Chapter 455 212: Destruction, Creation?

The Arctic, entrance to the Maya Secret Realm.

A few figures appeared on the ice and snow, their gazes fixed on the Space-Time Gate before them.

"Dean Feng, has the senior already entered?"

A middle-aged man asked, looking at the secret realm's entrance.

Dean Feng nodded. "Yes, he's already gone in. We just need to wait out here."

"But the Array here hasn't been destroyed. What if..."

"Old Liu, what are you worried about? Can an Array like this possibly stop a True God?"

"..."

"Just wait patiently. Senior Chen will naturally resolve the matter of the secret realm."

The men nodded and stood waiting quietly in the snow.

...

Source of Life: 3,720,598,067,196

Skill Points: None!

'Hm, not bad. A shame it's still not enough to upgrade...'

Chen Yu sighed inwardly as he looked at his status panel.

He had reaped over 3.7 trillion from wiping out all the life forms from Hell in the Mayan Space-Time, but it still wasn't enough to enhance his physical body.

'Forget it. I'll save it for now. I'll upgrade my skills after my body is upgraded.'

After some thought, Chen Yu decided to hold on to it.

At his current level of strength, upgrading his skills wouldn't make a significant difference.

Moreover, a True God's advancement is far more difficult than that of a Martial Artist below the True God realm.

Most importantly, he wanted to comprehend the Nine Laws.

The physical body was also a crucial factor in comprehending Laws.

A True God's body is like a vessel for the Laws. Besides the difficulty of comprehending the Laws themselves, the body must also reach a certain level.

The stronger the body, the relatively easier it is to comprehend the Laws.

This was something Wu Wudi had told him.

The skill upgrades would have to wait.

'Strange... how can I not find it after searching everywhere?' Chen Yu gazed at the dim sky, his Divine Thought permeating the space. He had already scanned nearly every corner.

But he still hadn't found the location of the space-time node.

There wasn't even any special spatial fluctuation.

If he didn't already know some details, he would have assumed that this space-time definitely didn't contain a node to the Hell Space-Time.

'It's not in the sky or in the corners... Could it be!'

Suddenly, a possibility surfaced in Chen Yu's mind.

He had already searched the entire space-time world once and found nothing. That left only one possibility.

Underground!

At this thought, Chen Yu released his Life Force Field, letting it spread out continuously with him at the center.

—

'Nothing.'

'Nothing here either...'

The Life Force Field expanded. More than half a day passed, but there was still no trace of anything.

Having mastered the Space Law, he could clearly perceive even the slightest fluctuation.

But the result was far beyond his expectations.

Searching the earth was relatively more difficult, yet it still yielded no clues.

He delved tens of thousands of meters into the ground, and by the time the last patch of earth was scanned, there was still not a single clue.

'Impossible. Could it be that the cosmic node doesn't exist?' After searching everywhere, he had turned the entire Mayan Space-Time upside down, yet he still couldn't find a trace of the space-time node.

Not a single trace!

"In that case, my only option is to destroy it." Chen Yu's gaze hardened. The next instant, he appeared in the void.

The Divine Power within him gathered and condensed, unleashing a terrifying Divine Power that enveloped the world.

RUMBLE!!!

Deafening thunderclaps echoed continuously, and brilliant lightning flashed across the sky.

Space warped, and a destructive spatial power spread out in all directions with him at the center.

From a distance, the distorted space looked like a shattering mirror.

A hundred thousand miles, a million miles...

Potent fluctuations of Divine Power spread out, along with lightning, fire, and hurricanes...

A destructive cataclysm erupted. Mountains and rivers shattered, and the land sank.

The space around Chen Yu had already dissolved into Chaos.

Moreover, this region of Chaos was still expanding.

It spread rapidly, like a virus.

The difficulty of destroying a space-time world was not insignificant.

But before his Divine Power, a space-time world like this was completely defenseless.

Within half an hour, eighty percent of the space-time had been destroyed.

Chen Yu stood amidst the Chaos, perfectly still.

To completely destroy a world, to make it utterly collapse into chaotic nothingness, he could not leave even the smallest part untouched.

Even if a cosmic space-time node did exist, it would be annihilated under his destructive power.

—

The Arctic, beneath a starry night sky.

The figures stood waiting outside the Array of the Space-Time Gate.

"Huh?"

"Look! What's happening to the Space-Time Gate?"

A voice suddenly broke the silence, and everyone's eyes turned to the Space-Time Gate of the Maya Secret Realm.

Under their watchful eyes, the towering Space-Time Gate began to distort, its space-time structure collapsing.

Then, it was completely destroyed, vanishing before their very eyes.

"It's... gone?!"

The figures were completely dumbfounded as they stared at where the Space-Time Gate had been.

"Don't tell me Senior Chen ripped it out by the roots and destroyed the entire Maya Secret Realm?!"

A voice piped up.

The men looked at each other, none of them speaking a word.

The Space-Time Gate was gone. That could only mean it had been destroyed.

To completely destroy a world... what kind of power was that!

A True God's power could shatter a world; that wasn't an issue.

But to destroy it completely was another matter entirely.

Utter annihilation, returning it to the void!

Only an extremely powerful True God could accomplish that.

A world shattering and a world being annihilated are not the same thing.

When a world is annihilated, even a True God would suffer some damage.

However, the extent of the damage depends on the strength of the world.

Even a True God would have to pay a price for the backlash from a world's core.

The air became deathly still.

The Mayan Space-Time of the secret realm had been obliterated. This meant it was gone for good.

How big of a commotion must that have been?!

"Hey, look, why did it appear again?"

In the dead silence, Dean Feng's pupils suddenly constricted. The Space-Time Gate that had just vanished had reappeared.

However, it was different from a normal Space-Time Gate. Only a phantom image of it had manifested.

It looked as if it could collapse at any moment.

...??

A destroyed space-time world can be restored?

This was complete annihilation. Restoring it would be no different from creating a world from scratch.

A True God could evolve a Divine Kingdom World, but creating a world was a different story.

Not even a True God at their peak could do that.

It was completely annihilated, and then it reappeared. But it wasn't like a normal Space-Time Secret Realm; only a phantom image of the Space-Time Gate was visible.

The Space-Time Gate didn't fully manifest.

Now, no one could understand what was happening.

What had happened in the Maya Secret Realm?

Chen Yu couldn't possibly be creating a world.

Even if he could, why would he completely annihilate it just to create it again?

He must be bored out of his mind to do something like that!
