Chapter 1057 Saved By The... Ninja?

1057 Saved By The… Ninja?

At the front of the plane, the three men were checking out everyone’s passports as if they were looking for a criminal, separating Liu Yan from the others as if they could give him the plague.

When they got to Rì-Chū, the man looking at his passport turned to his nearest colleague, showing him the Chinese passport.

“This one’s a native too. Should we move him with the other?” he asked in Chinese.

Rì-Chū looked at the man, his eyes widening.

“I’m not going home yet, sir. Only Liu Yan,” he replied, trying to explain his situation.

The man looked at him, looking at the age on the passport, and huffed.

“Go with the other. You are not an adult and don’t get to choose,” he ordered Rì-Chū.

But when he saw the young man wasn’t budging from his spot, he tried grabbing at his elbow to drag him apart, and shit hit the fan instantly.

As soon as the man’s hand touched Rì-Chū’s arm, a fist came in from his left, clocking him square in the jaw, and the man saw stars for half a second, losing his balance and crashing to his ass on one of the seats.

The other two security agents pulled out guns instantly, aiming them at the perpetrator, a young Korean woman.

“Back off! Hands in the air!” one of them barked, pulling the hammer on his revolver.

Jin-Sil backed up, pulling Rì-Chū behind her, but never raised her arms.

“I said, hands up!” the man barked, stepping forward.

Jin-Sil was unfazed by his weapon and barking tone, glaring at him with an icy stare.

Meanwhile, the other agent got to his colleague’s side, checking on his partner.

“You okay, Zhao?” he asked, pulling his partner up to his feet.

“Yeah, I’m good. This dirty bitch sucker punched me,” he growled, glaring at Jin-Sil.

“Serves you right, asshole,” Jin-Sil spat in Korean.

The man didn’t understand her words, but her tone was a dead giveaway that she was mocking him.

“What did you say to me, bitch?!” Zhao roared, walking toward her aggressively.

But someone stepped in front of him, blocking his path.

“Please, sir. Calm down. She was just defending our friend. You tried grabbing him out of nowhere,” Kary defended Jin-Sil, her arms raised peacefully.

The man looked at Kary with a glare that would have killed her if eyes could kill.

“Step out of my way, woman. This is none of your business. That bitch assaulted me, and she’s coming with us. And so is that boy,” the man growled, getting an inch away from Kary’s face.

But she kept her harmless smile, as if his anger had no effect on her, and kept her calm.

“Sir. Please be reasonable. You assaulted our friend, and she defended him. This is just a misunderstanding. How about we put it behind us, and you finish your check-ups so you can be on your merry way?” she asked, still smiling.

The man felt his anger rise as the woman didn’t react to his threats. It was unnerving how she kept her calm, even with two guns pointed at her and him all up in her face.

“Step. Aside,” he threatened again, pulling the hammer on his revolver and pushing it into the woman’s gut.

Kary’s smile faded, replaced by a coldness in her gaze that almost made the man shiver.

All the screaming had attracted the people’s attention in the back, and Kary could tell Alex was about to barge into the passenger cabin. If he saw this, they would have to spend weeks scrubbing the blood out of the plane’s interior. fɾēewebnσveℓ.com

“You really shouldn’t point your gun at people like this. You never know what kind of person you are dealing with,” she said, her tone cold and steady.

The man scoffed, pushing his revolver into her stomach further.

“Yeah? And what are you going to do, bitch?” he asked, leaning into her ear.

Kary grinned as he leaned in closer, seeing Alexander’s face pop up at the back of the passenger cabin.

“You should worry less about what I’ll do and more about what he’ll do,” she replied.

The man whipped his head around to look behind, and all he saw was the man from before suddenly an inch from his face, as his beastly eyes stared directly into his soul.

His body froze as he felt the stare dig into his mind, almost like it was boring into his thoughts. It felt like a dozen monsters were suddenly staring at him, hungry and eager to taste his flesh.

The two other agents whipped their guns in Alexander’s direction, wondering how he appeared there so fast, and started screaming at him in Chinese.

“Get on the ground, now!”

Alexander’s hand was wrapped around the man’s throat, not even squeezing it, as the man suddenly felt like he was breathing in water.

“Want to figure out who’s faster? Do you think your colleagues can drop me before I crush your windpipe?” Alex asked, his voice vibrating with a beastly rage.

The man felt his legs start to shake as the voice resonated in his head like the bells of death.

Through his pants, a wet spot started appearing, his body reacting to the natural fear of death that had taken his mind as Alex let his mana presence push into the man’s head unrestrained.

Kary could tell it was a bad idea to let things play out like this, as Alex’s mana presence alone could most likely kill a man. If he let him keep going like this, they would have no way of getting into the country unnoticed.

But as she was about to intervene, a mana pulse caught her by surprise, and five people appeared in the passenger cabin, knocking out the agents and grabbing Alexander’s arms to restrain him.

Alex growled at them like an enraged dog, but a voice caught his attention before he started ripping into the intruders.

“I get her and find you about to commit murder. Good fucking thing I was quicker than the twelve hours you gave me, bakayarou.”

Pushing aside the curtain to the cargo hold, a woman sauntered into the passenger cabin, looking at Alexander with disdain.

“You?” Kary exclaimed, surprised to see her there.

“Yes, me. Deal with it. Right now, you need to calm down your attack dog before he bites the hand that’s trying to feed him.”

Kary frowned, turning her gaze to Alexander.

“That was your plan? Her? No wonder you didn’t want to tell me.”
