Seraphine slept for ten hours straight.

Kael didn’t move a single centimeter.

He held her in his lap the whole time, his fingers gliding slowly through her pink locks, twirling a strand or two between them as he admired the delicate face of his beautiful concubine.

Finally, her eyelashes fluttered.

Slowly, her eyelids parted, revealing those beautiful eyes, pink like her hair.

Still clouded by sleep, they wandered for a moment through the dim light of the hollow before resting on Kael’s.

His eyes were beautiful too, she had to admit.

Seraphine parted her lips once, but no words came out.

She closed her eyes again and took a deep breath, filling her lungs with his scent mingled with that of old wood, and her shoulders loosened.

Only then did she speak.

"W-was that all a dream?" she asked, her voice still a little shaky.

"No..." Kael shook his head slowly.

"I killed them. Sol, David, and Lucian."

Seraphine didn’t react.

She simply hugged him tightly, burying her delicate face against his powerful chest, her long, slender fingers clenching the fabric of his robes.

The handsome young man wrapped his arms around her again, letting out a long sigh and resting his chin on the top of her head.

"Do you want to go straight to the central region?" Seraphine asked after a moment of silence, her voice muffled against his chest. "That’s what most geniuses will do, and it’s the best way for us to get the highest-level fortunes."

"Don’t you want to rest a little longer?" Kael asked, brushing a pink strand of hair from her forehead with his thumb.

"No... I’ve slept enough." Seraphine shook her head, clinging even tighter to his robes. "It’s time to get moving."

"All right... good girl." Kael gave a soft chuckle, and in the next instant, he leaped to his feet, spinning Seraphine in his arms.

She let out a startled little squeal—sweet and confused—her pink hair flying around her face.

Before she knew it, she was already on his back.

Her hands moved instinctively, wrapping around Kael’s neck, and her heavy breasts pressed flat against his broad back—two soft, warm mounds spreading across his firm muscles, the pliant flesh molding itself to the ridge of his shoulder blades as she settled into place.

Kael’s hands slid down to the backs of her thighs, right where the soft skin met the plump, perfect curves of that juicy ass.

His fingers sank unceremoniously into the plump flesh, each phalanx disappearing into the softness as the excess overflowed, warm and elastic, between them.

He adjusted her weight against him with a slight jolt, and her buttocks jiggled heavily against his palms, the thick flesh rolling once over his fingers before settling back with a slow, lazy quiver.

Without hesitation, Kael crouched down and slipped through the hole where he’d entered the tree, the nearly seventy-meter drop not frightening him in the least.

Seraphine, on the other hand, was terrified.

A high-pitched squeal escaped her lips as they plummeted, the wind roaring in her ears and forcing tears from the corners of her eyes.

Her breasts lifted off his back for a weightless instant, then crashed down against him, squashing wide between their bodies.

Fortunately, at the very last second, Kael pointed his feet downward and forced Qi through his soles, using them as thrusters.

A muffled crack of displaced air echoed among the trees, and the fall slowed abruptly.

Seraphine’s stomach rose up to her throat, and her plump buttocks slammed heavily against his hands, the soft meat spreading around his fingers and bouncing twice before it stilled.

It wasn’t a fall capable of hurting cultivators of their level, but Seraphine was still startled.

Finally, Kael’s feet touched the ground lightly, just enough to propel himself forward at full speed, kicking up a cloud of dry leaves behind him.

"Ah... you damn stupid pervert!" Seraphine cursed aloud, squeezing his neck even tighter and eliciting a burst of laughter from Kael.

"That’s my girl!" he roared, dashing through the forest at top speed, putting those powerful attributes to good use.

This time, he did something that not even the Golden Core Realm cultivators there would do.

He completely ignored all fortunes, whether combat-related or not.

He ran as fast as he could, putting his massive reserves of Qi—three, perhaps four times greater than those of an average cultivator at his level—to work.

Seraphine could do little more than hold on, her chest bouncing against his back with every stride, each heavy footfall sending a soft, rhythmic wobble through the mounds pinned between them.

Many beasts tried to attack them along the way, including a diamond-eyed scorpion.

Kael made a point of killing the scorpion. One well-placed blow, and the dark carapace split with a dry crack, the two halves falling to either side while a viscous, foul-smelling liquid splattered across the leaves.

As for the other beasts, he paid them little attention, simply dodging them and pressing on, their frustrated roars fading behind him.

Seraphine, unlike him, barely had to expend any energy, since she was simply clinging to his back.

Soon, the hours of running piled up.

The sun continued to climb through the skies, piercing the treetops with golden beams, and it wasn’t long before Kael could see, in the distance, the center of that place.

They were already on their fifth day there, and after running for so long, straight through without rest, Kael forced himself to stop.

He still had over a thousand Qi points available, but he was approaching a dangerous region.

Powerful beasts lurked in every corner of that terrain, and there were still the two Golden Core Realm cultivators, who couldn’t be far away.

"Have you finally run out of energy?" Seraphine asked as Kael landed on the thick branch of a colossal tree, the bark creaking slightly under their combined weight.

"Yes..." Kael nodded, letting her slide slowly down his back, "I wonder what the Purewind Family has been feeding you for your tits to be so heavy... well, not that I’m complaining. I like that."

"You... stop saying those things, shameless pervert!" Seraphine slapped his shoulder, her face as pink as her hair and eyes.
