Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

"Jackson, what the heck have you been trying to hide from me? Where on earth is my darling Jasmine?" Catherine asked once again when all she could hear was silence on the other side.

"Jasmine has been missing since last night," Jackson finally revealed the truth.

"What!" Catherine exclaimed instantly standing on her feet. Jeff was also stunned to hear his revelation.

"How on earth did this happen and why didn't you tell me last night when I called?" Catherine asked sounding very upset.

Jackson who hasn't had a wink of sleep since the previous day went ahead to explain everything that happened to Catherine and thank goodness Catherine put the phone on speaker so Jeff wouldn't have to ask questions after the call.

"Jackson, how could you keep such a big thing from me? I am Jasmine's best friend. I am like a sister to her so how could you keep me in the dark?" Catherine said sounding extremely hurt.

"I am sorry Catherine. I wasn't sure of what was going on at the time you called me that is why I did not want to make assumptions. Another reason I didn't say anything was that I didn't want to make you worried. I am sure you have a lot going on there, I did not want to add to your problems," Jackson explained in a calm tone.

"No matter hat problems I have Jasmine will always come first, don't you know that?" Catherine asked fiercely.

"And if you had told me about it earlier you wouldn't have taken so long to find her," Catherine said as she cleaned the tears that were attempting to fall from her eyes.

"What do you mean? Do you know of a way for us to find her?" Jackson asked subconsciously standing up on the couch he was sitting on.

"Yes, because Jasmine often get into trouble I made sure I secretly had all her favourite jewellery and handbags bugged...,"

"What!" Jackson exclaimed in surprise further arousing the curiosity of those listening to him.

"Yes, and it is connected to my office laptop. I left the computer on my desk in the office before I travelled...,'

"I am on my way there. I will call you again when I get there," Jackson said before he disconnected the call.

"Jack, what did Catherine say?" Steve previously sitting on the couch asked worriedly as he stood up and went to meet Jackson.

"She says she knows of a way to locate Jasmine's location. I just need to go to Jasmine's office to know the answer," Jackson said sounding very impatient. He made to leave but Steve held his hand.

"I will go with you...,"

"Me too," Evelyn also stood up from the couch and went to stand where the guys stood.

"There is no need for that. You both should stay back and wait for us. Don't forget Elizabeth and Alfred will be arriving soon. Someone needs to stay behind and keep them company or they will be very worried...,"

"But it's very dangerous for you to go there alone," Evelyn expressed her fears.

"I am not going alone. Max, Henry and Rafael will be accompanying me. We will leave from her office immediately after we have confirmed her whereabouts," Jackson explained in a hurried tone.

"Since you have made up your mind, I know there is nothing I say that will change your mind so all I can say now is for you to take good care of yourself. No matter the situation remember to always stay calm. Don't make hasty decisions," Steve said seriously.

"Don't worry I will bring her back safely. It's a promise," Jackson said as he tapped Steve's shoulder.

"Take care of everyone over here and make sure no one informs her old man and her mum about this or things will blow out of proportion," Jackson added. After Steve has given him his words, he turned to leave.

"Don't forget to keep us updated," Steve yelled as he stare at the four men's departing back. Jackson waved his right hand in the air to show that he has heard Steve's words.

"I really wish that nothing bad had happened to her yet," Evelyn said as she sat back on the couch.

She and Steve could hardly sleep after Jackson called later that night and confirmed to them that Jasmine was kidnapped. They had rushed down to Jackson's home to ask whether they were any development on his search for her. They have been here since in the morning until now.

Jackson went to Jasmine company just like he was instructed by Catherine. When they got to the front of the building. Henry and Rafael waited in the car while Jackson and Max entered the building.

He was afraid that it will cause an alarm if the four of them were to enter the building at the same time.

With Catherine's directives, it didn't take Jackson a long time to find out Jasmine's location. Ten minutes later they were seen coming out of the company with a white Apple laptop in Max's hand.

Before leaving Jackson called Steve to inform the others that they had already located where Jasmine was held captive.

While Jackson drives, Max was the one making calls to make sure that everyone and everything was ready when they reached the kidnappers' hideout.

An hour later they finally reached the secluded area. When they got to the dilapidated abandoned building two black vans was already hiding somewhere waiting for them

The moment the occupants of the vans recognised their boss car they all came out of the car with their weapons in their hands.

After strategizing how to go about rescuing Jasmine, Jackson's cell phone rang. He wanted to ignore the call but when it kept ringing repeatedly he answered the line.

"Hello Jack, what happened that you and Max didn't come to the office today? Is everything ok? I hope you are not sick right...,"

"Save your worries for another day or another person because I am very busy right now.. I am in no mood to listen to your voice," Jackson said harshly before he disconnected the call.
