Chapter 834 - 260: The Emotionless Old Fox (6K)_4

Mainly to see the little girl, and casually talked about business. The game software was sold, and there are buyers interested in the rental and job search information platform... but currently, the hottest ICQ chat software in the United States gets no attention.

This left Zhang Hao puzzled. Such a huge flow and no takers? But it’s fine, as he initially just wanted a convenient and simple chat software without ads. Besides, he doesn’t need to bear the operational costs now; if it doesn’t sell, it doesn’t sell.

As for Howard Schultz, he aims at the physical industry and investment in that field. If there’s an opportunity, of course, he’ll seize it. If not, he’ll continue selling his coffee. Moreover, other software from 58 Technology also has a good market.

...

Returning to the hotel from the Schultz family, exiting the elevator and walking down the corridor, Zhang Hao heard his teammates talking.

The Lakers had booked the 12th floor of the Trump family’s hotel, as they usually do because the Lakers currently have won 12 championships.

"Being so popular, I’m really helpless, but it’s what I expected..."

As Zhang Hao approached O’Neal’s room 1202, he heard O’Neal’s boastful shouting.

As if afraid others couldn’t hear him!

Zhang Hao suddenly remembered, a few days before they played against the Clippers, the day before, they were interviewed by the American Cable TV Station. There was an anonymous voting activity where everyone could choose their three favorite active players, without selecting players from their own team.

Another rule was that active players were divided into three age groups: below 25, 25 to 30, and 30 and above.

O’Neal is still almost two months away from turning 25, which means he and Mr. Zhang are in the same age group.

O’Neal is the most favored player below 25 by other players... Zhang Hao was not surprised at all.

Ignoring it, Zhang Hao thought to himself he really didn’t care about this matter. Does it really matter to be liked by league players? If they don’t like him, he’ll just play against them.

Right, he doesn’t care. Zhang Hao didn’t stop his steps, heading to his room at the end of the hallway, despite hearing that end rooms are unlucky. He still likes to live there because it’s quiet, and the Lakers almost always book a floor; teammates are too noisy.

Just as he was about to walk past O’Neal’s room, Barkley called out to Zhang Hao: "Aix, come quickly, you made the list, third place!"

Third! Zhang Hao turned and walked into O’Neal’s room.

Most of the teammates were there! Clearly, it was something the players cared about.

Ignoring the chattering of the teammates, Zhang Hao pushed O’Neal aside to look at his computer.

"How dare you shove me!"

O’Neal was about to curse on the spot, but thinking he’s first place, he let it slide.

The webpage from the American Cable TV Station was quite rich in content, even had more pictures.

The open webpage was the "NBA Players Favorite Stars List."

First of all, among players 30 and above, the most favored by league players is the Magician.

Zhang Hao thought this was normal. Many players now grew up watching the Magician play; he received 244 votes, far ahead of second place Olajuwon’s 45 votes. Third was Jordan with 29 votes, fourth was Barkley with 27 votes, fifth David Robinson with 13 votes, and the rest had single-digit votes. Notably, Malone only received 1 vote.

In this situation, Zhang Hao immediately analyzed that the Magician alone took too many votes.

As for Jordan’s low votes... Many of Jordan’s competitors are still in the NBA, which is quite normal. Besides, Jordan’s recent achievements and personal performances have drawn too much animosity.

For players 25 to under 30, it’s quite balanced. Larry Johnson at first place with 75 votes, Alonzo Mourning second with 72 votes, Anfernee Hardaway third with 67 votes, Glenn Rice fourth with 61 votes... this ranking, Zhang Hao was quite surprised.

Under 25 players, O’Neal was first with 102 votes, not a big advantage, but still more than Juwan Howard’s lead in the 25 to under 30 category; Juwan Howard had 81 votes at second.

Third was himself, Mr. Zhang, with 79 votes!
