Chapter 110: Movie Plan

Naruto chuckled.

"It is a surprise for me too. Anyway, don’t be so distant just because of my position."

Tenten asked.

"Lord Hokage, where is Guy-sensei? Without him, are we gonna complete this mission on our own?"

Naruto shook his head.

"I am not sure if Guy is free. Even if he is not, you are not going alone."

He crossed his fingers and made a shadow clone.

"This mission might turn into a diplomatic mission rather than a bodyguard mission, so I will send one of my clones with you."

"With this clone, you will not have to face those enemies."

Although Kurama was busy with his own problems, if things became too problematic, Naruto could still borrow some of his Chakra.

"Huh? Is it so complicated?"

Tenten was surprised.

Lee raised his right hand and said.

"If Guy Sensei is free, can we call him?"

"Unfortunately! That’s not possible."

Shizune walked into the room and said.

"Guy needs another day to complete his current mission. So, unless..."

Before she could continue, Naruto raised his hand and said.

"With my clone, there is no reason to worry about anything. Besides, Lee and Neji are not weak, and Tenten can handle other situations."

Tenten’s lips twitched, but she couldn’t agree. She wasn’t a monster like her friends.

Naruto finished registering their missions before sending them out. He wanted to talk to Neji about something, but he stopped himself.

Bird Cage was a problematic situation.

It wasn’t that Naruto was unwilling to step in right now, but this problem could only be solved through two methods.

One was reputation, and the other was threat.

Naruto didn’t have both. Although he was the Hokage, he didn’t have the reputation of the Seventh Hokage.

Naruto’s reputation as the Seventh Hokage was so heavy that just because he spoke, the other villages were willing to convince their Daimyo and prevent the war.

The Daimyo couldn’t directly control the village, but they controlled the very budget that the village ran on.

This was the reason why the Daimyo could make him the Hokage. The final decision wasn’t in the hands of the Daimyo, but his approval was important.

Without his approval, it would mean the Daimyo could cut the village’s budget, making it harder to run.

Rasa’s whole plan to attack Konoha during the Chunin Exams began because of the Daimyo’s situation.

The Daimyo of Wind Country wasn’t supporting his village; instead, he was giving missions to Konoha.

Rasa believed that by crippling Konoha, they could force the Daimyo to pay his village to make its military stronger.

So, one might ask, why didn’t he just threaten the Daimyo directly?

Because the Daimyo didn’t just represent money. He also represented people.

Ninjas were quite powerful. They could easily kill a lot of people. Sasori and Chiyo had the feat of destroying a small country by themselves.

Someone like Naruto could easily wipe out the Fire Country, but doing so wouldn’t be productive for the ninjas.

Essentially, being a ninja wasn’t a good profession.

Nobody wanted their children to become a murder machine. Normal people would reject the concept of Ninjas.

So, if Ninjas tried to rule the world, they could do it, but the rule wouldn’t last long.

Because ninjas themselves weren’t mentally stable people.

Even someone like Jiraiya and Naruto weren’t mentally stable.

Children at the age of six or seven would fall for each other.

This was crazy considering normal children of this age could barely understand the concept of girls and boys.

So when people become ninja, they become even more mentally unstable. The higher their strength grows, the more mentally stable they become.

But they become too stable.

So much so that Naruto not even once thought that maybe he couldn’t convince Sasuke.

That’s not the mentality of a normal person.

A normal person would doubt himself, feel insecure, feel excited; different emotions would appear.

But Naruto’s fixation on bringing back Sasuke was so strong that he was willing to put his life on the line.

This was bravery, but it was also a kind of madness. Because Sasuke was genuinely willing to kill him.

Tobirama had researched a lot about the Uchiha, understanding their mentality, but his fixation on them was so strong that he was willing to believe that they were potential threats.

Hashirama’s desire for peace was so strong that he was willing to go to any lengths, even selling Tailed Beasts that can be considered weapons of mass destruction to others.

These were some of the most positive examples. There were very few people who could remain in the middle ground.

So, expecting a group of people like that to run a country with millions of people was almost unrealistic.

That’s why Daimyo’s position was so important. But even a person with such a high position was opposed by ninja because of Naruto.

That’s why even someone who had supported Shikamaru’s decision her whole life would place her doubt on him.

Because in Ino’s memories, Boruto killed Naruto, and he was not the Seventh Hokage’s son.

Just because the severity of killing the Seventh Hokage was so huge that even Ino wasn’t willing to believe Shikamaru.

This was a man who had proven time and time again that he was an intelligent person.

Without this kind of reputation, he could only rely on threats.

But the problem was that this threat couldn’t be physical. After all, he was the Hokage of the village.

So, Naruto thought of another plan. He wanted to make a move about the Hyuga Clan or, at least, give them a proper threat with an example.

He had already told Kabuto to start preparing for a movie, ’Konoha Greatest Misfortune’.

He wanted to use this move to show the Hyuga Clan just how much he could smear on a person’s reputation.

Right now, Danzo was only a criminal and a threat to the village.

After this movie, he would become an ultimate villain for the world.

Every kid would tremble at his name; the Sarutobi Clan would refuse to put the Third Hokage and Danzo together.

Danzo would become the mustache man of the Naruto World. (A/N: This is the author’s thought.)
