As soon as Otohime finished speaking, her brows suddenly furrowed.

Her Observation Haki had sensed three surges of anger.

Following those three auras, Otohime looked over and saw three women.

Her expression turned thoughtful.

She seemed to have some impression of those three.

They were Bellemere and her daughters.

Although they had already moved on and understood that every place had good people and bad people, and that scum existed everywhere, the moment they saw that octopus among the crowd, anger still surged up uncontrollably.

Back then, if White Ghost had not arrived in time, their family's ending would not have been good.

Among the crowd of fish-men, Hatchan saw the three women glaring at him and lowered his head in shame.

The others also sensed that something was wrong and turned to look.

Hatchan gathered his courage and walked toward the three women.

He knew.

He knew who had made Fish-Man Island what it was today.

For the sake of Fish-Man Island, his one life meant nothing.

When Jinbe and Otohime saw Hatchan, memories flashed through their minds, and they instantly remembered what had happened.

"Um…"

Jinbe had just been about to say something when, in the next second, the reckless brutes on White Ghost's ship all locked their auras onto him.

"Ugh."

Jinbe froze, not daring to make any unnecessary movements.

Chopper directly enlarged his body, white steam puffing from his nostrils.

He knew about that incident.

On the ship, Nami was the one who doted on him the most. Now that Nami wanted revenge, he wanted to see who dared stop her.

Big White rested his baseball bat on his shoulder and glared fiercely at the fish-men.

The three Kung Fu Dugongs also took fighting stances.

Otohime wanted to step forward, but Ain stopped her.

"You should know about that matter. If White Bro hadn't arrived in time back then, you should understand what would have happened."

Otohime still wanted to say something, but Ain shook her head.

"We can't give way on this. Those two over there are our little sisters."

Little Shirahoshi also noticed something was wrong and wanted to speak, but Elena comforted her.

"Alright. Some people aren't worth sympathizing with."

Those who knew about the incident began to worry.

The fish-men who did not know what had happened looked ugly.

Could it be that there were also people on that lord's ship who discriminated against fish-men?

Hatchan walked in front of the three women.

Under the angry gazes of the fish-men and Nami's family, he slowly knelt down.

"Hatchan, what are you doing?!"

Those who did not know the truth shouted when they saw this.

Then their gazes collectively turned hostile toward White Ghost's group.

Jinbe sensed something wrong at the first moment and hurriedly said,

"Don't act recklessly. Hatchan has some conflict with them."

Jango swaggered over to the angry fish-men.

"What? Now that you've learned a few skills, you want to turn on your teacher?"

"Instructor Jango!"

The fish-men who had been trained by Jango lowered their heads one after another.

They knew how to be grateful.

Jango had taught them skills in the past, but they still could not swallow what they were seeing.

Jango nodded in satisfaction.

"You don't understand this matter. Back then, that octopus and that guy called Arlong nearly killed our captain's little sister's mother. All of you, behave."

The fish-men froze.

They knew a little about that incident.

Previously, they had even been beaten once because of it.

After Hatchan knelt down, he pressed his forehead to the ground.

"I know you won't forgive me. I only beg you for one thing. Don't let that lord abandon Fish-Man Island."

Looking at Hatchan kneeling on the ground, ready to accept death or punishment, Bellemere closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"That matter is already in the past. The people who acted back then are dead. You didn't make a move, so you survived."

As Bellemere spoke, one arm wrapped around Nami beside her, and the other around Nojiko.

"It's over. We aren't angry anymore. We're living very well now."

"Mm, mm."

Nami and Nojiko hugged her.

The three women did not look at Hatchan on the ground again and turned to walk back into the crowd.

Hatchan raised his head, his face covered in tears. He kowtowed hard.

"I'm sorry!"

The holy sword Verdict left its sheath in Kuina's hand.

"Do you want me to deal with him? It's only killing one fish-man. Not a big problem."

Shiroheko nodded.

Only an octopus, and one who had done that kind of thing.

If they killed him, they killed him.

Bellemere lit a cigarette.

"Forget it. Killing him would be bad for that guy's plan. Besides, I've already moved on."

Otohime hurried over and wanted to bow in apology, but repulsive force emitted from Bellemere's hand and stopped her.

"Your Majesty, there's no need to say anything unnecessary. We've moved on.

"Just like the captain said, every place has good people and bad people.

"We came to Fish-Man Island because we heard this place was fun. Don't disappoint the three of us."

Otohime looked at the three women guiltily.

Her Observation Haki could sense the anger in their hearts, so she knew why they had chosen not to act.

Otohime forced a smile.

"Then let us head to Ryugu Palace first. A banquet has already been prepared there. Fish-Man Island's delicacies will not disappoint everyone."

The group boarded flounders and began heading toward Ryugu Palace.

The Dragon Emperor was dragged along.

As for the Kraken, it was allowed to move freely. It did not dare run anyway.

It had tried to run earlier, and White Ghost had personally gone into the water and beaten it up.

Jinbe hurried over and helped Hatchan up.

"In the days to come, make it up to them properly."

Hatchan had just been about to nod when Lafitte came over, twirling his cane with a fake smile on his face.

"Although our captain's little sisters have forgiven you, that matter left wounds in their hearts forever."

Before they could continue speaking, Lafitte looked at the two of them with a smile.

"I saw just now that you seem to be a fish-man warrior too. When we need you in the future, you cannot hide in the back."

Jinbe's face became unpleasant.

The meaning of that sentence was very obvious.

In future battles, Hatchan would have to charge at the very front, and that would be the most dangerous place.

Hatchan nodded hard.

"I understand. I'll prove it with my actions."

Lafitte chuckled.

"Words are useless. Once we reach the New World, there will soon be a great battle. We'll see your performance then."

Watching Lafitte's back, Jinbe wanted to say something, but Hatchan shook his head.

"You don't need to comfort me, Boss Jinbe.

"You also know about that matter. If doing this can make up for my mistake, then even dying will be worth it."

The matter on this side came to an end.

On the other side, White Ghost was flying through the air at high speed.

Along the way, countless mermaids saw him flash past overhead.

Before long, White Ghost arrived at his destination.

The Mermaid Café.

Ishilly and several beautiful mermaids were already waiting for him at the entrance.

When they saw him land, the mermaids bowed.

"Welcome back, Boss."

The corner of White Ghost's mouth twitched.

What kind of title was that?

When did he become their boss?

White Ghost also saw the still-young Camie among them, but he had no interest in her.

In the original path, this girl was also one of the airheaded types.
