They came together hard enough that the rest of the world briefly disappeared behind the pleasure.

Stella’s body clamped down around him as the orgasm tore through her. A broken sound got caught in her throat while her thighs locked tight against his hips. Tom followed with a rough exhale, buried to the hilt, his cock pulsing deep inside her as the climax made him seem to empty whatever cum he had left in him. It came in waves.

"Mhmmm..." Stella moaned as if she was still feeling the pleasure.

For several seconds neither of them moved. The only sound in the car at that moment was the sound of their breathing.

Stella lowered her forehead to his and stayed there.

They stayed like that, joined in comfortable quietude, the heat between them slowly settling into something heavier than the act itself.

Her fingers were still curled in his shirt. And his hands remained at her waist, with his thumbs resting against slightly wet skin where the gown had been pushed aside. The duo had nothing in their minds, they simply based in the aftermath of the hot session and the strange intimacy of not immediately pulling away.

After like two minutes, the System’s chime cut softly through the silence.

Tom’s eyes shifted as the interface unfolded in his vision.

The System had judged the fueling station public enough to count, but not shameless enough to escalate the prize. Tom found, to his own mild surprise, that he was satisfied with that.

He read every line in silence. The villa was not ownership, but it was still substantial and he was pleased, not bothering to care that that was even the base tier reward. That was a private compound, distance from the city, a place that answered to him alone for half a year.

Meanwhile, Stella, who didn’t know what was going on, simply shifted slightly against him, still seated in his lap, his cock softening but not yet leaving her. When she spoke, her voice was low enough to remain between them.

"I’ve always been wild," she murmured. "That’s not new." A faint, almost unwilling breath left her at the admission."But this is the first time control has started slipping out of my hands."

Tom listened without interrupting. She was divulging what she wouldn’t be sharing with anyhow person and that meant something.

She drew back just enough to look at him properly, her eyes searching his face with a seriousness that sex alone did not explain. "Who exactly are you, Tom Harlow? Other than a past bartender."

The question sat between them with more weight than the wet seat and disordered clothes around them.

Tom blinked then gave a small huff of a laugh. "I don’t have an interesting life like you, Stella. There isn’t much to tell, trust me." he said.

Stella shook her head at once. "No. You seem special. You feel like someone with an interesting life."

"Do I?" he asked, amused despite himself. He stayed quiet for a moment then added as an afterthought; "If you’d seen me a few months ago, you wouldn’t think that."

She studied him for another second, as if trying to reconcile the man currently buried inside her with whatever ordinary past he was claiming. Then she cleared her throat softly. The sound was small, the kind that followed intensity when the body remembered it needed ordinary things again.

Tom noticed immediately and the gentleman in him just had to do something about it.

"I’ll get water," he said.

Stella nodded.

Then they separated carefully and that loss of contact left a brief, sticky coolness behind.

Stella adjusted her lingerie and pulled the oversized gown back into place with sharp movements, restoring the outer shape of her disguise even while her mouth still looked faintly swollen and her eyes remained too dark. Tom fixed his trousers, smoothed his shirt as best he could, and stepped out of the car into the station’s hard white light.

The ordinary world returned in pieces to him - the smell of fuel hit him first. He breathed in the air gently as he walked to the small convenience unit. There, he bought two bottles of water, one chilled, the other left at shelf temperature.

When he came back and slid into the rear seat again, he held both out with a dry little breath of a chuckle.

"I didn’t ask which one you wanted before I went so I got two. Chilled or room temperature?" he asked.

Stella’s expression softened at that question. The sweetness of the gesture was simple, almost careless, and somehow that made it land harder. He wasn’t trying to be seen, he was just being himself. She looked at the two bottles, then at him, and a spark of mischief crossed her face.

"I want both."

Tom did not rise to it. He didn’t tease neither did he lecture. He only adjusted his grip on the bottles and asked, perfectly calm, "Which one should I open first?"

Something in Stella went still.

If it had been Adrian, there would already have been a comment about decisiveness, about composure, about the proper conduct of a woman who knew how to carry herself.

The comparison rose without invitation and immediately irritated her. She hated that her mind had made it at all. Without answering the thought, she reached out and wanted to take the chilled bottle from Tom’s hand.

"This one."

He didn’t allow her to it until he had opened it for her then passed it over.

Stella swallowed hard refusing to read meaning to that as her heart wanted to. She collected and drank the cold water cutting coldly through the leftover heat in her throat.

Then someone knocked on the back-seat window, scattering the quietude.

Both of them looked up at once and the person they saw knocked out the breath from them.

It was Adrian Cole, standing tall outside the glass. And he was standing by the back-seat door, which meant only one thing...

He had been watching...
