"Finder Golderon." Seeker introduced himself to a group of young, and beautiful Pioneers who were headed back to the city. The group rode a vehicle similar to the controvertible cars of Earth. Of course, the design was different compared to Earth's vehicles.

The sight of his armband made the girls rather curious of him. Despite claiming to be a level-2, Class One Pioneer, the armband was rather large and bulky. All of the girls only had Pioneer bands that were the size of bracelets.

Seeker quickly discovered that the size of one's bracelet was akin to being seen as a rich and powerful child.

Seeker smiled and exuded a very charming aura as he spoke to the girls.

The party of seven was composed of five girls and two boys.

The two boys had a bracelet that seemed close to twice the size of the average one. The girls only had one strip on theirs.

Seeker knew that the level and power of his bracelet were advanced for his age. This meant that people would deduce that Seeker was from a rich and well-off family, capable of providing Seeker more than three times of what most Pioneer parents can provide to their sons or daughters.

"Golderon?" The two men at the back frowned when they heard Seeker's name.

They began to secretly search online and found a very recluse family with unknown and unpublished details. But this was fairly common in the world of Pioneers. However historical evidence displayed that the Golderon family was involved in various parts and moments of history.

Seeker could only smile. The moment he assumed this name and sent a message to Low Hark Ltd., history was slowly being modified and revised and the Golderon family became a quiet family that has been around for nearly fifty years.

The men maintained a suspicious stare at the playboy who was now connecting with their classmates.

"Where are you studying?" Asked the very extroverted girl of the group.

"I'm not enrolled in any school. I continue my education within the family. In other words, home-schooled. After this, I'll work and carry on my family's business. It's sort of... a Golderon tradition."

"Wow..." The girls ogled at Seeker.

The men rolled their eyes. In any other cases, they would laugh at someone who was home-schooled, but given the size of Seeker's armband, the two guessed that Seeker might belong to a Class Two Pioneer Family!

"So what are you doing out here in the mountains?"

"Sightseeing. And I guess I'm enjoying my current freedom, so I want to meet a lot of people. Being home-schooled, I don't really have much of a social life. So these little trips we make, are often geared towards building connections."

The girls continued to ask many more questions while the two men glanced at each other and gave the rich playboy an enraged look.

"A Level Two Class One Pioneer, but he must have a lot of augmentations! He could be close to level five in wealth and power!" One of the two secretly messaged his companion through the device.

"Erm... S-So... How's the trip going?" One of the girls asked.

"Not so good. The trip to the mountains wasn't that interesting. Didn't meet anyone I bonded with. But seeing you beautiful ladies, my luck just might turn around. So can I join your little trip?" Seeker smiled.

The girls were blushing red while the boys were angered past their boiling point.

"Sadly, we don't have much space in our car. And in case you haven't received the alert, three teens have been reported missing in the area!" The driver answered.

"Area? I read that notification. Wasn't that about an hour ago?"

"So?"

"It was on the other side of the mountain range! At least, four hours of driving from here." Seeker glanced back and turned to the mountain range behind him.

He used his abilities to run and pass through the mountain range to reach the bay area. He knew that the government would employ scanning methods to search the area. But since Seeker traveled on foot with speeds that easily matched a car, he got out of the area in less than an hour, passing through what would have been an unusable path.

"Not if you cross the mountainside with whatever techs!"

"The company has not detected any activities or pings. Naturally, my family warned me since I'm near the area." Seeker's eyes moved as if indicating he was checking the notifications from his armband.

"Well, you still look suspicious. You could be the killer for all we know!"

Seeker's eyes met his and an overpowering sensation covered the man.

The two male youths were petrified and stiff. The girls felt a sense of danger and fear as well, but it did not petrify them. In fact, the sense of danger they felt exuding out of Seeker made them feel... excited.

"I forgot to mention the reason why my family is quite powerful. The science of hypnotism, hormonal control, and physical augmentation. So if I wanted to kill you..." Seeker smiled as he reached down.

The vehicle began to tremble and was lifted from the ground.

Seeker's armbands grew bright red and his entire body glowed as he lifted the car with both of his hands.

The passengers were all in fear and began to hold onto their seats.

THUD!

The car was dropped again.

"See? I'm not the killer, and I could protect you from him." Seeker panted as sweat began to cover his face.

The driver was so scared that he wanted to leave his seat.

"In any case..." Seeker tapped the head of the driver and gently pushed him back to his seat.

The driver sat down and was doing his best to control his bladder. The weapon systems of his bracelet became armed as it sensed a life-threatening situation. The auto-aim and auto-fire system was enabled.

But the young man didn't even have the capacity to mentally activate the trigger and simply sat back down trembling.

Seeker patted the young man and gazed directly at his eyes. The fearful sensation disappeared as Seeker smiled.

When the fear dispersed, the girls were simply in awe. Very rarely was there a body-enhancing tech. After all, such techs still required the body of the person to be fit. At that moment, the girls were very much curious about what Seeker's form was underneath his clothes.

"Of course, I'll be willing to pay you for making me have this ride. One hundred Credit points to you, oh gracious driver." Seeker offered.

"A hundred?!" Everyone exclaimed.

The amount of credits that Seeker was willing to pay amounted to what they could have earned in a year!

Even the driver was willing to disperse his anger.

"This playboy could only get one of my classmates, right?" The driver thought and messaged his friend. But at that moment, a notification appeared.

"I just want to travel with some pretty girls. There's more than enough for each of us to have one, right? Isn't that the purpose of your little trip? Tell me who you both like and I'll steer clear of that girl. All of them are pretty so I'm not that picky."

The pair froze. The two received a message from someone named Finder Golderon in their messaging app.

The two had stunned faces but didn't want to voice out their shock.

Seeker continued to discuss things with the girls and answered the questions and jokes that the girls teased her.

As Seeker talked to them, he was also replying to the inquiries and chats of the two men,

And so, Seeker made a deal, that he wouldn't make any move on the girls named Taliana and Umbeyown.

Seeker rode the car and began to chat with the rest of the girls, making the distinction to give obvious feigned interest to these two girls.

Interestingly enough, Seeker even messaged the two men to help them when they could make their moves whenever Seeker would show obvious disinterest towards these two girls.

Seeker continued to his Path. Despite being limited to that of an Unbecoming, he still could release his Realm and manipulate the emotions of everyone around him.

Even the two men on the trip were happy as they made significant progress with their relationships with the girls they were attracted too.

The two girls were even very active in talking with them as they felt a strange happiness as they made these interactions.

Of course, Seeker kept teasing and making the rest of the girls very much happy.

Several checkpoints were crossed as various Police Pioneers arrived.

Instead of a bracelet or band, they had something similar to a buckler.

Seeker saw it and was very much intrigued at the difference between his own band and theirs.

Nevertheless, the group was scanned and nothing suspicious appeared as Seeker mingled with the youths.

Seeker hid his armband from plain sight while he asked casual questions to the officers while they were individually scanning for the bracelets.

Seeker was conversing casually and even made jokes that were suspiciously funny and made the officers laugh in mirth.

"Let me just check your band and you should be good to go." The officer wiped the tears from his eyes.

"Hm? Didn't you already?" Seeker chuckled.

Everyone did not notice the actions of the officer and accepted Seeker's question immediately.

"Oh... I did? Never mind then. They're clear to go! Have a safe trip, everyone!" The officer waved and with that, Seeker passed through the borders and into the city.

No one else could feel it, but they passed through an invisible border that covered the entire city.

Seeker observed the skies and could not help but marvel at the world that Marrho made. It was even more advanced than the techs of the Presiders he had fought!

"If I broke through this invisible shield, I would have been detected..." Seeker thought as they moved right into the city.

"A Presider lies in here... What a world Marrho made. These Presiders should be his personal army. he cultivates a world to create powerful Presiders. And he also orchestrates key events for wars to push the limits of everyone in here." Seeker understood more of Marrho's world.

At the highest tower of the city, a Presider sat on his throne and frowned.

"What is this... unease?" He wondered.
