Mystic Eyes: My Eyes Steal the Laws of Cultivation

Chapter 293: Flying Ship

Chapter 293: Flying Ship

Kyrian left the main hall in silence. His footsteps echoed through the stone corridor. The meeting had been short and direct. He already knew what he needed to do.

In the courtyard, he pushed the door and entered. The environment was calm. The ancient trees swayed with the wind.

The training space between the courtyards still bore marks of past training sessions, where he had fought with Mo Tianhai and the others.

He stopped at the center. Took a deep breath. He didn’t feel like refining herbs. Nor studying formations.

His mind was filled with too much information and too much practice. The constant evolution had tired his mind a little. He needed a break.

He entered the room without haste. He didn’t open books. Didn’t light the cauldron. Didn’t organize jade plates.

He simply sat down. The silence lasted several minutes. Kyrian closed his eyes and regulated his breathing.

The two cores rotated slowly where his former dantians had been. Synchronized. Stable and powerful.

He just observed. After a while, he opened his eyes. Stood up.

He went to the improvised kitchen in the corner of the courtyard. Prepared a simple meal. Spiritual rice, dried meat seasoned with basic herbs from the sect.

His movements were simple and natural. Without any hurry.

A light aroma spread. Nothing compared to pills, but different. More ordinary.

Kyrian ate in silence, sitting at the low table. Every movement is calm. Without distractions.

When he finished. He cleaned everything carefully. Returned to the room.

The daylight was fading. He lay down. Sleep came quickly. Deep and without dreams.

...

When he opened his eyes, the sky was still dark. Dawn was beginning to appear on the horizon. Soft shades of blue and yellow tinted the sky.

Kyrian stood up without hesitation. His body was light and his mind clear.

He washed his face. Then he adjusted his breathing and opened the simple wardrobe beside the bed.

He took the black robe of the Verdant Sword Sect. The fabric was clean, and fitted. The emblem of the green-leaf sword shone subtly on the chest.

He put on the robe with calm movements. Adjusted the sleeves. Tied his black hair. And then left the room without looking back.

...

The path to the main hall was silent.

Few disciples in the inner area were awake. Some trained alone. Others meditated. But the sound did not reach there.

Kyrian paid no attention. His steps were steady and firm. In front of the main hall, people were already waiting.

Mo Tianhai was leaning against a column, arms crossed. His presence restrained, but still carrying that natural pressure of his sword intent.

Mo Xia was nearby, leaning against the wall beside her brother, with calm eyes.

Long Xue stood in silence, hands together, breathing slowly, seeming to be cultivating.

Wu Jian sat on the ground, his heavy sword beside him. His expression was calm.

Shen Yu stood a bit farther away. Eyes closed and motionless.

Kyrian approached. All of them opened their eyes or turned their attention to him at the same instant.

After a second of silence. Mo Tianhai smiled slightly.

"You’re here."

Kyrian nodded. The others greeted him with small gestures. No exaggeration and no unnecessary words.

They had already fought together, and trained together. The bond didn’t need words.

The group waited. Time passed. Then footsteps echoed in the hall. They were firm and controlled. Everyone looked toward the entrance.

Feng Yuan entered first.

His presence filled the environment. Even with one arm less, his posture was solid.

Mei Ran walked beside him. Elegant. Serene expression, sharp gaze, her two swords attached to her waist.

The two stopped in front of the group. They looked at each disciple. One by one. They paused for a moment on Kyrian.

Feng Yuan nodded in satisfaction.

"Alright. It’s time."

He raised his remaining hand and used his spatial ring. A glow appeared. Something enormous emerged. A flying ship.

Dark wood reinforced with spiritual metal. Runes engraved along its length, pulsing with a soft light. A wide and solid hull. Small formations glowed at the base.

Kyrian narrowed his eyes. That was interesting.

Mo Tianhai spoke first, surprised.

"Master... what is this?"

Feng Yuan let out a short laugh.

"Haha... this?"

"I obtained it by defeating an old enemy."

His tone was casual. As if it were nothing special.

"A flying treasure."

Silence. The disciples’ eyes shone. Flying with beasts was common. But that was different.

It was more stable and more controlled. But also rarer.

Feng Yuan turned and walked toward the ship.

"Come. Get on."

He leaped lightly and landed on the structure. Mei Ran followed him.

Kyrian was next. A light step and he was already on the deck. The others followed in sequence.

On the deck, they noticed the details.

The ship had around ten seats distributed evenly. Each position aligned with small individual formations.

The floor was firm and stable. Nothing trembled. Mo Tianhai ran his hand over the wood.

"Incredible..."

Wu Jian let out a soft whistle. Long Xue observed with curiosity. Shen Yu analyzed the runes.

Kyrian walked to a seat and sat down. Without comments or exaggerated reactions.

Mei Ran and Feng Yuan took the front seats. Everyone settled.

The runes on the hull glowed more intensely. A vibrating sound echoed. The ship moved.

Slowly at first. Floating. Rising.

The disciples felt their bodies become lighter. The Verdant Sword Sect grew smaller below them. Courtyards. Arenas. Stairways. Everything is shrinking.

The wind blew stronger. But the ship remained stable. Without tremors and without oscillations.

Mo Xia smiled slightly.

"Different from flying on beasts..."

The others didn’t respond.

Meanwhile, Feng Yuan only looked ahead. Controlling the ship.

The ship tilted slightly. Pointed toward the horizon. Then shot forward.

The speed increased. The wind cut around them, but an invisible barrier protected everyone on board.

The landscape below became a blur. Mountains. Forests. Rivers. Everything was left behind.

Kyrian remained silent. Eyes fixed ahead.

The journey had begun.
