Chapter 4053: Battle of Primes

Chapter 4053: Battle of Primes

I am getting worried.

It had been nine hours since I had sent the message, but forgot the Prime coming, there

wasn't a reply.

It usually takes longer for the message to reach the organization outside its domain because of the security distance, but they should have received the message by now.

The cultists are still there would be for days, but anything could happen, and they could escape.

I don't want these bastards to escape. They deserve a long, painful punishment.

Hun!

I was in my thoughts when suddenly; I felt a presence and saw Prime Volsnorth standing in front of me.

"Sorry, it took time," he apologized. "It's fine. It's not late," I said, and he looked relieved before his expressions turned serious.

"Where are the cultists?" he asked.

"That mountain," I replied, before explaining in detail. Not in too much detail. Still, a couple of surprises flashed in his eyes as he listened patiently.

"It's likely a facility," he said with fury burning in his eyes. "I thought so too," I replied.

"You stay here and deal with any cultist that escapes. Especially Yantis, try to capture him alive," he said, and I was about to say something, but he disappeared.

I sighed, before looking at the floating cube he left behind.

Seeing it, a smile appeared on my face. Even in his fury, Prime Volsnorth is taking the precaution.

It's a space tremoring cube. It makes faint spatial tremors in large around it. When enough of them are used, they could seal a massive area that makes the teleportation gates useless.

Cultists are masters of escape. Whenever one attacks them; one needs to take such precautions, or they slip away.

It hadn't been activated yet.

It will be before the Prime Volsnorth makes his move. If it had been activated before that, the other prime would have sensed it and might have tried to escape.

I looked at it for a moment, before moving toward the mountain.

I need to be close, but not too close.

The battle of the Primes is dangerous and getting caught in it would be death. However, I still like to have remained close to catch any cultist trying to escape.

I moved at my earlier speed, despite wanting to move faster. I don't want to get caught before the Prime makes his move.

BANNNNNG!

I had just thought that, when I heard the massive bang, that split the city earth.

Prime Volsnorth had attacked, and he had directly attacked the mountain. Destroying it within a single attack.

Prime Volsnorth is no regular Prime, but a Peak Prime and one of the most powerful among Primes in the Tor according to the whispers.

The entire mountain collapsed under his power. Revealing a building deep within.

I saw through the artifact, I had left behind, which activated on its own after sensing the power, which I had programmed it to do.

Nine and a half seconds later, I got the image from inside.

After Prime left, I sent the command to my seed. To send data packets every minute instead of every five minutes.

I could, the moment they felt the attack of Prime.

Yantis's eyes flew up in shock before panic spread through his body. The same thing happened with the rest; all of them had realized that Prime had attacked.

That amplified further, when the cult Prime, said, 'Volsnorth,'.

The cultist Prime reacted fast and activated the teleportation gate, but cursed a moment later when it saw the spatial disturbance had made it useless.

I longed to see what happened next, but I would need to wait for a minute more.

BANNNNNG BANNNNG BANNNNNG!

I had just finished watching the data packet, when Prime Volsnorth attacked again three times, one after another fast, and this time, his target was the building.

Which seemed to have amazing defenses, as it was able to bear two attacks with runes on flaring.

It's the third attack that made the runes lose their power and the building cracked apart. "Come out, you filthy cultist, or I will bring you out!" shouted the Prime.

"Volsnorth!"

For a moment, there was a silence, before a loud shout that didn't feel like that man or woman came before the robes figure appeared.

I thought he would fight Prime Volsnorth, but he tried to run away.

CLNNNNNG!

The next moment, I heard a loud clang, and when the scene cleared. I saw them opposite to each other with their weapons locked.

They clashed again the next moment with their movements blurring.

I didn't focus on the battle much and moved toward the cultist. I could sense their directions

and the rats' bastards had decided to move in a different direction.

As prime attacked, I had sent the command to the seed. Which released seeds into other

cultists.

These are tracking seeds. They could do nothing other than track, which makes them harder to

discover.

Even if they were a little visible. It would have been fine. Currently, they are so scared, that they aren't thinking about anything other than escaping.

Well, I am not going to let that happen. I will get them; they need to suffer the punishment for the sins they have committed.

I have stopped holding back and now moving really fast. Flying, actually, much faster than

ever, did.

My target is the closest one to me. She is flying toward me.

It didn't take long for her to detect me and she without hesitation, changed the direction. She

is also quite fast and seems nearly as powerful as Yantis.

Soon, I saw her with my eyes, and she saw me too.

Puch!

"I am f" she opened her mouth, but stopped and looked down with shock in her eyes.

My sword is buried in her chest. It had happened so fast, that she didn't even see it.

I can't properly guess my strength, but I could say one thing. If Hayat appeared in front of me;

I wouldn't need to burn my blood to defeat her.

I won't even be using my strings.
