Chapter 99: Kabuto- Captured

Sasuke’s Genjutsu was simple. It trapped Kabuto in a vortex of darkness for a split second before Kabuto broke out.

But by this time, Sasuke had already retreated.

This time, Sasuke was quite serious. He thought Kabuto was an easy target, but he never expected Kabuto to cut through Kyubi’s Chakra.

"Your Sharingan is quite powerful, Sasuke."

Suddenly, several snakes appeared on his hand as they tried to grab Sasuke by the throat and the waist, but Sasuke jumped up in the air.

In just two seconds, he completed the six seals and released a massive ball of fire towards those snakes.

Before they could even reach Sasuke, they were burnt to a crisp.

While he landed on the ground, Sasuke quickly weaved through several hand signs and released several small-scale fireballs.

Kabuto also weaved hand signs and released a pressurized water jet from his mouth, disrupting all of the fireballs in a single attack.

He narrowed his eyes and thought.

’Sasuke shouldn’t be at my level. He is not using Curse Mode. But he can match me in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu with Kyubi’s Chakra.’

’That means Naruto should already be aware of this battle. I can’t stay here for long. I have to leave.’

As he thought about it, he immediately wove hand signs.

Of course, Sasuke wasn’t going to let him complete those hand signs, so he quickly finished three hand signs.

Because of Kyubi’s chakra, the skin on his hand didn’t get pulled out as he quickly rushed towards Kabuto, with lightning chakra coating his hand.

He only lost consciousness because of Genjutsu from two Mangekyo Sharingan.

As he fell, Mikoto’s eyes returned to normal, but there was a trace of whiteness in her eyes.

"How is your vision?"

Although Impure Reincarnation Jutsu allowed her to use such a powerful Jutsu regularly, there would be some kind of restriction.

That restriction was the number of times she could use it before it would need a long reset.

"You mean he is as strong as Kakashi Sensei?"
