never forgive you..."

Ayra stared up at him. "Your case is pretty serious. Luckily I was able to reduce the pain else it’ll strike you down... But you should take it seriously."

Nyx paused, standing. Surprisingly, he could feel the pain in his feet reduce. He wasn’t feeling the stinging pain that much.

He was surprised as he stared at her. "How’s that possible..." He thought to himself as he stared at her. "She couldn’t have possibly done that.. she’s an F-rank female how..."

He found himself sniffing. He didn’t smell the F-rank essence around Ayra at all. Rather, all he could smell was D-rank. The female was a D-rank female now?!

He was speechless as he stared at Ayra. He couldn’t believe she had upgraded and was able to help cure him a bit?!

Ayra got to her feet as she stared at the suspicious looking wild cat. She smiled. It was small but at least it was some improvement.

"I was terrible to you and I apologize. But I promise to be good to you and help you heal from it all as part of my apology.." she turned to the table where the soup was.

Nyx stared at her, confused and surprised as she opened the food bowl.

"This vegetable soup will help nourish you well enough. I made sure of that, so get a taste."

Nyx casually said with a scoff, "Too bad, I don’t like vegetable soup. So take it away from me..." He was instantly cut short by the aroma of the soup!

The aroma caught him by the nostrils and sank into him, taking over him.

Nyx was shocked at how amazing the scent was! Wasn’t it supposed to be a bitter vegetable soup? How was the aroma so heavenly?

As Ayra held the soup to him, he found himself staring at the soup in shock.

It was supposed to be a vegetable soup. And he saw the vegetables and all which he hated, but still it looked so nourishing. And the smell made him want to take a bite.

"You should have a taste..." Ayra said with a smile. "I’m sure you’ll like it. And I’m sure it’ll help you."

Nyx shook his head persistently. "Never. I’m not going to have a taste of whatever you make. So take it away," he snapped.

But immediately, his stomach grumbled aloud for a long time. The silence between them after was awkward.

And then Ayra smiled. "Are you sure about that...?"
