So just like that, all the armoured knight puppets visible to the ladies were destroyed at the same time. And seeing this, the moaning Holy Mother Statue gave a disappointed sigh.

But the barrier was still intact. And that could only mean one thing. This Holy Mother Statue had more than 15 of her offsprings on the battlefield. And the rest were currently hiding.

So without finding them, there was no way for the ladies to get rid of the barrier. And as the ladies had actually not sensed the hidden puppets this whole time, that could only mean that those puppets were experts in hiding and searching was the weakest point of all the ladies here.

So just as they were feeling helpless, Scarlet made her move. She used the same darkness elemental spell from before and followed it up with a second, slightly less powerful spell.

The barrier broke once because of the spell and a new barrier appeared. But before solidifying, this barrier suddenly disappeared. And immediately, the Holy Mother Statue was hit with the second spell.

Seeing this, Scarlet smiled. Just as she had expected, this Holy Mother Statue had a total of 16 offsprings. So it was only one who was hiding.

So when Scarlet broke the barrier again, that last remaining offspring was automatically sacrificed to recreate the barrier.
