Worry started creeping into his mind, but he didn’t let it show in his face or body posture. He kept conversing with them and eating fruits, they had no idea that he was waiting for their mum’s arrival.
More minutes passed, and their mum hadn’t arrived home yet…but Ryan was still waiting.
They kept eating fruits and conversing, and as they were doing so, this thought ran through Ryan’s mind,
‘Guess she wouldn’t be coming home today again’.
He was already giving up because more minutes had passed, and still, no sign of her. Today was the 13th day, by tomorrow, he’d have 12 days left to seduce and conquer their mum.
Time was going, he couldn’t deny that fact. When you think you have time on your hand, then you’re wrong because time moves at a very tremendous speed.
He can’t keep going like this, he can’t keep coming here to wait for their mum, and all his effort would just be going to the bin. He was already thinking of another strategy as he was eating fruits and conversing with Dylan and Cora.
‘What other ways can I go about it? What other way can I discover where her workplace is situated so I can begin the seduction on her? I can’t keep coming here and not achieving anything, there’s no time for that’. Ryan thought to himself.
As he was sitting on his seat still munching fruits, different thoughts were running through his mind on other ways he could discover where their mum’s workplace was situated, but none of the thoughts were making sense.

He kept thinking and thinking of new strategies, but none of them were making sense.
Though Dylan and Cora were glancing at him while munching their fruits, they couldn’t tell that different thoughts were running through his mind. And this was because Ryan made sure it wasn’t visible on his face that a lot was running through his mind.

He’d thought of different strategies on how to discover where their mum’s workplace was situated, but none of them were making sense. By now, Ryan was already feeling a little tired.
But he made sure it didn’t show on his face or body posture, he just kept his calm.
‘This is tough, this is fucking tough’. He thought to himself.
And after a few seconds of that thought running through his mind, another thought ran through his mind,
‘I don’t know why the system had to give me their mum as quest to seduce and conquer out of all the other older women in this kingdom. I just don’t understand why,
I mean, she’s the cause of all this. If she’d given me another person as quest to seduce and conquer, even though it wouldn’t be easy to accomplish, I wouldn’t be going through all these’.
But thinking all these wouldn’t change anything, he still had to work toward accomplishing the quest in the end.
He was still putting fruits into his mouth and chewing them, but the truth of the matter was that he wasn’t feeling the taste of these fruits anymore due to the things he had on his mind.
Yes, because of the heavy things he had running through his mind, the fruits were becoming tasteless. But he kept eating them, he couldn’t stop when Dylan and Cora were in his midst.
They’d definitely question him as to the reason why he stopped eating all of a sudden. And the fact was that they brought out these fruits because of him…
Ryan had already given up by now a hundred percent, yes, he’d already lost faith that their mum would be showing up. He’d already considered coming here another waste of time.
As known, he’d thought of other strategies on how he could go about discovering where their mum’s workplace was situated, but none of the strategies were making sense.
He’d given up, but he was about to be shocked…
More minutes had passed, in fact, a total of hours had passed since Ryan arrived at this place, but their mum hadn’t shown up yet. Ryan wasn’t even expecting her to show up anymore, all he wanted to do was to join them in finishing these fruits so he could leave this place.
They were still eating fruits and conversing when someone stepped foot into the house. Ryan knew that someone had entered the house, but he didn’t bother to check who the person was.
Dylan and Cora glanced at the person that entered the house, and this was the word that flowed out of their mouths,
“Mum”.
Ryan’s eyes widened the moment he heard that, and he was like, ‘Mum?’.
He quickly glanced at the person, and it happened to be their mum, truly. A kind of excitement filled his heart the moment he confirmed that it was truly their mum that stepped foot into the house.
He’d already given up hope that he wouldn’t be able to see her again today, but here she was. The only thing he was hoping for now was that she hadn’t come home for good, she was still going to head back to her business.

Dylan and Cora greeted her, and Ryan made sure to do the same as well. She answered their greetings, then she glanced at Ryan and uttered to him,
“Wow! You’re here again, Ryan”.
“Yes, I’m here again. I’ve become so fond of this house, I’m starting to love it more than I love my own house”. Ryan stated.
She laughed a little before voicing out once again, “That’s good to hear. You’re free to come to our house whenever you want”.
“Thanks”. Ryan said with his gaze focused on her.
And with that, she glanced at her kids before saying to them,
“I came home to take food, I’d be heading back to my business soon. This isn’t the first time I’m doing it”.
Dylan and Cora only nodded their heads to her statement, and as for Ryan, he was so happy to hear what she just said. She came home to take food and was going to head back to her business soon.
That was exactly what he wanted, he’d be able to make use of this opportunity to trail her and discover where her business was situated.
Their mum walked straight into the kitchen, of course, she entered there to get some food just as she said. Now, Ryan was thinking of the best way to leave the moment their mum was leaving so they wouldn’t suspect him of anything.
They could suspect him if he wasn’t cautious enough. Leaving not too long after their mum left, suspicion could start to creep into their minds.
After thinking and thinking of the best way to leave, he decided to tell them he’d be leaving very soon. He didn’t want to do so when their mum had just walked out of the house.
“I’d be leaving very soon, guys. I don’t think I’ll be able to join you guys in finishing these fruits”. Ryan said to them.
A surprised expression appeared on their faces the moment he said that, then Dylan uttered,
“Why all of a sudden?”.
“I just remembered that I need to handle something when I get home. It skipped my mind, I wish I’d arrived home since and begun handling the thing, I would have been done by now”. Ryan explained.
“At least, join us in finishing the fruits”. Cora stated, glancing at Ryan.
“No, I can’t do that. There’s still a good amount of fruits here, I can’t join in finishing them, I need to leave very soon. But thanks for the fruits, guys, I really appreciate them. I do enjoy coming to this place to the very brim”.
Dylan and Cora didn’t say anything else, they only nodded their heads a little.
They believed him, they thought he’d be leaving very soon because he truly wanted to go handle something at home. They didn’t know he’d be leaving soon because of their mum.
The moment she leaves, he wanted to follow her from behind. He wanted to trail her and discover where her workplace was situated.
Their mum came out of the kitchen, she’d already taken food. What she wanted to do next was to leave the house and head straight to her business.
And that’s exactly what she did, after saying a few words to her children, she walked out of the house.
All that remained was for Ryan to follow suit…
