Chapter 717 Leaving
It had taken almost no more than a week for the denizens of this no-name village to finish repairs after Lilith’s return. A most welcome endeavor as I had grown tired of meditating in a tent; despite my monstrous body, I hated the feel of sitting on the uneven ground. I was a classy bitch.
Rising from Lilith’s bed, I stared at her stomach, more specifically her womb, thinking of my little baby girl.
I wonder what her name shall be?
“Thinking of names,” Lilith probed, peeping her amethyst eyes open. She smiled, and I nodded. Giggling to herself, she said, “How about this? If it’s a girl, I pick the name. If it’s a boy, you pick.”
“Shardbreaker Thanos,” I said without thinking, ” A marvelous name… quite literally.”
“Thanos?” She remarked, tilting her head, and my heart sunk as that devilish smile of her’s appeared,” I thought you would have picked something different and not so close to the man that fucked you up. Don’t tell me you forgot your battle with Thanatos during your time in the underworld.”
My eyes rolled, recalling that time,” Ganondorf?’
“Sounds like a giant poop.”
“Crowe?”
“That’s the name of Zariels, firstborn son.”
“Huh? How do you know that?”
“Sene, I spend more time with your brother than you. I see him all the time.” Lilith informed me, to my surprise, falling back into bed. She giggled. “He really likes owls and birds. It seems they settled on Crowe.”
Sneaking close, Lilith shot me a suspicious eye; her smile deepened, revealing a dimple.
“W-what are you doing?” She whispered without strength in her voice. My lips pulled close—
“MASTER!” A cry bellowed. Barging into my room Zanris leaped onto the bed, “Zan is hungry!” trailing after her like little ducks. Arkanos and Ty both tackled me down, raining kisses over me.
“Us too, Us too.” The Little Chibi’s shouted
My heart melted at my little girls, maybe not for Zanris, who needed a spanking. A deep spanking.
“Are you all ready?” I asked, and three heads nodded.
My God, have I been training to have children all this time?
Lilith’s cool fingers trailed my shoulder, tugging at my desires, letting her eyes wander, ” You better hurry. I will pack up here. We best leave before the twin suns fully rise. You know how cold you become during the day.”
Irritation flared, but I could not retort her words. The pain had gotten worse with each day. It had even gotten so bad that I was forced to wear a cloak to dampen the torment. That pain would sometimes lock me in place, swallowing me whole, leaving me in such pain that I could not even speak at times. It was a hellish experience that only seemed to fuel my disgust.
Running off to make Lilith and the other breakfast I had done every day as I knew our child would feed early in the morning, we decided to eat then. Even Avar, who had a fascination with my unborn baby, joined. I swear her passion had even awakened a bit of knowledge that made me laugh. My dear little brother was actually super good with babies. Mother had even called him the baby whisperer when he was only a few years when dealing with our sister.
He just had this way with babies. I’d never seen such a talent. It got to a point mother would toss my baby sis to him to sleep with at night.
A/N: Babies love me, lol. Idk why.
Preparing a few meals with the almost endless supplies of Abyssal monster that had attacked this village, that would last well into the coming years, I hid them into the Ring of Bael, that as of late begun to pulse. And I was sure something was going to happen.
After entering Realm Lord, I’d made a distinctive note to investigate, which was about to happen in the coming months. If not weeks. I was on the precipice of breaking through, especially in this realm where divinity covered this world.
After we finished breakfast before the twin suns had risen over the horizon, I handed Sorina a holocube so that she could begin recruiting more of her brethren even though we were not here. I’d thought I would have had time, but Asmodeus had relayed some bad news. Regarding some of the chosen who the Holy Swords were now hunting.
It was safe to say the angels figured out part of the prophecy. Either way, this worked out for me; Ezra controlled thousands, if not millions, of their disciples.
I had said that I would take over that damn sect, and I was going to. Then jam it up the angel’s ass—stupid fuckers.
Carrying the biggest smile, Ren, Rey Nala, Avar, and the others all gathered at the village entrance, where several Echo’s resided for us to use. I couldn’t help but be excited, as these things could fly, something none of us could do. I could if I sprouted my wings, but I hated using wings.
That just made me a big ass target.
Anticipate burrowed deep in my heart, and Avar smiled. “I did a few modifications so that you can ride even without cybernetics.” Her Echo hummed to life,” You know how to ride?’ 𝓫𝒹ℴ𝓿𝓵.𝓬ℴ𝓶
“That’s like asking if I can pick up bitches—”
Receiving a slap to the back of my head, Lilith hoisted Arkanos to her back and hopped onto the Echo, a stone-cold back far different from Avar’s silver-white.
“Let’s go, you dummy!” She snapped.
A crooked smile marked my lips, and I glanced at Freya, who dared not meet my gaze. Her head dipped as quickly as she felt me shift my attention to her.
Oh, sweet revenge was coming. Just you wait, Lilith. You keep screwing me. I have something for that ass. Just wait till Zan is trained.
Hoisting my dark feathered cloak over my shoulder and raised the hood till only a shadow of my features and the piercing glow of scarlet was seen, I felt the glimmers of first light pierce my back, and the darkness smoldered deep within my heart.
“Angels’ blood shall fall, bringing forth a coming night that shall stain the light, breaking its eternal war,” I repeated through the shadows, unable to await the coming of that very day.
