Chapter 137 - The Abyssal Plane! I

The meeting of the most powerful existences of the Sublunary Plane proceeded smoothly as many things were discussed, Noah coming across the personalities and identities of all of the Dimensional Rulers as he better understood the structure of power.

His eyes focused on the powerful leaders of the Keepers of Order and Fate and the Devoted Rulers that Chamberlayne wasn't a part of, committing to memory their powerful STAR Rank existences while listening to all the methods they came up with to deal with him.

A few hours passed with these powerful existences mingling, the figure of Catherine not bothering with the many experts throughout as after everything was officially done, she left soon after without even waiting for the other Rulers of the Keepers of Order and Fate!

Noah noticed how Catherine wasn't alone in such actions as it showed him the cohesiveness of the Dimensional Rulers was only on the surface, these Disciples from powerful Empyrean Conclaves all having their own goals that they cared about.

After this meeting of Rulers was concluded, Noah left with an overabundance of information as he organized everything and continued with his idle life for the next day without worry!

No responsibilities, no worries, and no urgent work.

It was the life that Noah only ever dreamed of as even with the Idle Gaming System, he was anything but idle in the past weeks!

He thought that he could only comfortably be idle when he brought under his heel the Dimensional Rulers of the Sublunary Plane, using the uncountable number of rifts within this Plane to gain an obscene amount of wealth that even the Conclaves of the Empyrean Plane would be jealous of.

He would use his connection with Catherine and whatever Conclave she belonged to, to obtain Dao Crystals and other rare treasures through trading as even at this moment, the number of Universal Law crystals he held was just terrifying!

Thoughts of the future were abundant in Noah's mind as the hours slowly passed.

Noah himself was currently floating on the back of a gorgeous looking Mythical Life Phoenix, the vibrant green essence of this Rift Boss being extremely comfortable to be around as its aura of Life was addictive.

Annalise and Rose were together again as the two girls were talking while absorbing Universal Law Crystals of a myriad of laws without worry.

Noah had so much of such loot that after he assimilated multiple laws, he handed the unneeded Universal Law Crystals to his little sister and Rose as these beings were enjoying treatment that only the most prized disciples of Conclaves dreamed of!

He could hear their whispers from far away as he focused on the Idle Gaming Interface in front of him.

"You better make your move soon if you don't want to lose out, there's this woman called Catherine that always stares at him like some sort of meal…"

The Ice Queen was teasing the now Ethereal Empress who hit her hand with a stern expression, Annalise only laughing as she talked about something else.

Noah shook his head with a smile as he placed his entire focus on the Idle Gaming Interface, staring at the golden glowing STAR Rift that he had been waiting on for over a day and a half as he clicked on it to collect the loot that would elevate him to a stage others only ever dreamed of.

A deep smile appeared on Noah's face as his blue eyes flashed brightly.

Out of the many details of loot, only a few mattered the most at this moment! The STAR Rank Light Tyrant Dragon Unit Shards that now made it possible for Noah to call forth a STAR Unit...and then the 88 STAR Rank Cores that added to the 50 that Noah had already absorbed in the past day- it meant he would be reaching the prized Star Rank today!

RUMBLE!

He rose from his relaxed position as he turned serious, waving his hands and calling forth the glimmering STAR Cores that shone with a glorious starry light, Noah beginning to absorb them freely as the essence within his body and Origin vibrated powerfully.

The illusory world within him had already become stimulated in the past day as after absorbing 50 STAR Cores, it seemed to be becoming much more solidified as at this moment...he was on his way to forge a genuine STAR!

BZZT!

Two Cores were quickly drained as his body acted like a black hole, sucking in everything he could as he took out two more cores from his inventory and continued.

The figure of the Mythical Life Phoenix he stood on top of trembled slightly as it sensed the rising aura sitting atop it, Annalise and Rose also turning towards Noah with sharp expressions as they saw his aura being elevated rapidly!

10 Cores. 30 Cores. 50!

The absorption process continued as Noah very quickly passed the 100 point mark from the cores he absorbed yesterday and today, his body vibrating at the precipice of power as he felt like a cup that was filled to the brim.

Naturally, after becoming filled to the brim...he overflowed.

The illusory world within his Origin was fully forged into a genuine Star that shone brilliantly and released waves of oppressive power.

With every rotation of this world, the surrounding essence was sucked in freely as it released its unique essence of a STAR over Noah's body, strengthening him as his skin and bones shone with an overpowering luster at this moment!

His dark hair waves majestically as he sat atop the Mythical Life Phoenix, the aura he released fully at the STAR Rank as it was only after a few seconds that he opened his eyes, causing a burst of blue light to release from them!

He raised his own arms as he sensed the strength within them, imagining the scene of Catherine shattering stars with her own hands as he wondered...would he now be able to do it too?

"You've successfully broken through?"

The voice of Annalise reached his ears as he glanced towards his sister and nodded with a smile, the Ice Queen releasing a tight breath as her own expression became firm. She knew what would be happening now that Noah had achieved this.

Noah himself familiarized himself with the overabundance in power as he checked all the areas that changed after his advancement.

One of the biggest things was of course...his inherent skills that rose with power every time that he rose in rank!

His eyes flowed towards his status panel that showed the advancement of his three Inherent Skills.

||Mind Dominator|| :: A weak mind cannot advance far in the future. This is an inherent skill that strengthens the mind of the user while granting them abilities that can dominate others. The abilities [Subjugate], [Mind Connection], [Remote Control], [Dominator's Consciousness], [Evolve|Devolve], [Spatial Puppet Master], [Mind Guider], and [Hive Mind] are currently unlocked. Locked abilities that will become usable as the User rises through ranks-[Authority of the Dominator] ...

||Telekinetic Emperor|| :: An inherent skill that grants its user the capability to manipulate matter with their mind. Constant and continued use of the abilities of this Inherent Skill will only work to increase the mental strength of the Telekinetic Emperor. The abilities [Matter Manipulation], [Mental Field], [Telekinetic Energy Emission],[Field Master], [Ruler's Emenation], [Telekinetic Constructs], [Precognition], and [Armament] are currently unlocked. Locked abilities that will become usable as the User rises through ranks- [Plasma Generation]...

||Ancient Mind|| :: An inherent skill that grants the identity of an Ancient Existence to the user, as they gain the abilities to peer across veils and even dimensions when one grows to a sufficient level. The abilities [Exceptional Mentality], [Feed on Fear], [Ancient Eye of Terror],[Consciousness of the Mighty], [Spatial Destabilizer], [Soul Devour], [Ancient Mind Form], and [Terror of the Ancient] are currently unlocked. Locked abilities that will become usable as the User rises through ranks-[Heresy]...

Now that he held three Inherent Skills, every advancement meant that he would get the boost of three new abilities!

The abilities to be unlocked this time around were particularly dreadful, especially [Hive Mind] and [Armament] as they enhanced him directly and gave him a ridiculous boost in power.

[Hive Mind] :: The Subjugated Existences under the Mind Dominator gain the ability to share their collective consciousness as they think and move in synchrony. When the Mind Dominator casts this ability, he can call upon the collective consciousness of all his Subjugated beings and their Mana Reserves.

[Armament] :: The mental energy of the Telekinetic Emperor can reinforce the body into an extreme form of armament, granting +10,000% Defense, +10,000% Resistance to All Universal Laws, +10,000% Increased Offensive Power, and +10,000% Increased Penetrative Power to All Universal Laws. The length of Armament is dependent on how much mana is available.

[Terror of the Ancient] :: The body of the Ancient unconsciously releases an aura of Terror, granting upon all enemies the status effects of -25% Effectiveness of All Abilities, -25% Mana Reserves, -25% Movement Speed, -25% Attack Speed, -25% Cast Speed, -25% Efficiency of Mana Conduction and Usage, and 25% Chance of Skills Failing on Cast.

A wondrous set of unlocked abilities!

Abilities that made Noah vibrate with confidence as he rose up, his preparations for going into the Abyssal Plane complete with this advancement in rank as all that was left was for him to set off!
