Chapter 1009: Demons In The House

Yuan spent almost an hour recounting the series of events that had led them to the Demonic Continent. He also told Layla and Marianne about his experiences there.

And as expected, both Layla and Marianne stared at Yuan in disbelief. They couldn’t believe that the person before them had gone to the Demonic Continent and returned alive, completely unharmed.

"You’re really reckless, Yuan. But you certainly had quite the adventure, I must say." Layla said, not knowing how she should respond after hearing Yuan’s mind-boggling adventure.

"However, you’re very reckless with your actions. You put all your lives in danger by going to the Demonic Continent."

"It isn’t as dangerous as you’re making it sound. In fact, the Demonic Continent was a much better place than this continent." Yuan said with a smile, glancing at Isolde, Nerith, and Lilith.

And he continued, "Although humans portray demons as a cruel and unreasonable race that shouldn’t exist, I view them differently."

"They are kinder than any human. And they are also more civilized. They have cities, trading systems, and agriculture."

"They live their lives just like normal humans do. They show compassion toward their family and friends and have feelings just like any ordinary human."

"The only difference between a human and a demon is their appearance. Aside from that, there is almost no difference between the two races." Yuan said, stating his opinion on the two races.

Layla and Marianne looked at Yuan for a good few moments, unable to come up with a reply.

’Just what did he witness in the Demonic Continent that made him speak so positively about demons? Weren’t they just savage beasts?’ Layla thought, looking at Yuan curiously.

Seeing the puzzled looks on both Layla and Marianne’s faces, Rose let out a soft chuckle.

’They have no idea that they are sitting with three demons in this room.’ She thought inwardly.

"Mom, what’s with that look on your face?" Rose asked with a soft smile.

"It’s nothing. I was just wondering about your experience in the Demonic Continent." Layla replied.

"You worry too much, Mom. There is no need to feel concerned about us. Besides, three demons are sitting in front of you. Haven’t you realized it yet?"

"Huh??" Both Layla and Marianne were taken aback by Rose’s words. They felt as though their souls were about to leave their bodies.

Both of them looked at Yuan’s group with uneasy expressions on their faces, trying to identify the demons in the room.

"Mom... It’s Nerith, Isolde, and Lilith." Julie said, pointing at the three with a small smile.

Then she introduced them properly. "Nerith is a Demon, while Isolde is a Vampire, and Lilith is a Succubus."

Both Layla and Marianne looked at the three in disbelief, their eyes widening at the realization that there were three dangerous entities sitting right in front of them.

’Now we have a Demon, a Vampire, and a Succubus in the house?! How did this even happen?!’ Layla screamed inwardly.

’I never thought our brother-in-law would be such a playboy that he even managed to seduce demons!’ Marianne thought, swallowing nervously.

Sometime later, Layla ordered the maids to prepare rooms for Yuan and the others and also ordered the chefs to prepare a lavish meal.

After all, it was only natural for her to prepare some good food for her daughters and son-in-law since they had finally returned after such a long time.

Yuan and the others, meanwhile, settled into their rooms. The bed was nice and big, but it was too boring to stay in the room with nothing to do.

Yuan went to Lilith’s room and knocked on her door.

Lilith immediately opened the door and pulled him inside. After locking the door, she sat on his lap.

Yuan smiled and gently sealed her lips with a kiss. Lilith immediately wrapped her arms around his neck and started kissing him back.

Once the kiss ended, Yuan looked straight into her eyes and asked, "Want to see how your people are doing inside the Secret Realm?"

"Definitely. I was wondering how they are faring inside that artificial world." She responded with a soft smile.

Yuan waved his hand, and a portal appeared inside the room, connecting to the Succubus Kingdom inside the Secret Realm.

"Then let’s go and take a look. I have some martial arts techniques they could learn and use to fight against the monsters inside the Secret Realm." Yuan grabbed her hand and walked into the portal, immediately disappearing from the room.

Inside the Secret Realm, Yuan and Lilith hovered above the Succubus Kingdom, watching the kingdom with smiles on their faces.

"It seems that your worries were unnecessary, Lilith. Your kingdom is flourishing peacefully." Yuan spoke, pointing at the massive wheat fields outside the kingdom’s walls.

Furthermore, the succubi had cultivated many types of vegetables as well, and they were thriving in the fertile soil of the Secret Realm.

A few seconds later, they noticed a few succubi coming out of the forest while carrying a huge boar.

"Well, I didn’t expect them to hunt as well. And they even managed to kill a boar with the cultivation of a peak Spirit Warrior. Impressive!" Yuan said with a surprised smile.

"They seem to be adapting well to their new environment." Lilith nodded with a smile and added, "I was worried for nothing. They are doing really well in here without having to fear getting kidnapped."

"Let’s go and take a look inside." She then grabbed his hand and headed toward the large gate.

Soon, the succubi guards noticed their arrival and immediately opened the massive gate for them.

"Your Majesty, welcome back to the Kingdom!" They exclaimed while lowering their heads in respect.

Lilith nodded to the guards and headed to the Royal Palace with Yuan.

And as they walked through the streets, many succubi greeted them with excitement.

Arriving at the palace, Lilith sat on her throne while Yuan stood beside her with a calm expression.

Before her stood the succubi who were responsible for maintaining the kingdom—the Succubi Council.

They were the ones running the kingdom in the absence of their Queen.

"I’ve witnessed the prosperity of our kingdom with my own eyes, and I’m impressed with how you have maintained its stability and helped it prosper." Lilith spoke in a soft yet authoritative tone, looking at the succubi with confidence.

"As your Queen, I’ve decided to give you all a reward for your hard work." She said as a set of cultivation techniques and martial arts techniques appeared in her hand.

"These are methods that will make you all stronger, far superior to your current selves. And in the future, you will all become powerful enough to destroy mountains."

The succubi were shocked upon hearing this. They couldn’t believe what they were hearing. It sounded completely absurd to them.

However, thinking about where they were currently staying and how their entire kingdom had been transported to this place, they believed every word their Queen said.

Destroying mountains with a punch? It sounded very absurd, but not impossible. After all, they had personally witnessed even grander displays of power with their own eyes before.

"W-We thank Her Majesty for such a valuable gift. We will forever be grateful!" The succubi quickly bowed their heads and accepted the cultivation techniques and martial arts techniques.

"Now, go and practice them." Lilith then quickly dismissed them from the throne hall.

She then looked at Yuan and asked, "I thought you were only going to give them the martial arts techniques."

"Haha, think of it as a kind of investment for the future. If they become stronger, they might be very useful to us in the future." Yuan replied with a smile.

"I see... So you already have a plan in mind." Lilith looked at him with a curious expression and asked, "Is there any particular reason you decided that my succubi would be useful to you?"

"Hmm, not really. I thought they would be a valuable asset if we groomed them properly. Besides, they are already loyal to you, and that’s what matters the most." Yuan replied.

"A queen needs powerful subordinates. After all, I can’t be around you all the time."

"A fair point, I suppose." Lilith nodded with a smile.

A few moments later, Lilith led Yuan to her bedroom and pushed him onto the bed. She seductively licked her lips and smiled at him.

"Let’s make love, Hubby. I’ve been waiting for this moment since the moment you accepted me into your family." She said, removing her clothes and getting completely naked before him.

Yuan stared at her, wide-eyed, surprised by how sexy her body looked. A pair of majestic bat-like wings appeared on her back, and her long tail moved like a snake.

’A succubus’s beauty is no joke... she is just too damn sexy!’ Yuan swallowed nervously, staring at her naked body and feeling his bulge getting harder inside his pants.

"Oh my... someone seems to be getting excited~" She giggled, noticing the prominent bulge in Yuan’s pants and the surprised look on his face.

She gently got close to him and placed her hand on his bulge, tracing the line on top of his clothes with a seductive smile.

"You’re so hard for me... it makes me really happy," she whispered seductively before sealing his lips with hers.

Yuan immediately wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer, returning the kiss with an even more intense and passionate kiss.

"You’ve awakened a ravenous wolf, my dear. Now this wolf will ravage you until you beg for mercy," Yuan whispered in her ear, grabbing her tail, which made her body shudder in pleasure.
