Chapter 526 Two Breakthroughs In An Hour
Chapter 526 Two Breakthroughs In An Hour
Liam opened his eyes, feeling stronger than before. He clenched his fist and he felt that his strength has increased greatly. Not only HHS strength but he feels lighter compared to before, and his perception has increased greatly too. He could now sense things farther than before and clearer.
If Liam was to compare his strength to that of conventional, he was now at the same level as the Devouring Petal Pavillion Master. Liam was actually even stronger than him.
Liam smiled in satisfaction at how much he has grown in the past two months since he started cultivating.
He immediately opened his status screen to check what has changed so far.

Liam nodded in satisfaction when he saw the information on the status screen. The last time he saw it, he was still a First Stage Evolved but he has progressed three stages since then. And that in less than three months.
This was all thanks to the temporary cultivation boost cards and the 100 years worth of cultivation he received from his last sign-in.
Without those two, he would had probably only been able to progress one stage since then.
Liam smiled happily, as he thought of the three boost cards multiplicative effect of 100,000x cultivation speed working in the background, and increasing his cultivation base.
He estimates that with the current speed, he will achieve a breakthrough in the next few days. Five days at most.
Since he had achieved his breakthrough, Liam decided to sign-in.
“System, sign-in.”
[Congratulations on your monthly sign-in.]
[You received $17B. The money has been transferred to your account.]

Liam’s eyes went wide when he saw the rewards. They all were significant in their own way.
The first reward was a bit surprising because it was the first time in a very long that he received cash in sign-in rewards. And the amount wasn’t small either.
$17B!
It was an astronomical amount of money. And it helped him with one thing. It replenished the amount he just spend with even more money.
Liam checked his account balance and he saw the money sitting there comfortably. He smiled, shaking his head, admiring how the system had done something impossible.
$17B was an amount that would had triggered a lot of red flags immediately it got into account but thanks to the system, nothing happened.
Without delay, he sent Lucy a message, telling her transfer out $16.5B from his personal account, into Nova Technologies’ internal reserve.
After he has done that, he turned his attention back to the sign-in rewards. He looks at the second reward and smiled.
Five 100x comprehension boost cards. In addition to the 10x comprehension boost card he recieved from his last sign-in, he now has a total of six cards.
Considering the effects of the cultivation boost cards, he wss really curious to see what effect it would bring.
But he was aware that he can’t use the comprehension boost cards yet until he had broken through to the Transcendent Stage. Then, he would have to start comprehending laws, so the comprehension boost cards would come in handy.
While the five 100x comprehension boost card had been significant reward, the next reward was even better.
Three 1,000x cultivation boost cards. Just one of the card cost 6M system points—$6B. And he received three as part of the sign-in rewards.
With the three 1,000x cultivation boost cards and the addition of the two 100x cultivation boost cards he had previously, he now has a total of five cultivation boost cards.
This means that his cultivation will continue to progress rapidly in the future.
Liam smiled happily, focusing his attention on the next reward, and his smile widened. He immediately skipped it, with an intention of returning to it later, and looked at the next reward.
1,000 Attribute points. It’s been a while since Liam received this. And this amount was the highest he had ever received.
Liam didn’t dwell on it too much, as he immediately allocated the points. He added 500 points to his Strength, increasing it to 900 and 250 each to his Agility and Stamina, increasing the both of them to 750.
Immediately, he felt an immense changes and his body started improving rapidly than after his breakthrough, as a familiar warm feeling spread through his body.
A moment, the feeling faded.
Liam clenched his fist again.
The first time he had done it after the breakthrough, he had felt strong. Now he game vastly different from before. He could feel the density in his hand, in his forearm, running all the way up through his shoulder.
To test his strength, he threw a casual punch at the air.
The shockwave that left his fist was visible, as a fast ripple traveled fifty meters before it dissipated.
He hadn’t put any effort into the punch. He hadn’t used his telekinesis or any technique. Just his fist moving through air.
He looked at his hand for a moment, then he landed on the ground, causing it to crack since he didn’t control his strength at all.
He looked ahead and he moved.
His body crossed a hundred meters before he registered the decision to cross it, the agility points expressing themselves in a way that made his previous speed feel like he had been wading through water. He stopped, turned, crossed back, using half the time to cross the same distance.
He stood still and breathed calmly, not even feeling like he did anything at all. It was like he had been standing there the entire time.
Liam smiled proudly and turned his attention to the previous reward. He immediately absorbed the 1,000 years worth of cultivation.
He felt a massive wave of energy crash into his body. It was at least four times more than the amount of energy that had flooded his body when he activated the cards.
The energy kept building up and Liam felt that he was being pushed to a brink of another breakthrough.
He didn’t fight it and allowed it to happen.
The energy peaked and broke through.
Fifth Stage Evolved.
The Dimensional Space responded. The air pressure shifted outward from where he stood, a ripple hit the red earth beneath him in a perfect circle, sending a plume of dust outward, into the air. It also sent a visible wave rolling across the sky.
Yanxia’s golden light flickered once, then steadied, her form absorbing the disturbance without waking.
Liam stood in the aftermath and breathed.
Two breakthroughs in the same hour. He could feel the difference between them clearly — the first had been something building toward its natural conclusion, the second had been forced open by sheer volume of energy.
He checked his body the way and he saw that everything was stable. The Origin Devouring Body had handled the conversion without strain. His cultivation base had expanded again, larger than it had been twenty minutes ago, larger than he had expected to be for weeks.
He stood still for a moment, letting it all settle. Then he turned his attention to the last reward.
The invitation from Tiamat.
He focused on it and a description appeared.
