Chapter 1281: Longing Across Time and Space (Part 2)

Lono watched the scene with some concern.

“If Victini has traveled back in time, does that mean there are two Victinis existing at the same time?” she asked.

Naoki nodded: “If nothing unexpected happens, that’s the case.”

But the problem is, he couldn’t be sure of the current time, whether the battle between the White Dragon and Black Dragon has taken place.

Lono was already pregnant, and Naoki didn’t want her to join him on this adventure.

“Nini!” it exclaimed excitedly.

The old man was startled awake, opened his cloudy eyes, and looked with surprise at the unexpectedly arriving visitors.

But in the next second, Victini’s voice stopped abruptly because it suddenly noticed another Victini beside the old man, the Victini from the past!

“Nini…” Victini stood there feeling a bit at a loss.

Mew and Teddiursa also saw that Victini and didn’t know what to do.

“Who are you people?” The Old King looked at the oddly dressed man and woman: “Why have you come here?”

Speaking, his gaze suddenly focused on that Victini, the Old King immediately felt a sense of familiarity, leaving him stunned.

Naoki and Lono exchanged a glance, and Naoki responded, “We come from the future.”

“The future?” The Old King looked at the speaking man with murky eyes.

“But due to excessive exhaustion, you lost your life, leaving only Victini at the castle. Now it has been nearly a thousand years, Victini wished to see you again, so we have come here.”

Hearing this, the Old King was immediately stunned.

He looked at the Victini beside him and then at the Victini opposite him.

Naoki remained silent, unsure of what to say.

So Reshiram and Zekrom have already chosen two princes?

Then where is Kyurem now?

Seeing they didn’t speak, the Old King asked: “What are your names?”

“My name is Naoki,” Naoki introduced, “This is my wife, Lono.”

“Thank you very much for helping Victini. Please stay in the castle today! I will have people come to take good care of you,” said the Old King.

“Thank you very much,” Naoki replied.

They were brought to the past Eindoak because of Victini’s wish, have yet to find a way back, and for now could only accept the offer.

The Old King called over an old woman, who led the two to a luxuriously decorated room.

Once the woman left, Lono worriedly asked, “How do we get back to the ranch?”

Naoki shrugged, “I don’t know either. The only way at present is to go to the Sinnoh Region and find the Time God Dialga to send us back to the future.”

Lono: “… but if we’re gone for too long, everyone at the ranch will be worried.”

Naoki was also somewhat troubled by this.

He looked at Koraidon.

One person, one Pokemon, staring at each other.

But Koraidon was certain that Naoki eventually succeeded in returning to the ranch.

“It’s so rare to be in this place, let’s go wander over there together!”

Naoki didn’t mind and looked at Koraidon, Mew, and Teddiursa, asking: “Do you want to go out and explore?”

Koraidon nodded gladly, “Argh!”

Mew and Teddiursa, not knowing what else to do, decided to accompany the two out for some fun.

Thus, the two of them, along with the Pokemon, prepared to go downstairs, but soon Naoki realized that their clothes stood out too much and would surely attract attention.

After a bit of thinking, they found the old woman they just met.

After expressing their intentions, the old woman found two sets of local clothes for them, though she looked at Koraidon with a fearful expression.

Naoki noticed this but wasn’t surprised, as such things occasionally happened even in the future, due to Koraidon’s fierce appearance.

After changing clothes, they thanked the old woman and, amidst her surprised gaze, headed out with Koraidon, Mew, and Teddiursa.

Leaving the old woman standing dazed.
