Chapter 3821 After A Long Time

"What happened?" asked the girl.

I didn't answer, instead; I looked at the multiple screens in front of me. Showing me something, I really don't want to see, but am now seeing.

"The ruin either had destabilized by some powerful blast or someone, just forcefully made a hole inside to travel through it," I replied, shocking the young girl.

I don't think, it is something dormant that exploded, which is quite common in the ruins. I am 90% sure, that it is artificial.

The data is in front of me. I could see someone had torn the hole in it and used it as a bridge to enter the real world from their side.

I am pretty sure, that the spatial element, I had sensed in the lightning is something caused by this. While it couldn't be sensed by the regular Sky Sovereigns; some with special sensitivity could still sense it.

This means it is a recent problem and the weather might also be related to it. In the morning, it was sunny before the weather changed out of a sudden.

"Let's go, we should get out of this ruin as soon as possible," I said. While I don't think it would be safe outside. I do not want to be in ruin which could easily be destroyed.

I pulled her out of the abode before she could say anything and what I saw outside, couldn't help but surprise me.

I shouldn't have been surprised. I should have expected it, with data I had seen.

The weather had worsened, and now, every drop of rain seemed to contain the spatial energies. The spatial energies in the lightning have become dense enough, that it becomes dangerous to the Earth Sovereigns.

The spatial energy could also be sensed by every Sky Sovereign now and even a few sensitive Earth Sovereigns.

I could even see the few rifts in the sky.

If one forcefully makes a hole in the spatial fabric of the ruin. It will affect the stability of the whole ruin.

"Quickly activate your badge," I said as I removed mine and was about to activate it when I turned to a young girl, who looking at it hesitantly.

"My br..friends are here," she said, feeling my gaze. "They are more powerful than you. They can take care of themselves, but you couldn't," I said, surprising her.

I had seen in her once on the ship; on the first day on the deck. She was with two people. I didn't sense their level, since I wasn't using my soul sense, but I could tell they were powerful.

At least Sky Sovereigns.

She finally made up her mind and activated her badge, while I activated mine and readied myself, for whatever clusterfuck I might see outside.

Seconds passed, and there was no pulling force. The signal from the badge isn't connecting with the beacon.

"Spatial energy!" I spat.

It is interfering with the beacon. I had expected it, but I still thought it might work. Unfortunately, it is not.

"How will we get out now?" she asked, scared. "The old-fashioned way," I said and moved, pulling her with me.

This time, she didn't resist. She didn't have any choice. Without me, she wouldn't survive even a minute. The lightning has become dangerous; she will turn to ashes, even if the smallest bolt has hit her.

These people have made a great investment in this place. There are gates in every area of this place.

If I moved at this speed, it wouldn't take me over three to four to reach the gates closest to me.

I increased my speed further and spread the soul waves in every direction. I need to be alert to every danger in this clusterfuck.

I don't know, who are the bastards digging holes through the runes, but it is clear, that they don't have the best intention. It would be wise for me to be cautious and stay away from whoever they are.

I would have been much safer. If I had just left the girl, but as I had said, she wouldn't have lasted a minute, before turning to ashes.

I hope that method of hers picked up, her family. The sooner I had her to them, the better it would be for me.

A few minutes passed, and the weather had worsened. It had become dangerous enough that now Sky Sovereigns would need to activate their protective methods to defend themselves from the lightning.

The lightning isn't hitting us; I have masked both of us from it.

My waves are sensing the people all around me and they are doing what I am doing. Running toward the gate, to get out of this ruin.

I pity myself and them. I have come to this bloody ruin to let out some steam but got caught into the trouble. Now, I really wished I would have just, booked a hotel and gone there and slept.

Forty more minutes passed when a big smile appeared on my face.

The inheritance is finally finished. Me and my clone had been working on it for years and we have finally finished it. It took me a lot of time, but I am proud of the thing, I have created.

Now, I only need to double-check it for mistakes, and I will be done with inheritance and focus fully on the dance of ukasanavor.

Once I reached the completion of Level 0, I would be ready to make a breakthrough into the Earth Sovereign.

I pushed away my thoughts and focused on the current situation. I don't think, I would be able to do anything related to the breakthrough, while I am here.

I need to get out of here. Outside, there is Prime. There isn't any danger, that Prime couldn't solve. I hope the Prime will be proactive and deal with whatever caused the trouble into this ruin.

I was just thinking that when suddenly my soul sense caught something. I saw several people at the edge of the soul waves come running toward us.

They seemed scared, there was a terror on their faces.

I instantly become alert, but my mind becomes curious. Those people are Earth Sovereigns, with one Sky Sovereign among them, and they are running.

A few seconds passed when the things they were running away from finally appeared in range and what, I saw couldn't help, but shock me.

"Fucking hell!" I cursed.

"What is it?" asked the girls immediately.

"The things you don't want to see," I replied, and the girl seemed to understand what I was referring to as her eyes went wide.

It is a fucking Grimms.

It had been a long time since I had seen them. For over two years. Which is the longest time, I hadn't seen them, since I had come to this world.

I don't know, why I am even surprised. It is the modus operandi of these bastards. They loved to enter the world through the sneaky ways and realms like these are their favorite.

I looked at the Sky Sovereign Werewolf, chasing the Sky Sovereign elf with a bloody grin on its face.

The Sky Sovereign and Grimm are on the same level, but the Grimm is obviously powerful, and the man is too scared to even fight against it.

The bastard isn't just chasing the elf Sky Sovereign. It is also killing any native who came in its path.
