The status window appeared before me in complete silence. I stared at it for several seconds, reading each line carefully.
The first thing that caught my attention was my Level.
It had reached 699.
When I had entered the Null Realm, I had still been somewhere around Level 500. The difference was enormous, especially considering that every level at this stage required an absurd quantity of Soul Force. Yet even that number wasn’t what surprised me the most.
I had finally reached the absolute pinnacle of the Saint progression. There was nowhere higher for my Level to go while I remained within the Saint Rank.
My gaze then moved to Existence Density.
19,199 Units.
I stared at the number for several seconds.
When I had entered the Null Realm, my Existence Density had only been a little above twelve thousand. Now it had increased to more than nineteen thousand, an increase that was almost difficult to comprehend. I remembered everything I had read about Saints and the limitations of the realm. Most Saints struggled to reach fifteen thousand units, and even among exceptionally powerful Saints, surpassing that threshold was considered an extraordinary achievement.
Yet I had already crossed it by more than four thousand units.
And I wasn’t even finished.
My Soul Sphere had only converted roughly twenty percent of its condensed Soul Force into the strange golden state I had discovered after absorbing Verilux’s remnant. If that twenty percent alone had already produced such a qualitative improvement, I couldn’t help but wonder what would happen once the entire Soul Sphere became golden.
I shifted my attention toward the Rank displayed beneath my Level.
Saint.
A faint smile appeared on my face.
Despite everything that had happened, the System still considered me a Saint. There was no strange designation such as Half-Step Demigod or Pseudo-Demigod. Apparently, whatever transformation was required to genuinely enter the Demigod Realm had not happened yet.
That made sense.
I had only touched the boundary.
I had not crossed it.
My eyes then moved to my Existence Parameters, and this time I couldn’t hide my surprise.
Strength, Constitution, Dexterity and Psynapse had all reached Saint Rank III.
The extreme.
I had already understood that the Saint Realm was divided into stages of physical and existential development, but reaching the third rank meant that every fundamental parameter of my existence had reached the highest point possible within the Saint Realm. There was no additional improvement I could squeeze out of these parameters while remaining a Saint.
My body, my strength, my speed, my reactions and even my Psynapse had all reached the absolute ceiling.
I was no longer merely a Saint who possessed overwhelming techniques. My entire existence had been pushed to the extreme of the realm.
Then I reached the Laws section.
I stopped.
Every single Major Law displayed the same number.
Level 10.
All seven of my Major Laws had reached their final level.
I slowly exhaled.
This was another wall.
Level 10 was clearly the highest level the System allowed for Major Laws. If I wanted to advance them further, I couldn’t simply continue accumulating comprehension and increase their levels.
I had to transform them.
Major Laws had to evolve into Origin Laws.
That was another requirement standing between me and the next realm.
My gaze then moved toward Veritas Dominus.
True Domain.
The description was short, but I knew exactly what it represented. My Domain had already undergone its own qualitative transformation. It was no longer merely a manifestation of my Laws imposed upon the surrounding world. It had become a True Domain, a genuine extension of my existence and authority.
And then came the Absolute Arts.
I scanned them one by one. Every one of my original Absolute Arts had reached Level 9.
The maximum.
I remembered the battles I had fought before entering the Null Realm and compared them to what I had just experienced against Verilux. The difference wasn’t merely an increase in Soul Force. My Laws had advanced, my comprehension had deepened, and my Soul had undergone a qualitative transformation. Naturally, the techniques built upon those foundations had evolved alongside me.
Only two abilities remained behind.
Thousand Soul Blossoms — Level 7.
Echo Reversion — Level 5.
I wasn’t surprised by Thousand Soul Blossoms. I had only recently begun pushing the technique toward its higher stages, and its requirements were fundamentally different from the other Absolute Arts.
Echo Reversion was even more obvious.
Its power depended heavily on the amount of Soul Force I could provide and the distance I attempted to traverse. Yet even at Level 5, the technique had allowed me to cross enormous distances through the Null Realm. Now that my Soul Force had undergone such a drastic qualitative change, I could already imagine how much farther I would eventually be able to travel.
My gaze continued downward.
My Rights remained unchanged.
But somehow, I no longer looked at them the same way.
After what I had witnessed from the Demigods, I understood that these Rights were more important than I had previously realized. The Wardens possessed Authorities that allowed them to impose their will upon reality itself. I was still far from possessing that kind of power, but the Rights I had accumulated represented something beyond ordinary Laws.
I slowly closed the status window.
I had reached the absolute pinnacle of what a Saint could become. But I had also finally understood something important.
The next step would not come from simply accumulating more.
My Soul Sea had already reached its limit. My physical parameters had reached their limit. My Major Laws had reached their limits, and my Absolute Arts had reached their current maximum.
Everything that could be pushed through quantity had been pushed as far as it could go.
The next transformation would have to be qualitative.
I would have to transform my Soul Force completely, evolve my Major Laws into Origin Laws and eventually establish the foundation required to step into the Demigod Realm.
I looked into the endless darkness of the cosmic void outside. A faint smile appeared on my face.
I had finally met my parents and learned the truth about what had happened to them. The fear that they had been captured and transformed into Phantoms was finally gone. With that burden lifted from my shoulders, the path ahead became clear. There was only one goal left now—the pinnacle of the Prime Universe.
