MMORPG : Rebirth Of The Strongest Vampire God

Chapter 506 Not Afraid

” Here are the two divine spells you will now be able to use, boy ” Drax said as he showed Max the two new divine spells that he had now gained.

[ World Ember ] – The caster imbues the ground with divine fire energy, causing it to glow like hot iron. Suddenly, the entire region erupts into a sea of flame. The spell turns the affected area into a raging inferno, turning everything – mountains, forests, cities, oceans – into steam and ash.

[ Blazing Onslaught ] – The caster generates a series of rapidly moving fireballs, each one burning with divine fire. These fireballs act independently, homing in on the enemy with unerring accuracy, tracking them even if they try to dodge or hide. Upon impact, the fireballs explode, causing tremendous damage and setting the enemy ablaze with divine flames that can’t be extinguished by conventional means.

Max studied the details of the two moves that he could now cast and greased his palm with greed.

He was probably the first mortal who was now capable of producing true tier6 attacks! And while one of it was AOE the other was PVP in nature, giving him both the destructive ability of a god and the means to tackle a god in battle.

Grinning ear to ear Max felt that the dreadful experience that he underwent was slightly worth it in the end, however, it did come with the consequence of him having to take revenge for the Fire God Agni even though it technically had nothing to do with himself.

Max had always meant to complete Drax’s revenge when he was capable enough so he was not completely against the idea, however, with the threat of some dangerous poisoning that would permanently corrupt his mana viens should he not comply with the revenge plot served as some extra motivation to help Drax and Agni exact their pound of flesh from the God Of Knowledge and Wisdom.

( Meanwhile Sebastian )

Sebastian was back at the palace once he received an immediate return back home message from Asiva who requested his presence to deal with some pressing issue.

Once he was back home, he had wished to flex about his journey and the newfound powers he had gained from the journey but did not find the opportunity to do so as he felt the words not coming out of his mouth when he looked at the state Asiva was in.

While he was digging through the graves of necromancers, the girl was single handedly running the entire clan having to take over not only Max’s duties but his as well since both of them were missing from action.

Once he understood the full situation about the King revoking their special status and forcing them to send troops and a tier4 commander, he understood the reason behind why he was recalled and the duty he was supposed to undertake now.

Asiva wanted to confer the title of ‘Commander’ to him and send him to the mandatory military deployment with about 150,000 Bloodfall clan soldiers under his command.

Having fought at Fort Sven and Maralago with Max, Sebastian knew that the scene at the life at the border planets was unbearably rough, however, it was going to get even rougher in the future with the king fearing the escalation of the conflict. 𝒆𝙣𝒐𝙫𝒆𝙑.π™šπ™©

He was now supposed to fill the same shoes that were usually reserved for Max and become ‘ Commander Sebastian ‘ with him responsible for the life and death of 150,000 Bloodfall clansmen.

Not only was he supposed to balance between the expectations of the higher ups and the capabilities of the men under him, but also balance the image of the Bloodfall clan while dealing with political plots that might hatch behind the scenes.

It was a dangerous job, however, someone needed to step-up to the plate and do it anyhow and Asiva had put her faith in him to be that individual.

” Of Course I’ll do it Asiva, don’t worry, I’ll bring the clan glory ” Sebastian said with conviction as he readily accepted his new role as the commander of Bloodfall clan soldiers on the border planets and began preparing for his deployment the next day.

( Meanwhile Hades )

With soulless black eyes, Hades looked at the sprawling battlefield in front of him where demons dought against demons in a bloody and destructive battle.

In the entire light faction only the Kingdom of death was a place where the righteous demons lived.

They did not approve of the bloodthirsty and savage lifestyle of the dark faction demons and chose to live a life full of dignity and honour instead.

With Hades as their worshipped deity and a deep grudge against the dark, they often participated in military exercises such as border patrol and enemy extermination.

While it was a good practice when peace was maintained, it was also the practice that had painted the Kingdom of Death as the first target of the Dark faction vendetta.

The vast majority of the dark faction demons who could not stand the sight of their kind living a virtuous life were fighting tooth and nail to eliminate them as Lucifer sat behind them staring at the battlefield just like Hades with a smile on his face as the only reason he stood there was to neutralise any action that Hades might personally make.

” HADES, today I, Deronvir the god of wings and feathers shall slay you where you stand! ” A pesky looking greater demon yelled as he extended his beautiful black wings and flew at a blistering speed towards Hades.

The tier6 god was too drunk with his own power that he forgot how high the heavens really were, as while he thought his speed was extremely high as he aimed to strike Hades with a fast moving strike and take his head, the reality of the situation was that Hades sidestepped him easily before catching him by the same wings that he was so proud of to bring him to a staggering halt.

Hades said nothing as he locked eyes with Lucifer standing a few hundred kilometres away as he tore the god’s wings extending out of his back one at a time before corroding his entire body with the power of decay all the while maintaining eye contact with Lucifer.

Instead of being intimidated, Lucifer clapped at Hades’s display of power, mocking the ancient god and reminding him that he was not afraid of him.
