Sitting on Hyuga Kagami’s shoulder, Shion cried out excitedly.

Kagami looked utterly helpless. "Alright, alright, stop yelling!"

"Big Brother, we’re flying! We’re actually flying!"

Shion continued clapping her hands and shouting. Despite being more than a thousand meters up in the sky, she wasn’t frightened in the slightest. Instead, she was so excited that she couldn’t stop making a fuss.

Kagami said, "Do you still remember what I told you earlier?"

If he wanted to deal with Shinno, he first had to determine exactly where Shinno was hiding. So, under the cover of night, Kagami had secretly brought Shion out of the village, intending to use the connection between Shion and the demon Mōryō to pinpoint Shinno’s location.

But Shion was far too excited to hear a single word Kagami was saying. Pointing toward the sky, she exclaimed, "The moon is so big and round! It’s beautiful!"

Kagami turned his gaze toward the moon as well.

Pointing at the moon, Shion asked, "Big Brother, Big Brother, can we go play on the moon?"

Kagami shook his head. "Not yet."

Shion looked at him curiously. "Then when can we? I want to go play on the moon!"

Kagami smiled. "Once I’m strong enough to beat up the bad guys on the moon, I’ll take you there."

Kagami had already experienced firsthand just how formidable the Giant Tenseigan on the moon was.

In terms of chakra reserves alone, the amount of Tenseigan chakra contained within that Giant Tenseigan was at least a hundred times greater than the chakra contained within Kagami’s own Tenseigan.

Therefore, unless Toneri ōtsutsuki invited disaster into his own home like he had in the original timeline, allowing Naruto and Hinata to easily destroy the giant Tenseigan, Kagami would have no guarantee of defeating the ōtsutsuki descendants controlling it until, at the very least, his Kekkei Mōra project succeeded.

Shion pouted. "Big Brother is lying! How could there be bad guys on the moon?"

"Who says there can’t be bad guys on the moon?" After a brief pause, Kagami flicked Shion lightly on the nose. "Do you remember what I told you before we left? I didn’t bring you out here today to play. Come on, focus and sense where that demon is."

Shion concentrated for a moment, then pointed southeast. "I... I think it’s over there."

Kagami asked, "Is it far?"

Shion hurriedly nodded. "Mm! It’s really, really far away!"

Kagami thought to himself, "Southeast of the village... The Land of Whirlpools? The Land of Hot Water? Or the Land of Tea?"

To the east of the Land of Fire stretched an endless sea. Small island nations such as the Land of Whirlpools, the Land of Hot Water, and the Land of Tea were all scattered throughout those waters.

Farther east still lay the Land of Water, where Kirigakure was located.

In the original timeline, after Shinno completed the Zero-Tails, he had once launched a massive aerial assault on Konoha. From what Kagami remembered, the Land of Sky had launched that attack from the sea east of the Land of Fire.

"Looks like Shinno’s hideout should be somewhere in the Land of Whirlpools, the Land of Hot Water, or the Land of Tea."

With that thought, Kagami continued eastward with Shion.

After several hours of flight, Kagami reached the eastern coast of the Land of Fire. He roughly checked their bearings, then said to Shion, "Shion, sense it again!"

Shion concentrated once more, then pointed east.

"This direction... Then it’s the Land of Hot Water!"

Without hesitation, Kagami sped toward the Land of Hot Water with Shion.

After crossing a vast stretch of sea, the peninsula of the Land of Hot Water soon appeared in Kagami’s sight.

At that moment, Shion suddenly cried out, "I can sense him! He’s not far from here!"

"Not far?"

Kagami immediately descended from the sky and deactivated Tenseigan Chakra Mode.

He was now in the middle of a dense forest. Everywhere he looked was lush greenery, giving the entire area a vibrant sense of life.

At that moment, Shion tremblingly pointed in a certain direction.

The closer she got to the demon Mōryō, the more frightened she became. If Kagami hadn’t been right beside her, she probably would have already burst into tears.

Kagami patted her on the shoulder. "Don’t be afraid. I’m here."

Shion asked quietly, "Big Brother, now that we’ve found his lair... can we really kill him this time?"

Kagami smiled. "Of course!"

After passing through a dense stretch of forest, Kagami discovered an outpost.

Activating his Byakugan, he observed it for a while and found that all the shinobi stationed there wore Land of Sky forehead protectors. They were clearly remnants of the Land of Sky.

After bypassing several of these outposts, Kagami discovered a massive supply depot.

Mountains of supplies were piled there, while numerous shinobi dressed in Land of Sky attire were busy transporting them, seemingly preparing to move the supplies somewhere else.

At this point, Kagami no longer needed Shion to pinpoint the location for him, so he quietly withdrew with her.

After returning to the village, Kagami went alone to the Uchiha clan compound. He called Itachi over to Shisui’s house and said, "I’ve located the hideout of Shinno from the Akatsuki."

Shisui’s expression turned grim. "You mean the Shinno who destroyed several streets in the village?"

Kagami nodded.

Itachi asked, "Senpai, then what do you intend to do?"

Kagami said coldly, "Kamigami is making its move!"

Shisui asked, "When do we strike?"

"The sooner, the better!" After a brief pause, Kagami continued, "Shinno is now Mōryō’s jinchūriki. He’s extremely powerful, and he also has a large number of Land of Sky remnants under his command. So for this operation, Shisui, Itachi—you’re both coming."

Shisui and Itachi exchanged a glance before nodding in unison.

Kagami continued, "Shinno is En’s responsibility, so she’ll be leading this operation. The three of you will act together."

Shisui froze for a moment. "En!?"

Up until now, Shisui had barely interacted with Kagami’s Fire Release clone. So although he had heard of Uchiha En, he wasn’t particularly familiar with her.

Itachi, on the other hand, asked, "En-senpai will be leading the team? Then what about you, Senpai?"

Kagami shook his head. "I won’t be participating in this operation!"
