My Three Babies Have Different Fathers
Chapter 18: Mom will marry all of them
When morning came, Hana was stunned to see her three children sitting on the sofa with dark circles under their eyes.
"What’s wrong with you three? You woke up so early? Was the bed uncomfortable?" Hana asked as she walked toward them.
Zahn got down from the sofa and ran toward Hana. "Mom..."
"What’s wrong?"
Kevin and Sean also got down and immediately followed toward Hana.
"Mom..." they said at the same time.
Hana frowned. "What happened? Did you have a nightmare?" she asked while hugging all three of them.
Sean finally raised his head and looked into Hana’s eyes. "Mom, did our existence ruin your life?" he asked with reddened eyes.
"Nonsense," Hana replied. "What’s wrong? What happened? Quickly tell Mom."
The three of them lowered their heads and hugged Hana even tighter.
Last night, Hana’s three children, stayed up until morning, trying every possible way to track down who each of their fathers was. In the end, they discovered something important.
In Melvin City, people with blue and gray eyes were extremely rare. There were only two major families there who had them.
And after making countless comparisons, they discovered something far more important—a fact that had deliberately been hidden and erased from the public database.
They discovered a shocking truth about their births.
The biological fathers of Hana’s three children were not ordinary people. They were all influential and powerful men in Melvin City.
Sean, Hana’s first son, was the son of Dion Sexa—the leader of the Sexa Family, a great clan that controlled the western region of the Melvin Continent.
Kevin, Hana’s second son, was the son of Orland Hesh—the leader of the Hesh Family, which controlled the northern region of the Melvin Continent.
Zahn, Hana’s youngest son, was the son of Hans Xin—the leader of the Xin Family, which controlled the southern region of the Melvin Continent and had turned his family’s business into an underground business five years ago, exactly when Hana suddenly disappeared.
They still didn’t know how Hana could be connected to these three powerful men. But one thing was certain, five years ago, these three men often visited the same place—the place where Hana lived after both of her parents died.
"Mom..." Zahn finally spoke, "whatever happens, you have to remain my Mom. No matter who you marry later, I still have to be your son."
Hana frowned, then cupped Zahn’s face, forcing him to look at her. "What’s wrong? In your dream, did Mom marry another man and leave you? Hmm?"
Zahn shook his head. "I’m just scared."
"You silly child!" Hana replied. "Come on, wash your faces. Mom will make dumpling porridge for breakfast."
Seeing her three children, who were usually obedient, remain silent and hug her tightly, Hana became even more confused.
"Are you hiding something from Mom?" Hana finally asked.
In the past, her children would refuse her orders and refuse to move if they were hiding something.
Kevin was the first to react. He quickly shook his head. "Mom... I had a dream. In my dream, I had a good father. He was handsome and rich. So Mom would definitely be happy if you married him."
"Kevin?" Hana asked, confused by what he meant. Sean gently pushed Kevin away from Hana.
"Mom, I also had a similar dream. But my father was more handsome and richer. He was a good person, and he would definitely make Mom happy in the future."
Kevin snorted in annoyance and pushed Sean back to keep him away. "Do you think your father is better and richer than my father? My father is very loyal to Mom! He never plays around with women!" Kevin shouted anxiously.
Behind them, Hana scratched her head even though it didn’t itch. "What are you two doing? Arguing about a dream?"
She was about to step forward to stop them when Zahn, who had been momentarily forgotten, suddenly held onto Hana’s leg.
"Mom, my father is much better than their fathers! He’s handsome, rich, and loyal. He loves Mom the most. He was even willing to change his family’s business for Mom. Mom, you have to marry my father!" Zahn pleaded through his sobs.
Hana froze when she saw Zahn in this condition. "Zahn..." she called softly.
"Nonsense!" Kevin and Sean shouted at the same time.
"Your father is the worst!" Sean retorted. "Your father is cruel, shameless, and stingy!"
"That’s right. Your father is the dumbest and most ridiculous among our fathers," Kevin added. "He threw away his family’s legitimate business and instead entered the underground world. Do you think that’s good?"
Hana’s forehead furrowed even more. Could twins’ dreams really be connected to each other? How could all three of their dreams be about their respective fathers? she thought quietly.
"Waaaah... Mom..." Zahn burst into tears, "My father really is stupid, Mom. You can throw him away, but please don’t throw me away!"
"Zahn... who is going to throw you away? You’re Mom’s son. How could Mom throw you away?"
"Mom has to marry my father. He has always been loyal to Mom. I’m sure he will give all his wealth to Mom. So Mom won’t have to work anymore until you’re old," Sean interrupted.
"Mom, even though Sean’s father is loyal now and doesn’t play around with women anymore, before he knew Mom, he liked playing around with women. It’s better for Mom to marry my father instead. He doesn’t want to touch any other woman except Mom. My father is also no less rich than Sean’s father. If Mom marries him, I’ll make sure Mom lives the way you want. I’ll become the most obedient child to Mom. Do you agree?" Kevin retorted.
"No!" Zahn and Sean shouted at the same time.
"Why not?" Kevin asked, unwilling to accept it.
Hana’s head felt dizzy listening to her three children’s nonsense, which she thought made no sense.
"Can you three act a little more mature? It was just a dream, okay? Now wash your faces. Just look at how terrible your faces look right now."
"No!" the three of them protested.
Hana held her breath, her anger almost exploding, when Sean’s voice sounded soft again, almost crying.
"Mom, you have to decide first. Who do you want to marry? I’m afraid you’ll leave me."
Hana was stunned. Sean was a child who had almost never cried all this time—how could he cry just because of a dream?
"Mom... don’t leave me. Please, just marry my father. I promise I’ll teach him to become smarter," Zahn said.
"Mom, I promise I’ll do even better from now on. Please, just marry my father," Kevin said.
Hana took a deep breath. "Alright... Mom won’t leave you. Mom will marry all of them, okay? Your fathers will all become Mom’s husbands. Mom won’t leave a single one of you."
Sean, Kevin, and Zahn’s eyes widened for a moment, then they looked at each other with sparkling eyes full of hope.
"Mom... you promise?"
