My Weekly Refreshing Mentor Spirit
Chapter 908 - 500: The True Clan of the 13th Apostle (Part 2)
Although it’s a Tier Five bound spirit, your power in the past was simply bullying little kids.
When other kids were overjoyed just to have a Hero Level, you at Tier Five were just too overpowered...
"No, I was only 16, we had just started school, you haven’t forgotten that, right?" she said directly, reminding Xue Dili not to get her age wrong.
"I think you’d be better off being a teacher, at least you could teach some holy magic, or if that doesn’t work, you could be the school physician..." Xue Dili mocked.
"That works too!"
In any case, after some back and forth, this little girl seemed to have obtained a position as either a school physician or a teacher, feeling as if bubbles of joy were appearing around her.
As for Rachael, when Xue Dili saw her again, she was covered in blood stains, with traces of dried blood on her wings.
Surprisingly, Rachael respectfully saluted Xue Dili and said, "Master, can I get a position too? At the very least, I believe my combat abilities are still decent."
And so, another teacher was recruited, or perhaps it’s more appropriate to call this one an instructor.
Our academy is thriving.jpg.
But Xue Dili still told them to take care of their own world for the time being, as their mess at home wasn’t completely cleared up yet.
Xue Dili was never one to clean up after resolving problems. He would solve the issue but wasn’t keen on cleaning up the aftermath unless it was absolutely necessary.
Then, saying "Definitely next time," he opened a Teleportation Gate and left.
...
The next stop was Squid Star.
What’s most extraordinary here, unlike Angel Star, is that the people here lost the basic ability to reproduce. Everyone here, regardless of gender, were differently mutated clones.
Xue Dili even had to forcibly increase genetic diversity with Cursed Blood to prevent a genetic meltdown due to cloning.
One can only say that the apostles’ mother stars are perhaps the most miserable. Among the apostle mother stars known to Xue Dili, compatriots on these stars live more miserably than any civilization.
The apostles’ exploitation and plundering of their own kind are far more twisted and insane compared to outside forces.
Moreover, this world also comprises the Greek big four — Zeus, Poseidon, Typhon, and Aphrodite — who are endlessly engaged in battles with the Ninth Apostle’s clans in this sealed Earth Core.
Meanwhile, the Yellow Skin guards a golden toilet, refusing to let these folly-minded Four Greek Heads enter the present world.
One can’t help but say that these Four Greek Heads and the Squid People really are a pair of ill-fated loves.
Looking around, Xue Dili noticed that the seal was intact; the Yellow Skin was still diligently guarding it while finding entertainment in sending a clone to the Lower Realm for adventures. When the clone explodes, all memories return, and then a new clone is sent out to play.
As for this current world...
One can only say just let it be. The two continents are developing normally, and perhaps due to Xue Dili’s past influence, the Royal Family seems to care about population and the lower people’s lives to a certain extent.
Despite Xue Dili’s dislike, the nobles here are relatively intelligent and somewhat anthropomorphized, possibly due to Xue Dili’s earlier visits.
Also, because the world’s development is too slow, even though the noble system is bad, Xue Dili doesn’t plan to speed things up artificially. Copying other systems isn’t the best choice; systems that evolve according to their civilization’s productivity and environment are the best.
Therefore, Xue Dili doesn’t excessively meddle in these local conflicts as long as they’re within the bounds of anthropomorphism. Of course, those who’ve completely lost touch with humanity, Xue Dili would definitely eradicate one if he sees one.
This criterion is likely set around Zeus. Anything more anthropomorphized than Zeus, Xue Dili usually wouldn’t intervene, merely scold or hit. Anything less anthropomorphized than Zeus wouldn’t be spared by Xue Dili.
Thus, Xue Dili setting Zeus as the standard, as the bottom line of anthropomorphism, was already quite low.
What surprised Xue Dili, however, was that this world had given rise to a new race.
In a vast forest that was sectioned off, a new race was born, the Fairy Race.
They were essentially a fantasy race conjured from imagination, yet under this world’s unique rules, summoned by Xue Dili as Heroic Spirits, and after some physical experimentation, a new species was born.
Despite the current small population, Xue Dili already felt a headache coming on.
After all, he knew this fairy race was one with a "love brain."
As for the Count’s family...that’s another family full of astounding wisdom...
Xue Dili discovered that no matter where, it seemed like anyone who had stayed with him long enough would start coming up with some incredible ideas that ordinary people found hard to understand and would earnestly work to realize these ideas with extraordinary energy.
In short, old Xue was exhausted.
Sensing this world carefully, Xue Dili discovered to his surprise that this world was starting to develop a nascent World Consciousness.
It’s only been a little while, not even half a year since he left, yet a World Consciousness could develop this fast?
Even though this World Consciousness is incredibly weak, akin to a newborn baby, and its control over the world is very minimal, not even comparable to those breeding Greek Heads sealed by Xue Dili, the trends suggest that within a few years, it could essentially grasp all domains of this world.
