Chapter 953 Gates To Iluthath VI
Peering at the pillar of flaming wisp that had congealed into a massive doorway, three faint beings whipped through the pillar of light and vanished. Taken back by the suddenness of this, I cursed.
“Son of a bitch! Did the twins just ignore me? Bet. You mother fuckers are going to get it in the present or past, whichever. Yall better hope I’m dead. You’re not too young for me to whip that ass! Fetus or not”
Snorting annoyingly, I approached the pillar of transcending light. Slowly entering an entirely new world altogether. Startled for a second, I shuttered as I saw crystals large as a person.
“… This is… this is the temple of eternal darkness.” But why is… Wait, did the children come here? Or could they directly transcend this waypoint?
“UNCLE HELP!!!!” Bellowed Crowe, “We LOST!”
“You fucking idiots!” I snapped.
“Just kidding. That’s for being a dick when I was two! Who the hell tosses a toddler off a helicopter to train them? Goodbye though, see you in the future.”
That’s not a bad idea. Helicopter, and let’s add no parachutes… while being intoxicated. Damn, that’ll be a good training exercise. Thanks, Crowe, you just played yourself. Bet. .𝙘𝒐𝒎
Chuckling, I studied the surroundings finding myself somewhat reminiscent of back then. Tracing my fingers over the crystals, I paused as the world caring five moons and seven suns, glinting over the horizon. Trees of utter evergreen under sheets of silver ebbing over the horizon all slipped into my view, and I froze.
“Iluthath!”
‘Lilith, are you seeing this?” I mentally asked, feeling her nod her head on her end.
“Don’t get distracted. Hurry to the gates. Everything flows on Intent. Will, your Intent, and the Palace of Night might automatically take you where you need to be.” She said, her tone somewhat weak and faded.
My jaw tightened. And with a single thought, I felt myself consumed by darkness appearing within a massive dome of darkness. Suddenly millions, if not billions, of images appeared, as an influx of knowledge began to appear in my mind.
“I see.” I mused, running my finger over the darkness. And after a long while, I opened my eyes to the real world. And snapped as the pooling essence suddenly transformed, taking the form of hundreds of ethereal gates; a tremor ran from Lucifer into me.
“Father’s essence,” Whispered Lucifer.
Noting the absence of Mephisto, I held my tongue, frowning as I thought he’d be here. Was… was he still looking for the children?
My eyes narrowed, and I looked up, “There shall come a Flame of Night to carry forth the cycle. Seven Stars born of Chaos shall awaken. Angels’ blood shall fall. Bringing forth a coming night that shall stain the light, breaking its eternal war. Around this night shall exist, Four Gates of Apocalypse, that shall bring forth the End and Beginning.”
If Raziel represented angels’ blood falling, and Balor the night breaking the eternal war between demons and angels, all that leaves is the Flame of Night to bring forth the cycle… wish should be happening… now!
The gates all trembled, and as if something had connected with me, my mind flashed to the bed of Chaos as a pulse suddenly rippled through the empty void.
“Lucifer, have the Fallen release more energy! We need more power. Destroy your clone if you must.”
Noticing the crackling Balor staring hungrily at the gate and then Zantar looking on with fever, I sneered. ” Aegis, do it. Get rid of Zantar for five minutes.”
“Confirm,” He replied, and the throne of darkness between my brow suddenly began to tingle as darkness suddenly swelled from the empty void tainted by the Abyss of Night. I watched as a veil suddenly covered Zantar before he could even act.
‘What is this!” Zantar barked, releasing a massive amount of Nectoric Qi that the darkness devoured, sending it all around the bed of Chaos or into the shadow realm where it would wander for all eternity.
And in a blink of an eye, Zantar was banished from sight.
“Arsene, hurry!” Said Seraphia sharply. The moment Lucifer and the other Six suddenly erupted with such power. It made even Balor seem insignificant.
I grunted, controlling the power being transmitted to me, but as I felt the rippling throughout the Chaos, coming in like waves burning worlds and laws away like they were nothing, my aura began to permeate the Bed of Chaos, as new Laws started to take its place, and by there side, stood my darkness.
“Now!’ Zariel howled from the emptiness,
Pooling all that energy gathered from the dead angels, demons, and abyss fiends alongside the coming storm that rippled through the bed of Chaos, I soared through the skies with Noctem in hand.
“Allow me to assist,’ said the childlike voice of the Pale Lord. “Shatter those gates, boy!”
Consumed by a strange essence that seemed to reject both the abyss and the Myriad Heavens, I shot forth, not having time to carefully analyze this aura. Piercing through light and time alike, the concept of Supremacy showered the foreign energy fueling me.
I crashed.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
…
…
…
“Arsene! Wake the hell up!!!” Came a desperate howl! “Two minutes! Left hurry!”
Grunting as I opened my eyes, pain viciously tore at my mind as a grunt burrowed out of my lips. Staggering with laceration alongside melted flesh, I groaned, spitting blood from my lips, and turned my eyes to Balor combatting Lilith and Layla.
Confused, everything became focused as I snapped my head towards the skies filled with embers of light.
“Arsene!!!!” Lilith howled as her body turned to dust as Balor roared.
“DIE!!!!!!!” He cried, howling to the heavens, “PRISON OF GOD!!!” he chanted again, but within Layla’s hand, the golden spear suddenly glowed with the power of Chaos.
“That won’t work on me!’ She uttered coldly, batting the god away, “This spear was formed by the Drew of Chaos, the fuel of the Myriad Heavens.”
“Then I’ll splinter you in have!” he snapped, piercing his feet into the shattered earth, coming to a quick halt.
Narrowing my eyes, I cursed beneath my breath, ” Layla, enter the Gates!” I shouted, pulling out Pandora’s Box, the very gift Mephisto had given me. Cursing that, he foresaw all this, a chill, unlike anything I had felt before, rippled from Balor.
“T-t-that box!” He said, his tone growing lighter, fearful. “How? It was destroyed during the fall of….”
Not bothering to care to hear what he had to say, I opened Pandora’s Box.
