Irina and Karol nodded their heads upon hearing Helen’s words. Both women completely agreed with the test Ryan had set. They understood that they could not trust a person from the church without revealing their true face.

Chloe slowly stood up from the floor, resting her hands on the room’s carpet. She looked at everyone present with an expression of great confusion on her face.

Chloe did not expect to come out of that situation alive after refusing to obey a direct order. But little by little, that great confusion changed into an expression of total relief.

Chloe finally understood that she would not receive any painful punishment for her rebellion. She let out a long sigh, feeling that a great weight was disappearing from her shoulders.

So, after Ryan ordered her with a simple gesture, Chloe turned around.

The holy knight woman walked towards the little demon and took him by the hand very gently. Chloe quickly left together with the little demon, crossing the great exit of the hall.

The place fell silent for several seconds, leaving behind all the tension of the test.

"At any moment, the demons Ophelia sent to help us forge weapons from the demon king Rigal’s body will arrive."

Ryan stood up from his throne, resting his hands on the edges of the seat, and began to walk calmly down the stone steps of his throne’s base.

Ryan descended the steps with firm strides until he was standing right in front of the girls of his party.

"That is great, we will have stronger weapons." Helen said immediately, breaking the group’s silence. The swordsman clenched her right fist very tightly right in front of her face and smiled widely.

"Yes, they won’t surprise us again by sealing our weapons in the middle of a fight." Mirian confirmed from her place next to Beatrice.

"Fu fu fu." Karol laughed very softly and in a singsong manner upon hearing her companions.

The mage brought a hand to her lips, showing a lot of interest in the whole matter.

"I already want to see what kind of weapons will come out of that creation." Karol said with her eyes wide open. She hoped the demonic blacksmiths could also make a good new magic staff for her.

"I don’t need weapons of any kind. The power of a dragon doesn’t depend on simple weapons." Lise added with a lot of pride in her words.

"Nobody asked you, silly lizard." Helen grumbled instantly, taking a step towards her.

The swordsman glared at Lise for her boastful and out-of-place comment. Helen was always willing to fight with the dragon over any small reason that arose in the day.

"Calm down already please." Irina intervened, quickly getting in the middle of the two women.

The elven princess raised her hands, asking for a little peace and silence in the noisy group.

"Now we have important things to take care of all together." Irina added with a very serious tone.

"Your Majesty." Alicia caught Ryan’s attention, ignoring Helen and Lise’s fight.

The beastwoman took a step forward to get much closer to her king’s position.

"Now that the news of Rigal’s death has spread to every corner of the world, there is a big problem." Alicia began to say.

"How do you think the other demon nations will take it?" Alicia asked with a lot of concern.

She twitched her ears nervously, fearing that other demon kings might want to attack their new home.

"It’s true, Ryan. Among mercenaries and demons, you are talked about a lot these days. What impacts people the most is that even with your weapons sealed, you managed to kill Rigal with your bare hands." Beatrice said, totally supporting Alicia’s words.

"And that big news has spread throughout all the nations of this continent." Alicia intervened, crossing her arms over her chest before continuing to speak about the rumors.

"Even though the church wanted to hide the fact that Rigal had those kinds of relics, due to the information the Town Criers leaked in the human nations, the church faction has now lost a lot of credibility." The young assistant explained.

’The church always tries to control information in its favor so as not to look weak in front of the people. But for a demon king to have been killed by a human, something that hadn’t happened in decades, perhaps much longer, is something that would simply give people a lot to talk about.’ Ryan thought upon hearing Alicia and Beatrice’s report.

"There are even bards singing about that feat." Karol said, joining the important conversation. The mage spoke in a very playful tone, having a lot of fun with the fame her leader was gaining outside the kingdom.

"They are singing about Ryan in the nations that still haven’t joined the church. Can you believe it?" Karol added, looking at the other girls with a big smile.

"Naturally, Ryan is incredible." Helen intervened immediately, ignoring any concern for the future.

The swordsman crossed her hands over her chest, showing a big smile of deep admiration towards Ryan.

"As expected from the young master." Lise commented from her corner of the room. The dragon also showed her great respect, agreeing with Helen about Ryan’s power.

"It’s true, for better or worse, it’s a piece of news that traveled around the whole world very quickly." Ryan continued. He spoke with his usual calm tone of voice, without showing any emotion for his enormous fame.

"It’s possible that we will soon receive visits from both demons and humans." Ryan explained to his group of women.

’We will have to be very well prepared to receive attacks or even proposals for false alliances. Probably, both humans and demons will want to try to take advantage of this situation.’ Ryan thought seriously.

"I have some plans with a certain human from Kallistia, but..." Ryan said aloud, leaving the sentence halfway.

"For now there are things I must take care of." Ryan concluded, changing the main topic of the conversation. He began to walk slowly through the middle of the girls, advancing across the soft red carpet.

The women immediately stepped aside to let him pass, following him with their eyes the whole time.

"What will you do now, Ryan?" Helen asked with a lot of curiosity in her voice.

Ryan stopped a few steps away from them. He turned around to look at Helen and the rest of the women who were attentively waiting for his new orders.

"For now, I plan to bring the inhabitants waiting for us in the sky dungeon. Then I will present myself before the demons of this nation." Ryan said very directly and clearly.

Ryan looked at each of the girls in complete silence for a few moments. And before any of them could ask anything else about that new plan, he spoke again with a loud voice.

"Lise, you will go with me." Ryan ordered immediately.

He looked directly at the dragon, knowing that her large flying form would be very useful and fast for this particular trip.

Lise nodded her head, showing a big smile at being chosen by her master to be by his side.

Then, Ryan ran his gaze a little more over the group of beautiful women surrounding him in the room.

His green eyes stopped fixedly on the elven princess who was next to Beatrice.

"You are coming too, Irina." Ryan said, finishing forming his small team to leave the castle immediately.
