Chapter 107: Luring Orochimaru

"Naruto!"

Jiraiya’s eyes widened in shock when he saw Naruto. He hadn’t even sensed Naruto’s Chakra.

Then again, he remembered how Naruto’s Chakra had become untraceable unless he was willing to reveal it himself.

Unlike Jiraiya, Tsunade’s eyes widened.

She was part Senju and part Uzumaki. While she might not have been the best sensor, she had a lot of talent in that area.

Her sensory capabilities were nothing to scoff at. Yet, she never sensed Naruto’s presence.

No, she couldn’t even sense his chakra when he was standing in front of her.

On the other hand, Shizune’s eyes widened for a moment before she hurriedly lowered her head and said.

"Lord Hokage!"

Seeing this, Naruto smiled and said.

"There is no need to do that, Sister Shizune."

"What are you doing here? Is this a clone?"

Jiraiya stood up from his place and asked.

"Yeah, I am just a clone. Though I was not planning to reveal myself until you two meet Orochimaru."

Naruto explained as he walked towards them and sat next to Tsunade.

"Granny Tsunade, I’m really happy that you decided to return home."

When he said that, Tsunade’s face suddenly changed as she clenched her fist and an ominous aura emerged from her.

"What did you call me?"

Naruto rolled his eyes and said.

"Sister Tsunade!"

He wasn’t a clueless guy like the original Naruto.

If he continued saying that, even if Tsunade accepted the title, he would get a lot of beatings on the head.

He was the Hokage. How could he allow himself to appear in front of others with a bump on his head?

Wouldn’t that ruin his majesty?

Tsunade’s gloomy aura instantly disappeared as she quickly smiled and said.

"Since you were gonna use Impure Reincarnation Jutsu on my second Grandpa, I have no choice but to return."

Naruto waved his hand and said.

"I’ve already reincarnated him. I even have his Flying Thunder God Mark. Once we meet up with Orochimaru, I will summon him."

Hearing that, Tsunade’s eyes widened for a moment as she asked.

"Why Orochimaru?"

"Yeah! Why him? Are you planning on killing him?"

Jiraiya asked. Although there was some compassion in his eyes, he still asked directly.

Naruto shook his head.

"What’s the point of killing him if he can just resurrect into another body? I want to make a deal with him."

He looked at Jiraiya and said.

"So, you have a lot of problems with human experimentation, huh?"

Hearing that, Jiraiya became serious as he tried to lecture Naruto, but Naruto cut him off.

"So, we will just decrease the human experiments. Orochimaru has already done more than enough research about Wood Release, the First Hokage’s Chakra, Senjutsu Chakra, bloodlines, and more."

"We can just get this information from him. That’s why I came after you. This is a perfect moment to strike this deal."

Hearing his words, Tsunade’s eyes lit up.

Indeed! If they started from scratch, they would need a lot of experiments. Even if they did it in animals, it would still take a lot of time.

But if they had research materials from Orochimaru, they didn’t need to go through all that trouble.

They could test the potency of those two things and start working on the data before they could conduct any experiments.

But thinking about Orochimaru, Tsunade frowned.

"But what kind of deal would force him to give up those things?"

"Arms!"

Jiraiya replied in a deal voice.

"Oh! Yeah, he came to me to cure his hands. Even I can’t heal him, considering I don’t have an in-depth study of souls."

Naruto nodded.

"I found the material to release Shinigami and other souls stored within Shinigami. I’ve already merged with the other half of the Nine-Tails."

"After summoning the Second Hokage through Edo Tensei, I also sealed Orochimaru’s arms. He must make this deal."

Hearing his words, Tsunade sneered.

"That bastard snake would’ve never thought he would be forced to make such an unfair deal because of his situation."

"Your strength is higher than his, which means he can never steal the arms from you. Without arms, he can’t use most of the Jutsu."

"That bastard’s goal is all kinds of Jutsu around the world, but without his arms, he can’t even use the ones he had already learned."

"Good Job, Kid!"

Naruto smiled and asked.

"Sister Tsunade, you didn’t seem that mad about the fact that I used Edo Tensei on the Second Hokage."

Tsunade waved her hand and said.

"I know my second grandpa very well. He must’ve been excited for his purpose of reincarnation."

Naruto nodded.

"Indeed! He has already started working on that body. We’ve already sent our terms to the Sand Village."

"Once we get our hands on Roran, we can start working on that Chakra. This project will take a while, but we need to speed up the first part."

Hearing that, Tsunade’s eyes lit up.

"Indeed! Your second part is even more ridiculous. It seems Orochimaru is at least good at something."

"If Konoha Shinobi can use Senjutsu, their strength will increase exponentially. But I still think we need to take time with the first project."

"That is more important in the long run."

Naruto shrugged his shoulders and said.

"Shikaku and the Second Hokage said there might be a war coming soon. If it does happen, I have some plans for this war."

"Anyway, if we are gonna go back directly, do you think we should meet up with Orochimaru now?"

"Now?"

Tsunade and Jiraiya looked at each other with surprise.

Naruto nodded.

"You can use the summoning Jutsu to lure Orochimaru outside this town."

Hearing his words, Tsunade hesitated. She had a problem that didn’t allow her to watch blood.

"You have memorized the hand seals, right? Just close your eyes and bite your finger!"

Naruto couldn’t help but feel speechless.

His words made Tsunade blush with embarrassment. But she quickly changed her expression and followed his instructions.

[Summoning Jutsu]

A small slug appeared on the ground and spoke in a very soft voice.

"Lady Tsunade!"
