Shin’s victory over Whitebeard quickly spread throughout the world.

It wasn’t Shin who spread the news, but Whitebeard himself. Though his sons had advised against it, fearing it would tarnish Whitebeard’s reputation, Whitebeard was an honorable man.

Besides, he never cared much for titles.

And so, Shin, the man who defeated Whitebeard, took his place as the World’s Strongest Man.

“SHIN-NII IS SO AMAZING!” Hancock clung to Shin, swinging back and forth.

Shin, with Hancock hanging off him, felt a bit overwhelmed.

Hancock development was quite remarkable…

“This is a complete pain…”

Though he was now known as the World’s Strongest Man, it’s not a title he particularly cares for. It’ll probably attract a lot of challengers.

The title might deter some, but others would see it as an invitation. Just like Whitebeard, he’d be facing a constant stream of challengers.

Shin despised such trouble.

“Shin-nii, you don’t seem very happy,” Robin said, looking at Shin with a puzzled expression.

“I don’t think it’s a big deal. It’ll just bring more trouble.”

Shin shrugged. When trouble came, he’d have to be more decisive. That would be the only way to deter the ignorant.

“Where to now?” Olvia emerged from the cabin and asked Shin.

“Let’s head back to Amazon Lily.”

Shin’s eyes flickered. Just now, the System had issued a mission: Become the Captain of a Pirate Crew.

If the reward had been an Advanced Replication Card, Shin might have ignored it. But this was a Divine Replication Card; he couldn’t pass it up.

Returning to Amazon Lily was for the Kuja Pirates. Creating his own pirate crew would be too much of a hassle. He’d just take over the Kuja Pirates. Elder Nyon probably wouldn’t object.

And the future Kuja Pirates belonged to Hancock anyway. Hancock certainly wouldn’t object either.

Though Olvia didn’t know why Shin was returning to Amazon Lily, she still steered the ship away from the New World, towards the island.

However, their journey back wasn’t entirely smooth.

A massive island flew towards them, its speed was incredible.

“Shiki? Looks like he’s coming for me.” Shin’s eyes narrowed slightly.

Before Roger’s execution, Shiki had attacked Marine Headquarters and been captured by Sengoku and Garp. Around the time Shin had arrived in this world, Shiki had escaped from Impel Down’s sixth level.

“Shiki, one of the three legendary pirates?”

Olvia’s face showed a hint of surprise. She had met Whitebeard earlier, and now she was seeing Shiki the Golden Lion.

This was a great pirate on par with the Pirate King Roger and the former World’s Strongest Man Whitebeard. In fact, Shiki was even more aggressive.

Shiki and Roger had once had a great battle. He had wanted to rule the world and had proposed an alliance with Roger, but Roger had refused.

The enraged Shiki had waged war against the Roger Pirates, pushing them to the brink.

That was the famous Battle of Edd War.

If not for a sudden storm, the Roger Pirates might have been annihilated in that battle. In the future, he would try to capture Nami, but he would be defeated by Luffy.

It was a bit embarrassing, a legendary pirate being defeated by a not-so-strong Luffy at the time.

Luffy at that time had only developed Gear Third. To be able to defeat Shiki, regardless of other reasons, Shiki was a disgrace.

But his defeat at Luffy’s hands was probably due to plot armor. Otherwise, Shiki wouldn’t have been so miserable.

“He’s not coming in peace. I suspect this guy is here to cause trouble.” Shin said.

It was a gut feeling. His intuition told him Shiki was here for trouble.

“Did you cross him at some point?” Olvia asked Shin strangely.

If he had really gotten on Shiki’s bad side, then Shin had made quite a few enemies now.

“I’ve never even met him.” Shin had never met Shiki. He had probably just eaten his fill and was looking for some excitement.

“HE MUST’VE COME TO PICK A FIGHT WITH SHIN-NII!!”

Hancock held Ame no Habakiri, a cold glint in her eyes.

Shin looked at Hancock and placed his hand on her head. Her strength wasn’t enough yet.

She couldn’t even produce a sword aura. Being able to produce a sword aura meant you were a master swordsman.

And a Great swordsman could split mountains and cleave seas. Even a warship could be easily cut in two with a single slash.

As they talked, the island in the sky had already descended. It was indeed Shiki. Only his Float-Float Fruit could make an island float.

The ability of the Float-Float Fruit was to allow objects and himself to escape gravity and float in the air.

“Are you Shin Uzumaki?” Shiki looked at Shin.

His single sentence revealed that Shiki had come specifically for him. Though his purpose was unknown, the aura he exuded showed he was not friendly.

“Shiki, I’m curious. What brings you here?”

Shin looked at Shiki with a calm gaze.

“SHIHAHAHAHA! I heard you defeated Whitebeard. I don’t believe it. I want to see your strength.”

Shiki laughed loudly.

“You came here just for that? What does my fight with Whitebeard have to do with you? Why are you sticking your nose in?”

Shin questioned Shiki bluntly.

Honestly, Shin found Shiki quite amusing. When Roger was captured, Shiki had stormed Marine Headquarters, saying he didn’t believe the Marines could capture Roger.

And he was right. Roger had turned himself in.

But this matter had nothing to do with Shiki—yet this guy insisted on rampaging through Marine Headquarters. And the result was also amusing. He was captured and imprisoned in Impel Down.

To escape, Shiki had cut off his own legs. This incident hadn’t taught him a lesson. He still hadn’t changed. This time, he came looking for trouble with Shin.

“You’re the first person who has the nerve to speak to me like that.”

Shiki’s face immediately darkened. His already dark face now became even darker.

“Is that so? Then it’s my honor. But I can tell you for sure that I’ll be the last person to speak to you like that.”

A murderous intent appeared in Shin’s eyes.
