One of the weapons of the Irregular of the Freezing Frost has been destroyed but the enemy did not seem bothered. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost just stomped its foot once again and created another pike. Adrian thought that these weapons made of permafrost would not be recreated but he was wrong in that assumption.

“The enemy has the perfect defense and even reflexes. It can even freeze spatial rifts using the power that came from the Winter Tree. Sirius cannot drag it to the shadow realm as it could also freeze concepts. Such an enemy means that the only way to truly defeat is to either overpower it or use physical attacks.” Adrian thought.

The Irregular of the Freezing Frost then faced Adrian and threw its spear up in the sky. The ice spear suddenly collected lots of ice and snow to create an even bigger javelin. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost then directed this large ice javelin towards Adrian as an attack. The enemy did not stop there as it infused its pike once again with permafrost energy to release a powerful ice wave.

“This enemy is really too perfect in a battle sense. Are all irregulars like this or jus the ones that I battle?” Adrian thought as two of his dragon turtle mirrors suddenly glowed.

The first mirror shot out a figure clad in wind and lightning that destroyed the ice wave with his own sword wave. Vayu finally returned back to the area as he managed to find the dragon turtle mirror that came to fetch him. Another figure came out of another dragon turtle mirror, and she came riding a pegasus. With her spear, she parried the large ice javelin that is about to hit Adrian.

The ice javelin encountered the divine energy that is infused in Frey’s spear which promptly destroyed it. Only the original ice spear came flying back towards the Irregular of the Freezing Frost. Adrian could see that Frey and Vayu were a bit tired, but he needed them against this opponent as it has the powers of a demigod.

“Saena, heal them back to full. Also, their stamina please.” Adrian stated as Saena agreed as she used some of her own life to heal back the two to full health and mana. The stamina also returned back to full but that also meant that Saena had to retire. Saena had to return back to the Soul Chamber as healing any being to perfection takes quite a toll especially for her in this current environment.

“If only the sun was present then she would not have been this exhausted.” Adrian though as Saena is sealed.

“We have destroyed the ice!” Peridot and Solstice cheered but their mana and stamina could be seen a bit on the low side.

“Good job. Now the only problem is that thing.” Adrian muttered as he looked at the Irregular of the Freezing Frost.

Adrian is actually quite shocked by the power and ability that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost is showing. The fact that the enemy could easily match with him despite his bloated stats means that it might be stronger than him stat wise. The only way for him to ever win is to work together with the others as the Irregular of the Freezing Frost has not showed what it can truly do yet.

The Irregular of the Freezing Frost saw that the ice on the gate has been destroyed which means that the enemy would enter the cave. As if the Irregular of the Freezing Frost still has the memories of the Frost Elf Mage, the enemy emitted a weird shriek as if it was warning them to not even dare to enter. What Adrian and the others do not know is that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost felt the aura of the Winter Tree from within the cave.

The Irregular of the Freezing Frost basically warned them to not enter and take the treasure it wants. Adrian knows the body language that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost is showing. He could clearly tell that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost is trying to intimidate them. Adrian did not know why the Irregular of the Freezing Frost was acting like this, but he does not care.

“Go and find Levin Cloud in there. He might be at the depths of that cave as a prisoner.” Adrian told Peridot and Soleil.

“What about you guys?” Peridot asked.

“We can manage. The enemy is trying to intimidate us and stop us from entering. It is trying to protect something there and it might be Levin Cloud. It must have also sensed the natural energy in his body which means he is there.” Adrian replied.

Just as Peridot and Soleil were about to enter the cave, the Irregular of the Freezing Frost suddenly moved. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost phased through an ice pillar and vanished without a trace. Adrian could feel the enemy around them which means it did not escape but he felt the killing intent directed at Peridot and Soleil.

Adrian immediately used his dragon turtle mirrors to transport Peridot and Soleil back to him. Just as he sensed, the Irregular of the Freezing Frost suddenly appeared in front of the location where Peridot and Soleil used to be. If Adrian did not save them then they would have been torn to shreds by the Irregular of the Freezing Frost.

“Why is it blocking the door?” Frey asked as she was confused why an enemy would try to block them.

“It has something in the cave that it wants for itself. It cannot just enter it and leave us here as it knows that we will follow after it.” Adrian stated.

“I know that it might be quite late but why does that thing have elemental energy? Is it an elemental?” Vayu asked as he is confused on how a being like it could have elemental energy equivalent to that of a High Elemental when it clearly has a physical body.
