Master of Strange Dao
Chapter 1878 - 513: Rushing Toward Oblivion, the Blade Does Not Fall
The second wave of impact was a whole level stronger than the first.
Wherever it passed, changes began immediately. In the deep sea, waves surged and countless phantoms surfaced, only to collapse and scatter again.
Those were all things that had once existed in the deep sea, the Deep Sea Strange that had once been there.
Only, even with such a massive impact, such an opportunity, it was still impossible for them to return.
Yu Ziqing couldn't use himself as an anchor to hold everything in place, but maintaining himself, remaining immovable in this great impact, was still no problem at all.
The Stranges in the deep sea either died directly by Yu Ziqing's hand, or indirectly by Yu Ziqing's hand.
Dead is dead. Even the towering waves in the River of Time, the torrent of years, can't make them appear again.
When that great impact burst out of the deep sea, the first thing it swept across was the New Continent.
Unfortunately, on the New Continent there really wasn't a single damn hair in the most literal sense.
Even if you traced back tens of thousands of years, it was still the same.
Facing such a great impact, the New Continent only kept trembling, yet nothing big really changed.
Borrowing the power of the Seven Characters and the two Immortal Herbs, Yu Ziqing directly took away most parts of the present world.
With the Undying Mandala guarding, that impact simply couldn't affect them at all.
That great impact swept over the East Sea and the place where the Four Divine Dynasties had once been, but there was only a patch of nothingness left.
There simply was nothing there that could support the changes brought by that kind of impact.
If there's no matter to work with, what the hell are you going to change.
The place that changed the most was only those parts of the Immovable Continent that did not belong to the territory of the Immovable Immortal Dynasty.
The Immovable Immortal Dynasty suddenly vanished, even the land itself disappeared.
There, Devils ran wild; all sorts of Evil Dao, Evil Cults, Devils and the like came crawling out.
Previously they still had the Immovable Immortal Dynasty as the common target for everyone to attack. Now that the Immovable Immortal Dynasty was gone, the contradictions between those Evil Cults, Evil Dao, and Devils escalated and became the primary contradictions.
The day the second wave of impact passed, on top of the first great impact, a tremendous upheaval occurred.
Changes in vegetation were just the baseline; the Living Beings all began to change as well.
Some Demons had hidden parts of their bloodlines begin to awaken, and they thought this was a good thing.
Chaos began to appear, but only a few days later, the problems surfaced.
The Monsters whose bloodlines had just awakened a few days ago, as the impact continued and the changes continued, couldn't bear it. Their bloodlines directly collapsed, and they dropped dead on the spot.
This kind of sudden death was the most fatal, because it was the collapse of the entire bloodline chain.
Every existence on that bloodline chain collapsed along with it.
They disappeared directly from the years, as if they had never appeared.
This was more thorough than death.
Sadly, this kind of change was something no one could stop. Even the Ancient Sea Gods could only watch the changes they had set off.
The source of that bloodline, a Great Demon, seemed to sense something before its death, let out a roar of despair and unwillingness, and in an instant was affected by the backward-flowing changes, disappearing from the years.
Yu Ziqing held a dust whisk, overlooking the present world, as if he could spy on part of the information here.
It was just that the amount of information was too enormous, even he couldn't fully see it clearly.
Right now he immediately understood why the Yang-destroying Devil had turned so limp. When the Undying Mandala had transmitted information to him, it probably couldn't manage any fine-tuned operation.
With the Undying Mandala's massive bulk, when it transmitted information, it was probably like a Giant Beast a thousand fathoms tall gently patting a little monkey. Slightly weaker ones getting gently patted to death in one go would be perfectly normal.
Only an existence like the Yang-destroying Devil, undying and indestructible, could barely tough it out.
The instant this thought surfaced in his mind, he felt the Dayan Preface as if gaining a blessing, once more stepping into the Seventh Major Realm.
The speed at which his thoughts flowed, the torrents he could endure, all completed a leap in an instant.
When his gaze turned toward the present world, at least spying on most of what remained on the Immovable Continent was no problem anymore.
He saw that on the remaining land, chaos continued; every day, every hour, every moment, changes kept going.
That kind of chaos made him very uncomfortable to watch, and in his heart rose an urgent desire to straighten everything out and set it all in order.
Because he couldn't find the thread's end—every moment new threads appeared there while old threads disappeared.
No one could possibly sort it out; they could only wait for the great impact to end and for the River of Time to stabilize again.
Yu Ziqing also saw what kinds of changes this great impact would bring.
In just a month, among the Demons, Devils, Monsters, Evil Dao and Evil Cult forces he had seen or heard of before, nearly half had directly vanished.
Some Monsters and Ghosts of the past disappeared, and some Monsters and Ghosts that had never been heard of or seen before appeared.
He watched as, in just a few days, a Great Demon appeared on a mountain peak, Demons gathered in crowds, and the momentum was immense.
A few days later, he saw that only broken walls and ruins remained there, a field of wreckage.
A few days after that, even the ruins disappeared, leaving only dense mountain forests.
Even Ninth Tier Great Demons, in this kind of situation, had no power to resist at all.
Without daring to say all of them, at least ninety-nine percent of them had no idea that the world was changing at every moment.
They would not remember those who had disappeared, because in their memories, those things had never existed.
After a month passed, Yu Ziqing noticed that most of what had once existed was gone, and among those he had seen before, there was still a Golden Eagle that remained alive.
