Chapter 61: Emy
Chapter 61: Chapter 61: Emy
"Then that’s good to hear, my tsundere System. I will be teaching you more, okay?" As time passed, Owen felt the connection between him and the system growing closer.
He could no longer imagine it as just a programmed robot, especially since it showed easygoing, overreacting remarks from time to time that made his mood twist and turn.
At some points, it was funny and ridiculous, but one thing was certain: he was becoming fonder of the system, even though only a single day had passed.
It wasn’t like those usual tropes in other web novels where the protagonist cursed the system every single time for shoving something down their throat, or shoving a burning rod up their backside.
It was a complete subversion; this was simple and lively.
"Hey, System... do you have a name?" Owen asked. It was a long shot, but he wanted to try his luck.
Ding...
[I am the System... and I am a programmed entity, nothing more.]
"Hoh... too bad. If you want one, I can give it to you, you know?" He lay down on the bed.
He poked at the blue screen, though his finger just passed right through since it wasn’t physical.
Still, it was fun to tease the system that way.
[....]
"See? I know you want to receive a name, my tsundere System," Owen smirked at the empty screen in front of him.
"I will name you. It’s just a pure whim, so don’t expect too much... I’m not great at naming, hehe."
Owen smiled, spreading his arms across the mattress.
"I will call you ’Emy’ from now on, my tsundere System." He paused for a bit.
"I don’t know if you like it. Hell, I don’t even know if you have feelings, but why not, right?"
He then rolled over in bed, satisfied with his creation. At the very least, he felt he had earned some bonus points in heaven.
Besides, he loved what he was doing. Despite the paradise he was currently living in, it was still best to have someone to talk to just some silly banter to keep his mood light.
The system was an entertaining entity, so it was quite fun.
As of now, he couldn’t fully express his emotions to his mom.
It wasn’t because he was shy, but he just couldn’t bring up ridiculous topics with her. For the time being, that wasn’t going to happen.
Just teasing and playfulness for now, which would hopefully improve in the long run.
And why not do that with the system?
Emy would be his companion for an unknown period, so it was best to build a close relationship now that he knew it was lively and not just some rigid, unforgiving machine.
[....the... sy??ste??m er??ror, error, error... the sys..tem is pro?gram?med to a?ss?ist the host... nothing more...]
"What?..."
Owen froze, not expecting to see the system malfunctioning.
The screen flickered black and blue, flooded with question marks.
He waited for a few minutes before it finally returned to its normal interface, but he was surprised by the message that formed.
[....( ╹▽╹ )... t??han?nk... y?o??u... Emy.. ]
"Fuhh... I don’t know what’s happening to you, my System, but I think you love the name I gave you." Owen was completely dumbstruck.
Like a clueless shell, nothing came to his mind. Hell, he had never heard of such a thing happening to a system.
Never in the countless novels he had read was there a plot point about a system glitching out after being named.
That was undoubtedly something new, and it was exactly what was serving on his plate right now.
After a few seconds, the colors finally returned to their original hue.
[....but you are still a degenerate, shameless bastard...]
"Haha... of course, of course... now enough with such boring things." He lightly chuckled.
What had he expected? Some heartwarming, tear-jerking scene? That would be brutal.
"Let’s go to sleep." Owen didn’t want to overcomplicate his own story with mundane system lore.
It was unique, but that was it. His goal was to tame all the MILFs, and nothing would change that.
No... it was taming them to make them more civilized.
Owen closed his eyes with satisfaction; it was another meaningful day for him.
He didn’t have any specific plans for tomorrow, but he would definitely cause some havoc. He was inevitable, after all...
Snap...
"Oh, hell, why did that pop into my head?" Owen remembered one of the best cinematic antagonists, the inevitable one.
"Let’s sleep... let’s sleep. Sleeping early results in high testosterone. So let’s all turn in early. It’s ultimately best to follow scientific studies and research so the brain doesn’t rot." Owen finally closed his eyes.
The second day was drawing to a close, and his third was about to begin.
...
Yawnnnn...
Owen woke up with another satisfied smile. "I’m definitely not daydreaming... It’s my third day in this world." It felt just like yesterday.
He opened the windows and was greeted by the warm, bright sunlight filtering into the room.
"Life is good... but it would be best if someone were giving me a blowjob. A morning blow is the ultimate wake-up call." Owen nudged his rock-hard buddy, standing tall as it basked in the glorious light.
He wasn’t wearing anything at all.
He liked sleeping naked, a habit he kept even back on Earth and yes, going commando was supposed to result in high testosterone too.
Besides, his buddy had to work hard every single night, so he couldn’t just deposit all that hard work into his clothes, right? That would be weird.
He had no intention of making his little friend live a pitiful life trapped under lowly fabrics.
"Hehe... do you think we can score again today, buddy?" For some unknown reason, Owen liked talking to his manhood every single morning.
[What are you? Do you want to suck your own if you can reach it?]
"Pftgh.... cough, cough... fuck! What the hell are you saying, Emy..cough.." Owen choked on his own saliva at the sudden, sharp remark from the newly named system.
[Then don’t act like that...]
